I am so happy to have found evolation yoga! They offer both heated and non-heated classes; the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and create space for yoga practitioners of every level. They also have noon classes which are convenient for those who want to practice over lunch. The facilities are also very clean. After going consistently for the past few months, I can really see my progress. Thank you to the lovely instructors at evolation yoga!

The best!! Johnny is so sweet. He introduced himself to me and welcomed me because he knew I was a new face in one of his classes. Variety of different classes all throughout the day and even some at night. Always arrive 10-15 minutes before the classes. After the first day, i was already feeling better. It’s challenging, but rewarding.

I love taking the early morning hot 26 yoga class at this location with Ayodele. She's an excellent instructor. I've been taking her classes for about a year now and I have no complaints.

This studio is amazing! I love the classes. The instructors are so kind yet provide super helpful correction to any poses you may be doing incorrectly. This is hands down my favorite yoga studio (and I’ve quite literally tried all of them in midtown!).

A huge variety of yoga classes taught by credentialed, super nice instructors who offer guidance & instruction as needed. No attitude. Just great yoga!

I always feel welcome and encouraged when I walk in the door. The classes can be as challenging or mellow as you make them. Everyone is welcome. Always something new to learn. Questions are encouraged. Friendly atmosphere.

Vladimir Tchakarov is an excellent instructor. If you are beginning in yoga his slow flow 75 class is perfect he eases you in many yoga positions effortlessly as you inhale and exhale. You feel rejuvenated and absorb the positive energy vibrations.

Evolation is the best yoga studio around. They offer a great mix of yoga styles and skill levels. I’ve been coming here off and on for a few years and it feels much more community focused and balanced than many of the corporate/chain yoga studios nearby. They have a heated and a non-heated room, cubbies, showers, blocks and accessories.

I enjoyed myself as much as possible under those conditions. The instructor was encouraging and kept a steady pace. I felt safe to push myself and supported when I needed to rest. I would absolutely recommend the class but get there early, it fills up.

I've been practicing at Evolation for over a year now after trying out some other businesses when I first moved to Atlanta. I appreciate that they are a small independent studio with a personal touch. The yoga teachers knew be by name after just a few classes and offer personal touches when helping me grow in my practice... Unlike the larger multi-location studios with 40 people per class... I don't just feel like a number. While I sometimes like the energy of a high volume, jam packed class... I've come to appreciate a more thoughtful quieter approach to yoga where its not about speed and how fast we can move through a flow.. but actually getting better at technique and perfecting breathe to movement.
