Aurélia Martins otorrinolaringologista foi péssimo, aparentemente ela se parecia atenciosa, mais conforme inha dizendo o problema q estava ocorrendo ela interrompia dizendo q não podia ser, q se caso desse algum tipo de alteração ou crescer algo do tipo para mim retornar, fora q eu estava mostrando uma possível alteração e ela estava vendo outra q não era nd, enfim sai dela revoltado pelo descaso, fui dizer q eu estava pagando pra poder resolver o problema q ela era a dra e ela qm deveria me dizer se está TD certo ou q não e ND ou dar uma explicação pra tranquilizar pois estava pensando estar com alguma infecção, ela vira e diz q não precisa do meu dinheiro que se eu quisesse poderia pegar de volta no caixa, engoli o desaforo pra não causar problema, mais a vntd era de pisa na cabeça dela ou enche a cara dela de bala te fala viu revoltante, como se diz o ditado " o barato custa caro " e mais ou menos isso pois só queria uma resposta para tranquilizar ou tentar resolver o problema caso tivesse, acabou q sair como ela atendeu com má vntd e meu problema não foi resolvido, isso foi de 26/08/2022. só tava vendo as avaliações antes de remarcar uma consulta novamente nessa clínica pra evitar a fadiga, e pelo jeito e isso rs

A Clinica está bem instalada e confortável. Minha atendente Suellen(R. São Paulo B.Hte) foi muito atenciosa quando de meu retorno ao profissional clínico. Já estive em todas as unidades anterior e o atendimento não foi diferente. Continuem assim, um bom prestador de serviços será sempre lembrado.

Cheguei pra consulta e a médica estava em cirurgia e não me avisaram. Gastei tempo e dinheiro com estacionamento. Até agora não me falaram de um desconto pra reagendar. Enfim, descaso.

Fiz minha consulta 13/02 o meu exame não ficou pronto e queriam agendar meu retorno no dia 27/12, não aceitei. Não disponibilizaram agenda somente no meu último dia para retorno. Bati o carro e não consegui chegar, tentei desmarcar e me informaram q eu teria q pagar novamente, pois era o meu último dia. Agora tomar minhas providências. Péssimo atendimento.
