100% tourist trap. Most worst experience ever in Portugal. Well trained staff to trap people. Smelly toilets

Tourist trap. High price, Waiter asked if we wanted bread. It came with a 15 euro cheese for a total of 20. Finally, he said he accepted credit cards but the Internet is slow. He demonstrated about 5 times that the card reader could not connect. I paid cash eventually. But I know it was a scam. This business wants to operate on cash and avoid taxes. AVOID THIS CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE.

Horrible experience. I Got to the restaurant at 1:30 pm and by 3:00 pm food wasn’t served yet. Staff is not organized and prices are very high. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

Crazy prices for what you get, cards don’t work and it’s a total tourist trap. The young waiter was nice though.

We saw the bad reviews after being seated. We had a baby with us and we were looking to eat at 6pm /1800. Other restaurants weren't open until 7pm/1900. Since they were very nice helping us with the baby we decided to stay. We weren't expecting much so we only ordered 2 meals and a bottle of wine. We had excellent friendly service and the food was was good, not great. Most restaurants next to the sea will be more expensive.

One more bad experience from us. We cannot recommend this location. Tourist are explored. Very expensive (115 Euro) for two portions of bacalhau and a view bolo de bacalhau, olives and bread. A small bottle of water with 3,30 Euro. My wife had on the next day to vomit. She believes it was because of the fish. Also the payment was not working with several credit cards. For sure because of no internet connection. We have asked for internet connection via WiFi and got a cellphone hotspot. Interesting was that in the moment of paying the hotspot also was not anymore working.

July 2023. We ate here because we were hungry in the middle of the afternoon and nothing else seemed to be open. We had grilled squid, grilled sardines, a bottle of wine, coffe and dessert. Food was fresh and delicious but over salted. The service was efficient as the restaurant was not busy. The bill was high but we knew this when we ordered. They do not accept credit cards and the business name is removed from the building which now raises additional questions. The hawkers in front of the restaurant should have been a dead give away. Aside from the steep bill our experience was enjoyable. FYI, there are many other more reasonably priced dining options in the vicinity right by the water.

We had a very late dinner. Nice enough to set up a table for us outside while there was room indoors. And also to run after us to return a forgotten jumper). Raw produce was good (ate grilled shrimps and monkfish rice). Pizza was average.
