I payed $23 for the ultimate or best wash they offer. Which includes tire shine. No tire shine was applied. Asked attendant she stated oh yes tire shine hasn’t been working. I replied but I paid for it She advised. If you want I can give you some tire shine in a spray bottle and you can spray on tires. I said ok. Brought spray bottle with tire shine in it. Tried to spray on tires would not spray. Only a fraction of liquid in bottle. Went back to attendant. She advised me to pour on rag and rub on tires. I said that’s why I brought vehicle here so you guys would do it and Could you give me more spray. She said I don’t have time to put tire shine in bottle I said Really? You put some in bottle.why not more She said we are too busy I said you are kidding me. She shrugged her shoulders.

This car wash actually cleans your car and the vacuums work very good! The only issue is, I signed up for the $20.00 car wash and next month it's going to be $30.00. The lady should have explained that to us in more detail - that the price increases by $10.00 after the initial month. It's automatic payment from your bank account. But overall it's still a good deal and the wash is perfect! Also they do military discounts , but we didn't get one. Other than that it's great! Best car wash in Columbus or Phenix City!

After over a year of going here in this truck. I was told today the tires are too big and I was not allowed to use the wash , but I could use the vacuum . The one that made this decision had try to sell me a membership late time in this truck. With to Goo Goo wash and had no problems. So if you have a truck go to Goo Goo wash .

My spouse and I came through to get a car wash and was told about a promotion that we could get 30 days worth of washes for the price of one wash. Naturally we said okay. I tried to pay in cash and they said no, it had to be on a card. So we did it. They failed to disclose that after 30 days, they would begin debiting our card $30.00 automatically without us having to ever agree to this. When we discovered the charges after a month and called the car wash and spoke to the manager, Elizabeth, she stated that we were told at the time of purchase that there would be a recurring charge each month. WHICH is a complete lie! We asked for the name and phone number of the Owner of the business which she refused to give. This is a lying deceitful business and I will never do business with them again under any circumstances!!!!! I recommend you don't either!

I would give this place a zero if possible. Went through and noticed scratches on my rims i was gonna let that go but the next time i went through and went to dry my rims there was a nick in 2 different places on my back drivers side rim. I was livid. I brought it to their attention as well as the scratches in the rims and then looked further into my car and their are scratches all in the paint too. Its a brand new 2023. This is the only car wash i had been to. I had a membership and everything. I put in a claim. I recieved a call and was told the brush that would of reached that height on my rim was in operable and the scratches in the paint were due to driving through their car wash but that was normal and they were not gonna take responsibility for the damages. I told them i didnt think they would anyway but lessoned learned. I cancelled my membership the day after i made caliber aware of the damage they done to my car and DARE THEM TO CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CALIBER IN PHENIX CITY IF YOU DONT WANT DAMAGES TO YOUR VEHICLE.

This whole establishment is top-notch !!!!! Nathan & staff are solid as solid as you get they go above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend I do landscaping as you know. I do. Landscaping come here quite often And I leave a satisfied customer every single time !!!

READ THE REVIEWS before you waste your time here. And nothing gets resolved because all these people respond back to reviews are “so sorry we’re investigating this” blah blah. Literally the worst car wash ever. Pulled up at 8 for a car wash and was not informed they were closed, but they let me go through. Afterwards we tried to use the vacuums and they shut them down without informing all of the customers still in the parking lot that they let through even after closing. We we’re only told they shut the vacuums down because I asked, and I was told it was not their responsibility to inform customers of hours of operation and if you go to a restaurant you don’t get served if it’s outside their hours of operation, yet they still gave us the car wash??? I then overheard the MANAGER tell the girl that sold us our car wash that had apparently been there for 3 days that she “didn’t have time for this”. I then asked for their names and she proceeded to tell me it didn’t matter what their names were, which in deed it does and part of the reason I asked was leverage because she said we could come back another time and use the vacuums so I wanted to be sure we could get the service promised since she refused to do any other form of proof. Even others at the car wash we’re trying to do the same. Literally the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I just don’t understand how all of this can be blamed on the customer and bring up stupid scenarios that wouldn’t even take place if people know how to run a business.

I love my monthly membership! I drive my car thru without issues every other day. My car is never dirty. I love the convenience of their program. Highly recommend!!!

UPDATE: The District Manager called and confirmed that the car wash was at fault, and that the faulty equipment had been replaced. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. My vehicle was the middle vehicle of a 3 vehicle collision inside the car wash tunnel and the car wash took no responsibility. I had to wait in the heat with two small children to file a police report. The manager on duty refused to show me any of their footage of what happened or to provide me with a supervisor's name. The cop mentioned this was the second time THAT DAY he had been out to address a collision at this car wash. No refund or compensation of any kind was offered.

VERY VERY good exterior was done properly. 1st time taken to car wash I rather do it my self so no scratches. But they were outstanding. BUT THEY HAD a person cleaning trash basket and flung liquid on my vehicle. She offered another wash but I said no. Will retry again today.

Pretty decent place. Very convenient with the towels and sprays. The air fresheners are a plus! I would like to mention that i feel like all the options under the top premium wash should be included on the premium. Ive noticed that i do not get an under body spray with my $30 monthly membership wash. And also, the victory drive location has a dry pad at the end that does a nice wipe to the top of the car along with the dryers. Id love to see that come to the phenix city location. ALSO, i know this might be a long shot but hear me out… the entrance and exit need to be separated. I can only imagine the frustration on busy days during peak times. Thats another thing i enjoyed about the victory drive location. But other than that, its a great car wash. Oh! Family memberships would be greatly appreciated!

I go here regularly and I love it! My favorite staff member, Aden, is the nicest! Always smiling and always getting good work down, I was surprised he wasn’t a manager! Always leave with a clean car and very little damage to my bank account!

This is a superb carwash business! They have memberships that you can choose from. They also provide air freshener, window cleaner, towels, an air blower and more that you can use on your car once you get to the vacuuming area. It's a decent place to go to for me!

I love the professionalism that was shown to me my modified van is spic and span inside and out plus the Vacuum is free with any and every wash. Y'all come down to Caliber car wash in Phenix City Alabama!!!

My wife took her 2020 Jeep Wrangler in yesterday after she went threw the car wash she has a big chip and crack in her windshield about 10 inches long after talking with the Mgr you can tell that they don't care anything about taking care of your car and don't want to take responsibility for what they damage. We have been going here every since they open and we did the 30 dollar monthly car wash. Never again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go here. So a simple car wash ended up taking about 3 hours because we ended up having to call the police to make a report of what happen.

Helpful workers were available to help me figure out what to do on my first visit. Drive through car wash did a good job on my SUV and I had easy access to a well stocked interior car cleaning equipment. If I wash my car again, I'll definitely visit them againq.

Do not get a membership here if you ever plan on canceling it. They do not make it easy to cancel. I hate this place!!! Update: I finally was able to cancel my membership after several unsuccessful attempts to navigate their website. It now seems easy to get to so I'm not sure what I was doing to get turned around so many times. I am waiting to see if they will charge a membership fee to my bank after I have canceled since I have seen that complaint in their reviews and the staff advised me to double check once I canceled my membership. I will update next month.
