I
needed
to
get
a
haircut
for
two
little
boys
and,
as
I
have
been
here
before,
I
thought
I
would
give
them
another
try.
We
did
come
on
a
Saturday,
around
2
o'clock
and
I
had
expected
it
to
be
busier.
If
you
have
not
frequented
this
establishment,
then
there
are
a
few
good
things
to
know.
First,
The
majority
of
individuals
sign
in
for
their
appointments
online,
prior
to
ever
entering.
When
coming
to
Sport
Clips,
most
of
your
information
is
accessed
with
your
phone
number.
Once
you
enter
your
phone
number,
information
from
your
previous
visits
appear.
You
enter
the
name(s)
of
you
child(ren),
and
you
can
choose
to
pick
a
stylist,
or
choose
the
quickest
availability.
It
amazed
me
that
we
waited,
no
longer
than
3
minutes,
and
they
had
availabilities
simultaneously,
which
greatly
helped,
for
both
of
my
sons.
I
have
waited
before
for
over
one
hour,
so
I
recommend
having
an
appointment
made
on
their
website.
Brie
was
great
with
my
eldest
son.
She
listened
to
a
general
idea
of
what
I
desired,
yet
gave
him
some
latitude,
which
I
permitted.
She
was
quick,
engaged
with
him,
and
is
likely
a
regularly
requested
stylist
for
elementary/junior
high
aged
kids.
My
other
son
has
SPD
and
his
hair
was
trimmed
by
Shawn,
a
manager
I
believe.
Shawn
was
very
calming
and
introduced
each
product
and
allowed
my
son
to
feel
or
touch
it.
Shawn
did
a
fabulous
job,
even
with
my
son
briefly
melting
down!
They
both
received
lollipops
when
finished
which
made
them
happy.
The
total
was
around
$35.00
for
two
haircuts
and
I
tipped
them
30%.
We
will
absolutely
return
and
try
to
always
book
Brie
and
Shawn.
