The room was dirty when we arrived. The furniture hadn't been dusted and there was something splattered on the headboard. The indoor pool was closed. Breakfast was decent and the lady working the breakfast area was friendly. Hotel is undergoing renovation, so there is no sign showing the name, which made it a bit hard to find. Good location with several places to eat. We ultimately chose to stay here because we were traveling with our dog, but I wouldn't choose to stay here if I didn't have a pet.

The room smelled of wet dog. Shower had hair on the wall and bathroom smelled like urine. Beds feel like they are going to fall apart. Thin blanket/sheet was all we had to cover up with so we were freezing all night. No soap in the bathroom. I could keep going on. Surrounded by much better hotels. Not worth the price at all. Do not recommend!

Giving them a 1 because 0 is not available. Upon arrival lady at desk super sweet, but room musky but clean. No pictures on the wall but they left the holes and screws so there is that! Couch looked like it was from the Goodwill. Bed super hard and sheets have pills. They were nice enough to give us an extra blanket and it was fine but the pillows were yuck! The AM breakfast was void of the usual continental favorites... no bagels and cream cheese and no donuts! Oh and no butter for the toast! They were simply just "out." While enjoying what breakfast was offered, the front desk lady and the breakfast lady went out front for a smoke while the phone rant 34+ times. Yay for that! And lastly the second floor smelled like marijuana upon arrival and upon departure. There's some kind of party going on on the second floor. Needless to say I will not be back. I caution you to stay elsewhere as well!

I been hear a week with my wife. The morning manager was up providing a hot breakfast for hotel consistently. We stayed on 3d floor. I didn’t see 1 roach and hot water is working. If you have a home that fluctuates 30 degrees any given day or month. Your home will show signs of mold if your not properly managing temperature inside. Now it is very apparent people turned off their ac completely for days or weeks and moisture control may have gotten out of control at some point. All that said, we paid $78 a night with everything in walking distance. I mean sure you can pay more to feel more pampered somewhere else. Wife and I been to the best hotels and Airbnb’s. But at the end of day, you need a nice bed, shower, and good hearts to spend time with. So on your travels, if you see something, say something. It’s also ok to roll your sleeves up from time to time and clean your space, you may just have a laugh. All in all, show some grace and if not your taste. There is always another place to call home. Safe travels.

Well first off the rooms are nice and where clean. Now we had a 8 room block of rooms. The first problem was that they let several of the rooms go that had been reserved and booke so some team players had to find rooms elsewhere at midnight. Then the next morning the team needed to wash some ball uniforms needed to be washed and the washing machine was broken and when asked the first desk for some help we were told they could not help. Then Saturday night after the team got done playing they were hoping to swim in the pool but found out the pool was out of service. Now which these are not huge for most, in our case is what we look for in a hotel as travel ball players. No mention of this when we had the team assistant block the rooms off or when we checked in. The website did not say they were out of service or when we called. We asked for a discount and basically was told no and they went on their way. I will not return to this location and might even stay away from Wyndham altogether.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly The Good:Marsha at the Front Desk was very nice. Room was clean. The Bad: We initially had a room on the 3rd. Floor, Marsha said we would be more comfortable on the first floor since we had a dog. (She, I'm sure wouldn't have recommended the first floor if she knew how bad it was) BIG MISTAKE! We stayed in room 117. Didn't get any sleep. Noises from above, as if elephants were marching through. Walls paper thin. Banging, doors slamming, voices, the front desk phone ringing! No hot water, so my husband couldn't even shower!!! Water was ice cold by the time he was able to take a "hot" shower and relax, but sadly he couldn't do either! We didn't stay for the breakfast and couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Medically neither one of us can have regular coffee, and there was no decaf. Every other LaQuinta has decaf, but not this one!! Not even a coffee pot in the room, no hairblower, had to ask for a tissue box, only two hangers in the closet, no ironing board. No suitcase rest, so we had to use the desk chair, which should have been thrown out 15 years ago! The Ugly: The walls in both the bathroom and bedroom had all kinds of brackets, screws etc. Still in the walls, with nothing hanging on them! Broken lamp. Mildew on the lamp shades. Way over priced for how it is now. They should pay people to stay there! We had reservations for when we return, but are canceling them!!! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your hard earned money, stay elsewhere, anywhere!!

If you're looking for a dirty place to stay then this is your spot. Made a reservation and all they had were dirty rooms when I arrived. They finally found a "clean" room. Everything in the room smelled. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, towels were stained, had holes, and smelled. Worst hotel experience ever.

Room faily clean other than remains of some substance that had been sprayed & ran down one wall. Constant smell of weed inside & out. Pool was closed & we weren't told that at booking. Guest laundry out of order which made things very difficult as we were playing in a 3 day softball tournament & needed clean uniforms. No protein (eggs/meat) at breakfast. Only cereal, stale biscuits & waffles. But, the little lady working afternoon/evening was a doll. Very nice, informative and helpful.

