The food at Fishlips is so flavorful and fantastic! Weโ€™ve been here several times for pre-cruise dinner, and I can honestly say Iโ€™ve never had anything bad. Itโ€™s a fun atmosphere with an open deck so you can watch the ships that go sailing. ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ๐Ÿ›ณ

Had an excellent experience here this past Saturday. I've been here many times but not in recent years since moving to the South end of the county. The location is great as always. It's a great location to see the cruise ships roll out and listen to some music. The food and drinks are AMAZING and our waiter we had on Saturday was awesome. The service is always pretty good. We were there for hours just hanging out before the fireworks that night at the observation tower and he was very attentive and took care of us excellently. We had several rounds of food and drinks and everything was perfect. My wife enjoyed it a lot so we will be back sooner than later

We have eaten here numerous times.its a go to spot for us. Unfortunately this time we were not cruising.just staying close by for the new year. Service was a little slow, but it was busy when we got there so was expect . Food as always was tasty and good. And staff was friendly just very busy. We didn't mind the wait as we were waiting for cruise ship to pass by. There is nothing like watching a Carnival cruise ship go by.Nest seats in the house are outside or by the window. So you have a great view.

My family LOVED Fishlips!! Definitely recommend. We sat outside downstairs. Very friendly service and beautiful view! There was live music upstairs. Quite relaxing atmosphere with the soft music. The food was amazing too. We got spinach dip and chips as an appetizer, the seafood roll, fish and chips, and shrimp tempura. All generous portions that left us feeling full. All came out warm and fast.

Enjoying an evening with friends eating tasty food with excellent service. I had the Mango Jerk Mahi. It was very spicy and delicious. My son had the Korean BBQ Boneless Wings. They were exquisite and contained real chicken breast, not that fake stuff like other restaurants. I like coming here when we're visiting our friend on the weekend. It's his favorite restaurant.

Came here with my wife for lunch on her birthday and was pretty disappointed initially. We wanted to try the mac attack burger, but they were out of the cheese, so we couldn't order that. We ordered a regular steakburger instead. It was supposed to be medium-well but came out fairly more pink than we would have preferred, but after waiting quite a bit of time to get it, we didn't feel like waiting longer. Overall, it was not very satisfying and didn't feel worth the price to eat. The view of the water was pretty though.

Came in and was immediately seated! We had a variety of items from crab cakes to blackened shrimp tacos to the Mahi Rueben and the turkey club sandwich! All excellent options! Leave room for dessert! The Tuxedo Bomb was heaven! The Key Lime Pie was perfect! The Peanut Butter Explosion was wonderful! Our server, Daniel, was constantly checking on us and very courteous. The view out onto the canal was beautiful, and we loved watching the cruise ships go by.

Located close to the support where cruise ships come in and out, you have some fantastic views of the ships. Of course this makes it a very busy restaurant, but it is certainly worth the wait. The food was excellent and the service even better.

Absolutely fabulous food, atmosphere, and experience. Recommend going early because this place is very popular and crowded. Large free parking lots across the street. We ate at the upstairs bar to avoid waiting. Bartender was very welcoming and provided excellent service. Happy hour beer $2. Happy hour appetizer specials too. Mostly 50+ demographic customer base during our visit. Great views of the port and cruise ships. We plan to try some of the other places on the cove.

Great bar to go and watch the rocket launches from. Staff was super friendly and the food is delicious. Happy hour is full of good prices for drinks. Dolphins weโ€™re very active right next to the bar as well which was a nice extra.

It is a very nice place with beautiful sea-view. You can enjoy your lunch or dinner while cruises are passing through. However, if a busy day, you might probably need to book your spot in advance. You have at least three or four choices to seat you. In a sunny day, the toproof is my recommendation. Foods are also fresh. Variety of menu you will choose. Waiters are good.

Excellent view of the cruise ship port, outdoor bar seating, good food and live music. I had the Korean Nachos (which was good except the beef was on the too sweet side) and my sweetie pie had the seafood mac and cheese, which he enjoyed. Sadly they ran out of their Papa's Pilar Rum from the Hemingway brewery. Would have been nice to drink my favorite rum while listening to live 70s rock. But no complaints, the weather was perfect!๐Ÿ˜

Nice restaurant overlooking the water. Live music. Service wasn't the worst but not good. We were able to get in and be seated with a choice of downstairs, outside or inside with live music and again we chose the inside view and the music. It took more than an hour to receive our food, which you could tell had been prepared and sitting for sometime ... fried fish was soggy, shrimp tempura was cold, everything was cold. When I asked (because no explanation was being offered) why such a long wait for "our" food, as I took notice of several tables food arrive before ours and they arrived 20 to 30 minutes after us, I was told our order was caught up between a large party downstairs. We were never offered for the food to be reheated, a few dollars off our meal ... nothing. I think our experience at this restaurant should have and could have been a lot better. Our party won't return to this restaurant. You may have a better outcome.

