Staff are very rude African lady she claimed herself That her position in this hotel manager but she don't have enough skill how to talk to customer. I understand she don't care as she work there but only directors will care as they invest money in that hotel and they must have the knowledge. I got a bad experience with that African black lady. She also said to me she don't care if I write a review.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO THERE, WHY 1. LOCATION is so horrible you DON'T have access to anything very hard to get around 2. Rooms are very warm. in summer and if ypu open window constant traffic noises from highway, 2. THEY NEED EXTRA 250 EUR FOR DEPOSIT THAT NEEDS PHYSICAL CARD 3. STAFF IS VERY RUDE. 4. THE WASHING MACHINES ARE UNUSABLE CAUSE STAFF DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT. IN ALL TERRIBLE DISASTER

There is no Internet at this facility, wh3n asked to staff about use of laundry, lady in evening told me she don't know how to operate and that's why you cant use it. There is no soap in bathroom, when i asked room service for it she looked at me like i asked her something bad. there was no electricity for atkeast 3 hours. Living in this hotel is only okay when you dont have to anywhere but also dont have money. Dont provide more than 20 euros for this place its really bad

Had an AWESOME experience at this apartment. The staff were all welcoming and always helpful, especially the manager. Ibrahim is an awesome person!! God bless him 🙏🏽 The rooms were clean and really comfortable. When I had to extend my stay, it was without any hassle. I would definitely be visiting again, and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Wow, this was really really bad! There were black hairs in the room. A USED, I REPEAT USED cotton bud (!!!) in the bathroom. Bathroom was full of mold. You couldn't lay straight in the bed, otherwise you would fall off. And please don't have breakfast here, it's the worst ever. My colleague asked for the small bottle of water like we had in our room, but they refused to give it to her (said they were finished, yeah right). NEVER going back to any of the Appart Hotels.

It might be cheap but there's a reason. The rooms are cramped and outdated and very tired with peeling work surfaces and fittings falling off the walls. They are also really dirty - there were hairs in the shower from the previous occupant and you really don't want to look under the cupboards. I had a few cockroaches in my bathroom and there are some giant rats running around. Best avoided.

Wifi doesnt work at all. High level noise from the highway..

If you want quiet and peaceful place where you can take a rest NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!! The first day when I entered into the room I had a little time to relax and I was visited by the maid woman (who knows why) Later I aksed on the reception to let me in peace and to don't disturb me with anything for the rest of the days. The receptionist gave me cardboard with inscription "Do not enter" and I put in on the door. On the 3th day of my stay I was disturbed again by the maid woman who entered into the room ignoring what is written on the door outside. 5 min later she came again with a man who entered without asking (I was naked) and he even tried to discuss something with me!!! Then he took out the cardboard and didn't give it me back. I have never encountered such bad service with such primitive people with low intelligence. If this is the hotel policy, I feel very sorry for these people here as well as the hotel guests!!!

the two girls in reception are very rude and unprofessional. as i can see from the previous comments a year ago (Muhammad's comment), they are still the same girls. the guys at reception and security are great. stay away from this hotel. there are lot's better with this price, don't bite

In Form einer RSD Reiseveranstaltung, kamen wir bei unserem ersten STOP in diesem Hotel unter. Es liegt außerhalb und direkt neben der Autobahn. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Viele Möbelstücke sind kaputt, die Lüftungsgitter schon Monate nicht gesäubert. Der Teppich hat viele Brandflecken und Flecken. Eine Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, 2 Herdplatten, kleine Spülmaschine und TV waren vorhanden. Eine Handseife, Duschseife und Fön waren auch da. Das Ftühstücksbuffet war übersichtlich aber lecker: frisches Baguette, Toast, kleine Croissants mit und ohne Schoko, 3 verschiedene Cerealien, leckerer Käse, zwei Sorten Wurst, gekochte gepellte Eier, Würstchen, Quark, Apfelkompott, Naturjoghurt, Marmelade und Schokocreme, kalte Milch, Wasser und Mineralwasser. Verschiedene Kaffees gab es aus dem Vollautomaten, sowie Tee. Im Garten konnte man auch essen. Fazit- sauberer hätte es sein können und nicht so viel kaputt, aber das Frühstück hat geschmeckt

I am a student, and I opted for the student pack. I stayed for 2 days before leaving for another place outside France. My guarantee has never been returned to this day, the cause that I am told is a problem of accounting

The room (appartment) for 6 persons very well equiped, enough space. very kind approach of the personnel at reception. Thank you, short but nice stay.

Worst hotel very unclean rooms, room service doesn't clean rooms, the room utilities are not working . worst staff including the manager, very arrogant people who doesn't understand what customer service is and they refuse to help with simple issues saying it is not there responsibility, they changed there policy without giving notice just because it is convenient, they even hang the phone on you while talking!! The staff at the hotel were very helpful after I left my jewellery box in the room after I had left the hotel. They found it and I paid for it to be couriered back to me. Thanks for all your help. The rooms are a bit tired, but clean enough. I appreciate the honesty and helpfullness. Thanks

all was good, the hotel staff were nice (and they speak English) my only point was there was no cleaning for the apartment.

I've been accomodated here for a month, room is good for 2 persons but the kitchen part is too small, bathroom ok. Wifi internet is good, TV in room, personnel can speak english, when we wanted to swap room without balcony for a room with balcony, personnel swapped it for us. I can't comment the price because it was paid by the company I work for but overall experience was good.

Well, let's start with the credit card issues, with which I was not able to pay at checkin; but it always (always) worked everywhere, both before and after. I withdrew at an ATM and solved the problem. The apartment was a bit dirty and the sink in the bathroom was clogged; I reported it right away but in the days I was there no one came to fix it. The breakfast was poor, the rusks were missing, the orange juice was often over (at 7.00 in the morning?) and the croissants had the dough still raw inside. For what it costs it should have been better. Parking however was ok.

The carpet in the appartment had a lot of dirty stains and the access to the appartment was a problem, the lock was not working properly. The smell in your hotel was also not nice.

19.10.2023 11pm I've written the time and date so it's clear who was on shift as we couldn't see his name. Just had the worst receptionist possible. My colleague went to check in and this guy was so rude it's unbelievable. We had a package delivered which we had previously confirmed with a different employee that it had arrived, he adamantly refused it was there until we pointed it out to him, resulting in him verbally abusing my colleague !!!!