Do not stay here! I should have read the reviews before booking but we needed a hotel that takes a dog. Room is unfinished unclean. Pool is empty, fitness center a joke. Breakfast was all processed foods, no protein! Not sure if they are half renovated or not but our room was half painted, dirty trim, broken lamps. This place should be closed!

Very poor “breakfast” of manufactured baked goods, sugary cereal, etc. no fruit, eggs, sausage. Room was truly dirty and poorly maintained. A quick wipe down would have done wonders. This was 180 degrees from the nice La Quinta we stayed at in Florence, NC, though they too had a poor breakfast.

Many of the amenities were unavailable, understandably, due to staffing issues but overall an enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly

If it weren't for the fact we were exhausted from a full days drive, there's a pretty good chance we would have left to find a better hotel. Shower has black mold growing in it, bedding was stained and beds themselves were pretty worn, TV didn't work, and the best part there were actual boogers stuck to the wall right next to where I slept. It was like sleeping in a mens room. I've always had good luck with La Quinta in the past, so this one kinda caught me off guard.

At first, it started badly because our room had a bad odor. Once my husband and I informed the lady downstairs Mrs. Pam changed our room with no hesitation. She was very warm and showed my husband and me great Hospitality, Mrs. Pam made our stay very comfortable. Thank you, give that lady a raise.

The staff at this hotel was kind, but the room was subpar. The first room they had us in only had the ceiling half painted. It was weird. After requesting a new room, we were put in the one beside it. The room had brackets on the walls with no art, missing tissues, one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the bathroom curtain had black mold stains on the bottom, the lamp shades were visibly dirty, and the chair in the room was beyond worn. I tried speaking with the manager before we left to make him aware, but he wasn't in. This hotel needs to uphold better standards.

Worst stay at a name brand hotel ever. The door to the room would not open completely due to needing repairs. The only chair was completely worn out. I've literally gotten better chairs off the curb. The bed frame was broken so it sqeeked loudly at any movement. The list just goes on. Frayed under sized towels, no working ice maker on the floor.... Perhaps La Quinta could rename this the Bates Hotel? I don't expect much from hotel breakfast but theirs managed to be noticeably worse than my low expectations. Do yourself and family a favor and stay somewhere else.

Sheets were dingy, towels were thin and stained, some small ones were dirty with stains, complimary coffee was cold. Front desk person didn't know rules pertaining to service animals. Tub drained very slow. Blinking light on phone always.

We had travelled for 12 hours already with 3 grandchildren and they were exhausted. if it wasn't for that we would have gone elsewhere. When we got into our room (106) the lamps on the walls literally had no lightbulbs in them, they were filthy, the room had a bad odor, etc. I went back out to our vehicle to get some things and our door lock would take the keycard. It took me over 10 times to finally get into our room. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. We woke up to go to breakfast an hour after they started and they were out of almost everything. When we went back to our room to get our stuff we yet again could not get into our room. A maintenance guy tried and couldn't get it to work. He got a new keycard and it didn't work. I was about to break the door down myself when it finally worked and he told us to use the latch inside the room to keep the door open and not let it close while we were still there. Unbelievable! Then to top everything off they overcharged us for the room and we were told they could not adjust anything. We have always had great experiences with La Quinta's but this one I was the worst experience ever. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

This hotel was clean and the people were very friendly. The bed had a sheet and a very this blanket. There were no glasses on the room for water or coffee and there was no hot water in the shower. It seemed as if the faucet had been modified in order to restrict hot water. I didn't appreciate the cold shower. Breakfast had only poor choices. I did take a video of the shower faucet if you are interested.

The hotel is in serious need of a deep clean!!! The front desk staff was polite and nice. I know that all businesses are experiencing issues with help but when you are a hotel, you need to have clean rooms! I am in the housekeeping industry and I would have left if I could have gotten my money back! I'm sure things will change given enough staff but right now I would not recommend this hotel. Plus they pool was closed. After traveling all day I was looking forward to relaxing in the pool- not!

This was what we expected. This is a "motel" with the rooms opening to the outdoors. We were on the 2nd floor, no elevators. They have been painted but only maintained enough to be decent. The pool had been patched in the bottom, not correctly, and was breaking up. It's okay for a night but not long term.

The best part of the stay was the older woman who was working the night shift. She was so friendly and gave us hospitality feeling! One queen bed was super creaky, one wasn’t. Pillows were small and lumpy but got the job done. The carpet was kinda sticky feeling, I washed my feet again before leaving. There ARE Kleenex in the room. There was a fridge and microwave. The room seemed mostly clean. Very thin blankets. But it looked nice and the bathroom seemed very clean too. Overall I was impressed given the other reviews. It also cost us around $130 for one weeknight, so the pricing on Google is incorrect. Overpriced for the place, for sure. But the woman at the desk made it a good experience. The pool was closed.

