Mainly for groceries and electronics. Not as much as product categories like their nearest mall in Attingal kacheri junction. For groceries they are fine. Their Restaurant is attached to the mall and they provide tasty Al-fahams and Shawai. (to be Frank their mayonise is one of the best i have tasted) . For biriyani and noodles the price is a little high but the quality & quality of the food is good. Recommended to try pepper Alfaham, but the minimum order quantity for it is half and you can't buy a quarter Alfaham or Shawai from here like other restaurants.

Why are you making the sales staff to canvas the customers ? Especially in the beauty and hygiene section it's so annoying. I'm coming to a supermarket to look around and choose things according to my needs. When someone is following me around when I need some peace of mind while shopping is really really annoying. I won't come back there again. And I won't recommend this supermarket to anyone. I won't let my friends and family come there.

I like to shop alone and the staff just wouldn't leave you alone. There's just too many staff and so little ppl so there's like 2-3 people following you around and staring at you, it felt weird.

This shop good for vegetable purchase they provide great discount for different items. Otherwise its not worth it because we won't get any branded products there. The customer service is sometime very suffocating because they don't allow us to explore different products peacefully. Suddenly they follow us and suggest different products even if we told we don't want.

Don't shop from here if you have some self respect. I started shopping from one corner and randomly take one perfume for testing suddenly 3 staffs came and ask sir do you want this and I told no I was just checking then I move to another counter and suddenly another staffs came and ask sir can I help you and I told no I will choose by myself. Then I notice staffs are even following me when I walk. Dear Rajakumari Management first of all treat your customers well. In this modern era no one will steal things from shops where modern security monitoring systems and CCTV cameras are there. When people shop from hypermarkets they will shop slowing because they enjoy shopping, they will pick ramdom things like perfume, toys, cosmetics etc and check whether they want or not, what all are the ingredients, should I buy this or postpone to next month. So they will shop slowly without considering time. Someone (Good for nothing idiot) from your staff management team told your staffs to behave in such a way that people will get irritated and go without shopping. This is not only my experience but posting this after discussing this incident with many of my friends and they were telling that your products are also not good😆 Check your reviews and act accordingly customers are having 100 of options for shopping and if Rajakumari Hypermarket is not there no one will even care but this is your business so take care if you want

Huge place but limited collection of items. Some of the common products were not there or out of stock. The staff is very helpful and would come with you to help you choose and pick the items for you.

Bought for more than rs. 6000/=, but for rupees two (no change available with me), they became unhappy. That is their business. Keep it up.
