Love the waterfalls. Crystal clear water. After finishing our 4 days of Travessia from Baependi, I took my shower here. It was damn cold and freezing. The steps to the waterfalls are well established. There are several places small ponds where even kids can enjoy the water.

Freaking cold water!!! A must go on a hot day. Also check out the other creek across the Rd. There is a human access point through fence and follow trail down to grotto swimming hole. The water temp is so much warmer!

The most beautiful in Aiuruoca, the reception provided by the Garcia couple is excellent, with a hostel/restaurant on site...

It was raining a lot... but we could enjoy the waterfall. Restaurant with excellent food, very good, the service leaves a little to be desired, but that's ok. I recommend a tall car to get there, the road is very bad.

There is a Casal Garcia restaurant (don't expect cheap prices but it's worth it) but you can have a picnic, dive into the waterfall (the most beautiful in the city)

The waterfall is super beautiful and has several falls and wells for bathing. Only access from the parking lot to the waterfall, which is very steep. Despite having handrails along the entire length of the path, it will be very demanding on your legs to get to it and back. Not recommended for the elderly and people with mobility difficulties.
