We went here in the morning on a weekday. The beach was easy to find. Cleanliness can be worked on since there were pieces of glass or trash almost on every step in the sand. But overall the beach is pretty good and I would recommend to be visit early morning when you can just enjoy the sound of the waves in peace. There was little to no crowd when we were there. Vehicle (2 and 4 wheeler) parking was free just adjacent to the beach. The public toilets were non-functional.

This is a pretty decent beach, nothing great. You can enjoy water sports, camel ride, horse ride on this beach. Also you can enjoy tasty coconut water here. Food stalls are also available. Room changing and bathroom facilities are also present but not clean. I visited this place last month.

Not so clean. Crowded during evening hours. They have fun bike and horse rides which we enjoyed. They have parking which is good. You get street food. All in all it was okay beach to spend a couple of hours in the evening.

Neat and clean beach. Good parking place. Many food options nearby. ATV ride can be done on the large riding area. It's a shallow beach with rocks underneath. You will find water till the shore in the morning. By afternoon water recedes about half a kilometer uncovering the rocks and shallow beach. You can walk down. Check pictures.

It's a Beautiful place to visit in the evening.. The beach is clean, and the views it offers are great.. The sunset we witnessed was simply majestic.. Moreover, the beach was not as crowded as Alibaug beach, hence the visit was even more serene.. Would definitely recommend a visit here..

I will really have to say that Kihim beach is one of the most beautiful beach in Alibaug, I am saying so because of many reasons the very first reason is that it is very clean also it is less populated plus the sunsets looks so beautiful that words fall short to define the beauty. I would really suggest if you are making plans to visit Alibaug do go to Kihim beach. ๐Ÿ–

A busy beach with water sports at a decent price. You will find plenty of stalls for eatables. Water sport activities are available from morning 8am to 7pm.

Quite a nice beach. One side is rocky but there is quite a long stretch of Sandy beach on the other side. I could see a few ATV & horse ride for people who would like to enjoy a ride. Quite a few eateries are also present. Overall a nice place for a visit.

Used to be a clean beach with light colored sand. But recently there are many oil tar deposits which have ruined the beach. Locals say they have been cleaning the sand regularly, but the oil tar is coming again. Possibly from container ships. This is a severe environmental issue which govt should look into. The area also smells of kerosene-like odour due to these deposits.

Loads of garbage plus tar deposit on the beach. looks very unclean, possibly due to rainy season. we did ask local shopkeepers ,whether the beach is being cleaned or not, they mentioned even if we clean it ,the very next day it gets same level of garbage deposit. So bad appearence of the beach because of all this, people please try of keep our nature clean. Request you all to use dustbins , we found clothes, bags, shoes, injection plastic tubes, bottles, toys , sanitary pads ,glass pieces etc. Lets try to give our small contribution to keep nature clean by just throwing our own garbage in waste bins and not litter the beaches.

We went here on a weekday and thus found the beach very calm and clean. Go in the evening to watch a splendid sunset. The beaches extend far ahead in the evening due to low tides and you can do a jog walk or just play around. Be careful as there are no regulated coastguards here so not a beach to take a swim etc. All in all, pleasant getaway from Mumbai.

Lovely beach, nice arrangements but needs a trash clean up. I understand it is the tourists who make a mess by dumping but the livelihood of the locals depends on a clean beach. Both sides need to be educated with adequate provisions for trash collection

Fine beach and decent food stalls nearby. The beach is quite polluted but the winds were nice. Quite refreshing seeing the ocean waves crash upon the shore with cool winds.

I recently visited Kihim Beach for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was not as great as I had hoped. The beach was not clean, and there were only a few people around, likely due to the holiday for Holi. Despite the cleanliness issue, I decided to stay for almost an hour as the peace and calm were refreshing. Walking along the beach barefoot was a soothing experience, and I managed to capture some fantastic sunset shots during my walk. There were other sports activities being carried out on the beach, which added a bit of excitement to the otherwise quiet atmosphere. I was pleased to see that there was adequate parking space available for cars, making it a convenient spot to visit. Overall, while my experience at Kihim Beach was not great, it was still a decent outing. Despite the cleanliness issue, the peacefulness of the beach and the photo opportunities made it worthwhile. I would consider visiting again, but I hope that the cleanliness issue is addressed for future visitors to enjoy the beach fully.

Peaceful beach with multiple eateries. Has some water sports and beach buddy riding vehicles. Eateries serve basic breakfast items like Bhurji pav, Omlette, Tea, etc. They have chairs under roofs for which they charge on per hour basis. Rates are cheap and the seating arrangements surely provide a relief from the scorching heat in daytime. A very good beach to spend some quality time.

Good beach but water was muddy (may be because of low tide). Less crowded. We as citizens need to keep the beaches clean. Plastic and littering was found around.

Good beach, relatively clean. Ample parking space in normal days. Can spend time in activities like buggy, horse cart riding and water sports. Good roads from Mumbai while coming. When going road construction and traffic jams.

Amazing place to chill and hang out. Great view of the fort standing across the shores in the sea and lovely sunsets here. Watersports here are fun too!

The beach isn't very clean, and has coral deposits very close to the shore. It isn't a great getaway compared to the beaches near dapoli or diveagar. The reason for my visit was simply a good economic stay near the village. Depending on how much time you want to spend on the beaches or at a villa with pool and terrace, Kihim isn't a great beach but also doesn't have crowded shores for the same reason.

Filthy and dirtiest beach ever seen. Local authority never bother to clean. People flock there but not sure how they spend time in that deadly stench

Worst beach ever visited. Looks like all the plastics in the sea gets to shore over here. Rocky beach at a few places, while the rest is covered with garbage. It can be beautiful if we all stop throwing trash in there, and the local municipality takes up the cleaning mission. A clean beach will surely improve the tourism.

Very nice, clean and tidy beach. You can enjoy this beach with family and friends. You can stay near the beach side as many homestay, hotels and villas are available on rental basis. The best part of this beach is population and food joints are guest and pocket friendly. Nonveg lovers must try the sea food here. It is a little spicy but yummy. You can spent quality time with your loved one.

Beach with less crowd but yes it has got good garbage...make sure to bring your own vehicle or hire Auto/Taxis for Roundtrip, otherwise you will find nothing here to return... specially in the late evening...after sunset there is hardly anyone...beach is full of dark post 7PM...No lights...but good place to be calm & click photos with your own peace & privacy I would say..

The beach is clean, water isn't as sandy as you'd usually see. Water sports are available, you would also get to taste local nearby.

Kihim Beach is a famous beach in Alibag. The beach is close to Alibag and Mandawa jetty. This is a clean beach. There is water sports on the beach, there is a horse carriage, there is horse riding. There are dining facilities as well as lots of cottages to live in.

The beach is not too clean, but it is not crowded. So, it's peaceful. And the water sports there are pretty expensive and they don't appreciate bargaining as well. For example, the banana ride where they take you into the water and tip you into it (if there are kids, you can ask them not to) costs Rs 200. And honestly, it wasn't that worth it. But your choice, of course. If you go for a walk in the evening, the water is far away and you have a lot of place on the beach. In the morning and noon, the water rushes in. There are cottages and lodges too nearby. They are a bit on the expensive side too; the ones overlooking the beach.

Very neat and clean beach with white sand. We went on morning walk. Very pleasent atmosphere also refreshing weather. Many restaurants and cottages are available nearby. Many good resorts are also near kihim beach. Small snacks corners in huts are available just next to the beach. Proper car parking is also available.
