Avoid this place at all cost. Typical scam restaurant that tries to overcharge for everything. They charged me for a box for the pizza. They even tried charging me for an appetizer I did NOT order. They pretend to be nice and bring you "bread", turns out they will charge you for it. Avoid avoid avoid.

Terrible experience. AVOID Brother ordered a glass of wine, and the glass wasn't even 15% full. Was about 2 or 3 sips worth. The hostess at the front said the portions were big. My lasagna was the smallest portion I've ever had anywhere. On top of that it didn't taste very good. Brother had the bigoli pasta and he was not pleased with it. They will charge you 1.50 per person just to sit down. We wish we had looked up the Google reviews before we had sat down to eat. The 2 6 stars is honestly generous. Frozen food from a gas station tastes better.

Had pizza and pasta at this place. Definitely not a restaurant quality, but a more like "homemade" food experience. Staff was friendly, food was delivered quickly and the food was tasty. Definitely recommend for not picky customers :)

Worst food we have eaten in Italy. Avoid. Good location but the many restaurants on all sides must have better food options. All meals were left almost untouched.

Pasta was very good, pizza was a bit disappointing. The pizza looked really good but the bottem was to thick and all you tasted was the tomato sauce

To be honest, I sat there to eat without knowing the Google reviews. After I sat, I searched it on Google and saw the grading of 2,6/5. I was a bit shocked and did not know what to expect? To be honest, after the food arrived and I tasted it, I didn't understand all the horrible reviews. I mean, okay, this was not the best carbonara I've ever had, but it was very decent, and the gnoki plate was great too. The service was fine.

It is one of the worst places I have been in Italy. The dishes didn't look good, and it did not taste like "italian" food. I would not recommend!

Host was extremely friendly and enticed us in with his charisma! Sat down and the place looked super sweet with blankets and heaters…….however the pumpkin lasagna caused a bodily reaction of rejection. Pizza was definitely not bad however pasta portions were a bit lackin. Overall pros and cons

Margherita Pizza was not good by Italian standards. I ate 2 pieces and left the rest. Beer was okay. Service as good. Overall: will not return and do not recommend.

The service and atmosphere are lovely, even though it’s central the pricing I relatively okay. We had the carbonara and pasta pomodoro which we’re both nice and light. For what we spent we were happy :)

Food was awful, the pizza - a disgrace to Italy - oily, dry, ingredients mediocre. Aperol Spritz was fine. Service polite, but quite slow. Tables very close to each other so it feels crowded and uncomfortable, but at least it's located on a beautiful square.

I see many negative reviews and it is not a surprise. Although I did not have a very unpleasant experience, there is some basic points that need to be improved. For instance, I have asked a Leffe blonde for drinking. For my surprise I got a dolomite rossa. The waiter shall have informed upfront that they did not have and as a substitute they had Dolomity. They they asked me if I wanted parmigiana for my pasta, ibreplied yes but never came. In general, the food was ok. I chose by the safe side. However the staff needs some training.

Really bad food. Lasagne was old and banged up, reheated type. Pizza was moist and thick, tasteless. We didn’t check the reviews before sitting down. A mistake! Service was ok.

Baddest place of every time. Never seen a restaurant like that. Quality of food below zero. They got the order of dishes wrong and they reversed the order of the dishes. Never come back at this place anymore.

Had a great meal! I ordered the special, polenta with slow cooked beef (can’t remember the name) it was really nice! And then the same cioccolato for dessert. Service was lovely, all of the staff were so attentive and knew the menu well. Vin Brule (mulled wine) also topped off a cold night. The heaters outdoors also helped. Prices were also very reasonable considering it’s in the main piazza. I have lived in Italy for a while, and honestly the food was great! I’d give this one a go.

One of the best tiramisu. Actually all food was nice and true Italien…well, more than usually at such touristic places…

Reviews don’t lie. We was impressed by low prices and decided to sit and have a drink. With good prices we also got server yelling to our faces.

We were hungry and looking for a place to eat. Honestly, we didn’t expect much from a restaurant in this tourist area but the food was really good and service was nice as well. They offer gluten free pizza as well - great for people with allergies.

It was a mess. They forgot our order and we got the wrong wine and then they forgot we asked for the bill. The pasta with truffle was overcooked. One star for the location and one star for the friendly young woman standing at the entrance. But the food doesn't deserve a single star and neither does the service.
