Pathetic service. Food is good but only 2 waiters who are made to serve almost 20 tables which obviously makes them irritated. The manager is pathetic who does not bother to address customers requests and is very arrogant. Moreover he loots customers by charging 5 rupees extra above MRP on every malai kulfi stick. On questioning he says "tourists place - i will charge whatever i want" ! There is an excellent hotel just besides this one - Sahil Lunch Home which provides equally good food for lesser rates and good ambience and more impportantly knows how to treat customers.

Dinner served was cold. Taste was not as expected
