If you are used to going to a real salon, do not go to fantastic Sam’s for a cut and color. I thought I would change it up. The color is OK. The cut is horrible. I showed a picture of what I wanted and it turned out horrible so I have an appointment tomorrow to go back to my salon, my stylist, to fix my cut. The reason I switched is my stylist it’s hard to get into and now I know why. The most disappointing part of it all is it cost more than it does normally at my beauty salon. Huge mistake. Never again, I learned a lesson.

I went here for my first professional color. Had my appointment with Lauren and was AMAZED at the magic she worked. I asked for face framing highlights and she delivered exactly what I was looking for. Lauren was so pleasant and sweet. Easy to talk to and provided phenomenal service. Will be coming back!

Lataeya did an awesome job on my hair! I had very long hair and wanted to cut it super short and she captured exactly what I wanted! I had a couple pictures for ideas and she was able to make it perfect! I could not be happier and she was able to help suggest the correct styling products as well. The other lady (bright pink hair) was also extremely nice and very pleasant. Very nice experience here! Thank you so much again!!!

Went for a color change from blonde to red and had a few different pictures for inspiration. Bekah went ABOVE & BEYOND!! She made suggestions and helped me narrow down what would work well for my hair, and throughout the whole process she checked in with me to make sure I was feeling good about it. The other stylists were all so friendly as well and made the couple hours fly by! 10/10 recommend this salon- they know what they’re doing and I love my new hair!!

Walked in last weekend to get a cut (no appointment). Had to wait about 45 minutes which is completely understandable and I didn't mind at all. Lanie(y?) called me back and talked with me to discuss what I wanted and then proceeded to give me EXACTLY what I wanted! But possibly even better than I imagined :) It came out super cute and the cut (long-ish bob) fits my face/frame perfectly! We just moved to this area and I've been to other Fantastic Sam's before that were......disappointing, to say the least. Was not AT ALL disappointed with this location! I will absolutely be back!

I went to fs for a haircut and color and saw Laura. I got THE BEST JOB Ever on my hair!!!! She rocks !!! I am blessed to have found her. Love you guys at F/S !!!

I just had a shampoo and condition but she was very through, did a good job. Should have written her name down to recommend her. Will try to update if possible

The hair stylists are very professional and do a great job. Also, very caring and sensitive since I went with my mom to shave her head due to her cancer. I really appreciated that.
