Went on 02 September 2023. FOOD (mixed reviews) - Below par, banana cake was bitter, Coffee lacked the essence, Lemon slice and cheesecake were great in taste SERVICE - didn’t get a chance to experience service as it was self service. The place Was way too busy and we struggled to sit initially but then we found the place.

A proper flat white in France at last! In fact, best coffee I've ever had in France! Absolutely delicious. We sat out in the front, and it was a delightful experience. Hugely recommended, and well worth the few extra steps to find it off the beaten track.

We enjoyed our brunch in their little backyard. Very nice atmosphere. They have nice coffee, a variety of dishes and pastry. The waitress was very kind. I loved the chili&egg with the tomato-ey sauce with beans on top of the brioche. My boyfriend had the egg royale with slightly smoked salmon on the brioche. The salmon was so soft and had just enough smoky flavour. Definitely recommend!

Great place for brunch, the eggs royale were delicious. Also we have some of their bakery and were really nice. The americano coffee was really tasty. I recommend to reserve if you want to go on the Saturday brunch

Super cozy inside, quiet area, such nice staff. The food and drinks have such great quality. A little pricy, but not terrible if you want to treat yourself.

We enjoyed the desserts and coffee . We ordered their specialty: coffee with caramel and coffee with vanilla. As for me both of them were with a bit “chemical”, not natural taste. It’s probably because of the syrup. The desserts (lemon tart and cheese) were finger licking good!!!

It's a small coffee house with simple breakfast, don't expect a lot of variety in food. We ordered the croissants with ham, eggs and cheese and it was delicious. Strongly recommended. The coffee was standard to be honest, for a barista it could be better. The staff are nice and speak English as well. All in all pleasant experience.

This charming cafe is soon becoming very popular due to its artisanal coffee and desserts. I must admit I wished my cafe was the right temperature however the friendly staff fixed it to some extent. Will definitely come back to try their breakfast, although I did seem to find the prices a bit steep as mentioned in another review. Still worth the charming ambience.

Super friendly staff. Great filtered coffee, lots of options. You can buy coffee beans as well. All the food looked delicious. I had a small cupcake vegan very tasty. Good atmosphere, with a terrace and a tiny garden in the back.

It took a bit time to walk here but it was worth it. They do great coffee and have delicious snacks. Banana bread was great. The espresso was amazing. I’m not an expert, but you rarely can find a place where you get espresso from recently roasted arabica beans.

We went there on a Saturday when they only had brunch, which was main+coffee+juice+dessert for 23€. I had the baconshroom sandwich, the only one that's vegan, and it was super tasty. If you like mushrooms, you'll love this. Nice place, and it has a tiny backyard which must be quite decent to use in the summer.

Stopped here when we were visiting Lille on our way to Amsterdam. The coffee and the cakes were divine. Be sure to try the carrot cake!

Absolutely amazing pastries. We wanted to try having sth salty for breakfast, but just sticked to the sweet stuff. Coffee wasn't the best flavor we've tried, but fairly correct. Cons: prices are too high.

Couldn’t fault anything here - the service was great and also very accommodating considering French isn’t my strongest language! The food was really tasty, the atmosphere was awesome… would highly recommend visiting either for brunch or just a drink if you’re in the area!

Rather small but a very cosy place with friendly people. Flat white was perfect! They have a variety of desserts which look quite good also taste good.

It is a MUST go cafe!! The main dish of fried eggs with chorizo is sooooo delicious, Nice coffee, tasty pastry and very comfy vibe! The staff is super friendly and patient. Wonderful experience!

Beautiful, cosy, great place with friendly staff. The cheesecake with red fruit coulis was delicious. So good I took some for my family home;) When back in Lille I'll surely stop by!

The interior of the place is lovely, warm and raw. There are so many types of seating available like a wooden corner with art-work handing in wall, a seating near the kitchen, a seating looking out on the pavement etc. I have a slow-coffee and a bowl of granola. They were worth the money!! Specially recommended for a couple to have a nice cozy time.

the place is cozy. the vegetarian soup is good, taste like vegetables. the coffee is good too, both the manual brew and the espresso based. they roast their own beans.

Nice modern coffee shop. Sadly no cold brew. Had a delicious cinnamon toast with mascarpone cheese on.
