Wir waren zu einem Geburtstagsessen dort mit Familie. Leider nicht so wie man es erwartet hat! Das nicht günstige Essen wurde in Etappen gebracht. So war das Fleisch dann kalt bis die Beilagen und Saucen am Tisch waren. Und Medium war es dann auch nicht. Eher ganz durch, Schade. Dazu dann noch eine völlig unangepasste Rückmeldung von einem Mitarbeiter an einen der Familie! Etwas positives gibt es aber auch! Ein toller Platz, wunderschönes Haus mit einer gemütlichen Terrasse. Und das alles einen Katzensprung vom Strand entfernt.

We spent 2 fantastic weeks in August with our 2 children. Hotel lies in the dunes with a wooden path leading to a huge windy bay. Chic design hotel but no show-off, zen atmosphere with families and couples all there for watersports. We've been able to surf or kite surf every day, there's always waves or wind. Gear (surf-windsurf-kite) is top and we had excellent teachers from the hotel. Very good food and wine. And last but not least, service was incredible, I injured my foot on a broken shell in the water, the two hotel owners came to help and asked a colleague to bring me to the hospital. She waited with me there the whole time, translating in Portugese and making sure I was well taken care of ! And they even paid the hospital fees! We will definitely come back to this wonderful place.

Just been to the restaurant. The restaurant manager was rude when we asked to move inside due to the cold. Ignored us when we left even though we walked past him. The food was mediocre at best. Great waitresses but restaurant manager's attitude really spoilt it for us.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Very welcoming and friendly staff! It accommodates families as well as young tourists looking for an adventure.

I was a costumer of feel Viana since the hotel opens until today . Since the beginning this hotel always have To high prices for the service they delivery to the costumers , however the place is beautiful so we keep returning every year. This year was a complete mess our stay . Firstly and for the most they taught us the hotel will run half capacity in order to delivery a good service . That was the first lie . The hotel was fully packed . And we know it because we had a small room for four ( they missed up the reservation) And they said they could move us bacias they’re full. We stayed also the 4 nights without light on the balcony . First breakfast I wait for one out to get an egg. The restaurant service was really poor . The employees got no idea if what they where suppose to act . The F&B promise us to offer a dinner . Last night we dinner again at the hotel . At the check out we got full bill and they try to offer my 20 euros discount from a pizza that I eat during afternoon in the bar 😂😂😂 The same manager was there. I said thanks for this discount from the bottom of my heart but I want to pay full price . This is the story how a hotel can loose a 3 years customer. Maybe if the boarders close up again the CEO of this hotel start to care about Portuguese costumers. So, think twice before book this hotel. They are many cool possibilities around form people who care with each other .

I came here the first time in December 2019, what a fantastic experience. Next I came here twice, to launch, and again, a wonderful experience. Today, I came for 1 night and invited 2 more couples of friends with kids. My little 3 years old child ask me at dinner for a crumble egg, because she didn't like what we asked for her. The chef refused... I didn't even ask the price.. But.. refuse an egg for a child? Dear god.. what an insane attitude. That's how you lose an happy costumer. Never again. I loved this place, but I can't cope with this kind of attitude.

Hotel is best located to have access to the sea. Breakfast is great and you can do all kind of different sports. Kitchen is really excellent, service very friendly. The fact that the hotel also runs the public beach bar at the beach is great, as you can charge on the room and there are dedicated sand beds with wind shield for hotel guests. The surf school is in cooperation with the hotel and you can directly book many lessons via the hotel.

FeelViana is awesome. The hotel packs an unparalleled number of the coolest water and land-based sports. It even has its own wake park (can you believe it?). The location is uniquely charming in the middle of its own reserve of pine trees, and with access to an amazing beach / wind sports spot. The hotel itself has top amenities, great design, nice choice of material (wood all over!). It is clean, it smells good. The breakfast was great. And the ambiance is warm. You just feel good there. You may have the impression of being charged at full price for everything. Rentals are certainly not on the cheap side. But quality is there.

Have been there before and I do like the concept, the facilities, the gastronomy. Location perfect. Service its ok, nothing wow, which I always expect. Staff should be friendlier, smile, be more proactive. From the waiters, too informal and not attentive enough to clean the tables. They never asked if we wanted something else. Beach Bar huge potential, can do much better. Bicycle store great. The bicycle tours they offer are fantastic. Spa, gym, indoor pool, very nice. Perfect spot to relax and forget about the world.

Perfect choice for winter mountain biking in the hills 20 mins away from the hotel. Excellent spa, food and very comfortable rooms. Thanks!

Greed is never a good thing. We booked our new years eve at FeelViana, two families with 3 kids. We booked just for the nights and no party and dinner included because that is not the purpose of our visit. The hotel just called us and they decided to cancel it, not because they were in overbooking or there was any issue with the reservation, but essentially because the Hotel wishes to make more money with our stay. We were paying already aprox 400CHF per couple but they said that if we wanted to stay for those two nights we now needed to have dinner at the hotel and the party and pay the additional amounts that would be more close to 500 per PERSON. Fantastic attitude by FeelViana that acted totally against the concept that I felt that they try to sell. Make sure you check what you get. I understand that many times the owners and who develop the concept not always is aware or authorizes these decisions, but they should be aware. I would truly hope that my review has some impact and that you consider who makes this types of greeddy decisions. Greed is never a good thing, but even less when you sell a concept and act differently. No good mood... thank you. Congratulations you just ruined our plans. We will move now to other location and cancel restaurants and planned activities.

Great service and staff. The rooms are great and come with a big balcony. WiFi can be a bit messy to set up but the staff was helpful about it. The food in the hotel was great and the service was very accommodating and personalized. The spa area is good and the massages are wonderful, definitely recommend

This hotel has everything active people could wish for. It is a paradise for mountain biking, surfing/watersports. The spa is also fantastic, as are the gym, food, and the staff.

Amazing place. Tranquil, relaxing, comforting. Great bike rental on the 1st floor: hop on and ride along the beach. Or walk the pine shaded path to the beach itself. We are not surfers, but observed several guests on their way to the ocean early morning. Satisfying breakfast: lots of juices, craft omelets. Very good coffee. If we may, we'd like to recommend a 3 nights stay during weekday: less guests, less commotion and nearly empty sauna. BTW, bring your own swim cap, if you plan to use the pool. Enjoy your stay! We stayed a week in July in a bungalow. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is right, location, design, food, staff, activities, weather etc. The environment is great to explore also by bike. Cant wait to come back.

A perfect stay from the welcome of Francisco of the Front Office to Joana's hands of the spa. Nice ambience, awesome breakfast and location. Convenient ferry to reach the city centre. I loved the eco friendly products and initiatives (such as trash bin for recycling and texts about saving water on shower's window)

Feel Viana is a cool Sporthotel. I was a little disappointed by the spa, you have to wear a cap in the pool and the sauna has no separate area. It's just all in the same. I had a Wax, from a lady outside the hotel and she was just amazing. Super experienced and really good products. In general the staff was super nice and helpful at all times and the kitchen was really really good. We enjoyed our dinner a lot and even with the small menu! Thank you
