I
was
a
costumer
of
feel
Viana
since
the
hotel
opens
until
today
.
Since
the
beginning
this
hotel
always
have
To
high
prices
for
the
service
they
delivery
to
the
costumers
,
however
the
place
is
beautiful
so
we
keep
returning
every
year.
This
year
was
a
complete
mess
our
stay
.
Firstly
and
for
the
most
they
taught
us
the
hotel
will
run
half
capacity
in
order
to
delivery
a
good
service
.
That
was
the
first
lie
.
The
hotel
was
fully
packed
.
And
we
know
it
because
we
had
a
small
room
for
four
(
they
missed
up
the
reservation)
And
they
said
they
could
move
us
bacias
they’re
full.
We
stayed
also
the
4
nights
without
light
on
the
balcony
.
First
breakfast
I
wait
for
one
out
to
get
an
egg.
The
restaurant
service
was
really
poor
.
The
employees
got
no
idea
if
what
they
where
suppose
to
act
.
The
F&B
promise
us
to
offer
a
dinner
.
Last
night
we
dinner
again
at
the
hotel
.
At
the
check
out
we
got
full
bill
and
they
try
to
offer
my
20
euros
discount
from
a
pizza
that
I
eat
during
afternoon
in
the
bar
😂😂😂
The
same
manager
was
there.
I
said
thanks
for
this
discount
from
the
bottom
of
my
heart
but
I
want
to
pay
full
price
.
This
is
the
story
how
a
hotel
can
loose
a
3
years
customer.
Maybe
if
the
boarders
close
up
again
the
CEO
of
this
hotel
start
to
care
about
Portuguese
costumers.
So,
think
twice
before
book
this
hotel.
They
are
many
cool
possibilities
around
form
people
who
care
with
each
other
.