Great spot on the water for a drink or quick meal. There was a beautiful sunset while i was there, and four TVs with the games on. The wings were some of the best I've had in a long time! The poke bowl wasn't that good though. Went on a Monday night so it was easy to find a table or a seat at the bar both inside and out.

I had never been to Fish Lips before, but thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I personally went with the fish and chips, and the fish was perfectly fried (it didnโ€™t taste super greasy or heavy). The environment was nice, and they even had someone come around and take photos of each table. It almost reminded me of being on a cruise. The wait staff was friendly and helpful, and all the food tasted great. The only downside for me was that the serving of fries on the side was a bit small, but the entire experience in general was fantastic. Give them a visit if you can!

It was a fun place to go have dinner the night before I went on my cruise! The food was delicious and the server was great too. They had a guy music on his guitar and sing outside in the indoor patio. Great time.

Excellent menu! We had the Calamari and the Grouper Fingers (absolutely sublime) for starters. I had the Blackened Grouper Sandwich and my companion had the Korean Beef Tacos. I got a taste of the Taco, and was instantly jealous. The Grouper Sandwich did not disappoint either. The cocktails were a little heavy on the pour as is typical for most of the restaurants in the area. If you like your drinks sweeter like I do, maybe ask for a lighter pour. I doubt it will save you any $, but it will definitely make them more palatable. Our server, Mary, was delightful, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience a memorable one. This will be the ONLY place we will eat when we return next year. Best value in the area. Pro Tip: Ask for outside seating, and you may just see a dolphin or two, as we did on our visit.

We parked for free nearby and then ran through the evening rain to this place on the water front. On account of the wet weather we had to sit indoors, next to a window so that we could at least see the water around the port area here. We were served by two chirpy ladies, the second one who was apparently learning the trade at this establishment from her colleague. To drink, I had a draft pint of the local Dragon Point IPA. I then chose the recommended Tempura battered Mahi and chips with coleslaw and side salad. My son stuck with a chicken sandwich and delicious kettle chips. All good. Throughout the meal the ladies came back frequently to check on how we were doing and to engage in some harmless banter. That's what we really appreciated. Thank you. We can thoroughly recommend this place for good food, a great selection of drinks including draft beers AND kind, friendly service.

We really enjoyed our food. I had the grilled seafood platter which had great flavor and texture. My daughter had steak which was good. My favorite was the Mahi. The potatoes were meh. Service was good but we had to wait quite a while to be seated. Iโ€™d go back but preferred another place on the Port a little bit more.

Iโ€™m not sure why this place has so many good reviews. We usually go to other places at the port but we decided to try something new with visiting family. Wish we stuck to what we knew! It was only for apps and drinks since it was a little early. The atmosphere is the best part. We decided on grouper bites, fish dip and the chicken nachos. The four grouper bites were greasy and a few were on the thinner side, crunchy breading and not much flavor. The best thing out of the three was the fish dip although it was a fairly small scoop, it was the one everyone liked. The chicken nachos were the WORST weโ€™ve ever had!! My brother is one to NOT send things back but if it were my husband and I aloneโ€ฆI would have sent them back right away!! The chips were greasy and hardly any, come on how much does it cost to add more chips?? They looked so gross I would even try them!! The drinks were ok, nothing great about them but I will add my sisters looked good!! We live here and obviously this is a tourist place!! There are many other choices here, sadly, this is not my choice!!

I decided to stop by after spending some time at the beach. The service was ok. My server was good but the overall vibe was bland. It has a view of the ocean however it's mostly a view of boats at the docks and construction. The food was flavorful. I'm sure at night it's a lot of fun. I had their season appetizer of the sea food butter bread or something like that (sorry) it was delicious. It was different. I really enjoyed it. I also had coconut crusted grouper and it was good. I would recommend.

They were so accommodating for our increasingly large group. We were able to get a table on the water and watch the launch. I had a burger and fries as well as a key lime ale. Very delicious! A good experience and would definitely go back!

The only complaint I have is the bread that came with the spinach dip, it was just a hoagie roll. The crab legs cracked perfectly. The French fries were amazing. The broccoli was pretty plain. Our waitress was great for us having 13 people. All the staff loved waving at the kids.