Staff was very nice. Exceptional staff. The hotel itself smells moldy, is a little beat up, and has no hot water. I took the bad reviews with a grain of salt before staying there. The negative reviews were correct. The second floor hallways has major dips when walking through. I think the subfloor may need replacing. Hotel in need of major updating

What a dump. I booked it especially because it had an indoor pool and we wanted to relax a little in the pool. Although I booked through a third site, I went to their website to confirm. I went to check in and the pool was closed. The room stunk, it was musty. There aren't spare outlets to charge your phone in convenient places. Fundamental basics like the Kleenex was empty.

Nice decor. Ladies at the front desk when we checked in we're so nice! Room was nice, but no cups in the room. Poor shower design. Water ran out into the bath room floor. Nice breakfast.

The kind woman working the front desk was great. But we had stained sheets, a stained blanket, a torn comforter, a toilet seat THAT WAS NOT EVEN ATTACHED, mismatched towels, no Kleenex (not even a box in the holder), and extensive dust and dirt throughout the room, and a broken refrigerator. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and have already recommended our family to absolutely not stay here when traveling. The only positive thing about this experience was the front desk employee doing her best to help us with the stained bedding. The next morning the breakfast was pitiful, unstocked, and cold. We travel through this area often and have stayed at this hotel before without issue but this is inexcusable and we will not be returning.

The rooms do not have Kleenex do to them being too cheap to buy them. The bread cause it’s very minimal didn’t even have butter for the biscuits or the waffles again too cheap to buy it. The elevator doesn’t work properly there was holes in the walls, the lamp was broken off the wall in the room, the only good thing I can say was the desk clerks were very polite and good explaining that the manager or whoever is in charge wouldn’t buy what’s on the list to keep the hotel up. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and was very surprised to see the conditions.

This Laquinta Inn experience was not the best. Not quite sure if the facility was undergoing construction or not but there were several issues with our stay. Customer service was good. Upon driving to the side entrances the key entry scanner was not there nor operable, there was a towel in the door during the day for entry but at night the doors were locked which made the only front entrance available for entry. Then upon arriving on our floor, there was a bad odor when we stepped off the floor. The room was clean (the housekeeper was very nice) Maintenence had to come replace our faucet because the tub ran while the shower ran (leaving only the option to shower and not take a bath) the maintenance man was very professional and fixed the problem in no time and he also arrived in a timely manner. The laundry room washer was not operable which was one of our reasons for purchasing a hotel with a laundry room to wash clothes during our stay. As a result we had to wash our clothes elsewhere and chose to use the dryer at the hotel asked front desk to change out our dollars for quarters she said they don't keep any money on hand, when there is a sign in the laundry room that say to ask the front desk to get change so we had to leave out to get change then come back only to pay $3.00 for 45 minutes only for our clothes to feel the same way it did when we put them in there.

Please read the other reviews for this hotel. They are accurate. Room was dirty and dusty. Sheets had stains and random hairs on them and the counter space had crumbs on it. The bed was really hard. No sign out front except a plastic banner so we literally pulled up to the hotel and wasn’t sure if it was the right place or not. No pictures on the walls as they’ve been removed and left the screws and brackets behind. Will not be staying here again.

Overnight stay, just out looking around for things to do outside of Tennessee Found this wonderful hotel, clean great location. Sam at the front desk was so friendly and helpful from Check in to late check out. Recommended good food places. Loved her customer service skills. Accommodations were awesome. Ladies the following morning just as great Recommended good food and things to do on our way home. If making a visit go to a yummy Mexican restaurant close to hotel Called Casa Fieata ask for Miguel, he is fast and service was great and food fresh and amazing.

Will not stay here again. Simply put the room is dirty and poorly stocked. It was mainly the bathroom that was so gross. Hair in the sink and the shower didn’t drain fully when in use. When we checked in there was one roll of half used toilet paper, that was sitting on the counter because the hook it sits on was missing. We had to ask front desk for more TP, we also noted there were no tissues stocked. Our room only had 3 towels and 2 washcloths and as a family of 4 for a 2 night stay we had to ask for extra towels. 2 lamps didn’t work, the TV remote didn’t work and one headboard had handprint marks on them that I wiped off with a Clorox wipe. When our son had an accident in the night, we went to the front desk to ask for a change of sheets, and after looking at us like we were crazy the lady at the front desk handed us one top sheet. I do not recommend this hotel. There are several others to stay at on this exit. Pick one of those.

There is no sign outside to identify the hotel. We had to wait several minutes before anybody appeared at the front desk because staff is responsible for cleaning, laundry and everything else and only one person was there when we arrived. Our room was not clean. Roaches were hatching inside of the alarm clock on the night stand between the beds. There were food particles, peanuts, and dead roaches on the floor next to the night stand. The toilet seat and the toilet cover was cracked. It looked like they tried to patch the toilet seat with nail polish. The bath tub was chipped and dangerously slippery. The drain in the tub was slightly clogged, so there was six inches of standing water in the tub when I got out of the shower. The credenza was sticky with finger print smudges. There were dirty finger prints on the doors. We had to request an ironing board, and the one staff brought to us was broken. My husband was able to fix it. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! No complaints there!
