When
we
first
checked
in
Saturday,
it
seemed
okay.
Definitely
older
and
rough
around
the
edges.
But
the
room
was
clean
and
the
staff
was
polite.
Unfortunately,
the
a/c
stopped
cooling
the
room.
It
would
run
for
a
few
minutes
and
then
shut
off,
never
long
enough
to
cool
it
down.
I
called
the
front
desk
and
she
told
me
she
did
not
have
any
maintenance
staff
available.
Being
in
the
area
on
a
busy
weekend
with
no
other
hotel
options,
we
decided
to
persevere.
However,
once
we
settled
into
bed,
we
discovered
bedbugs.
I
notified
the
front
desk.
They
had
no
extra
rooms.
So
we
had
no
choice
but
to
check
out
and
drive
home
at
1am.
I
called
to
speak
with
the
manager
Monday
morning,
she
argued
with
me
and
told
me
it
was
“impossible”
because
they
have
bed
bug
covers.
She
also
argued
with
me
that
it
was
impossible
that
the
ac
wasn’t
working,
and
basically
talked
over
me
the
whole
time.
She
effectively
said
someone
that
works
for
her
has
to
prove
what
I
said
or
I
don’t
get
a
refund.
I’m
sure
we
can
all
imagine
how
that’s
going
to
turn
out.
These
people
have
no
interest
in
customer
service.
Do
not
waste
your
money
or
your
time
at
this
place.
