Dear Intercir team, My husband (Joao Carreira) recently left a review where he was very upset with the procedure that his mother received. I'm following up on that review because your response was so uncaring that I felt the need to respond. If you care at all about customer service, you would have asked him please to contact you directly so you could learn the details of the situation. Instead, your response showed that you either don't care, or don't understand genuine customer service. Please, take some time to think about this -- people are trusting you with their health or the health of their loved ones. I'm sure you would understand this if it were your family member. In the meantime, we would not recommend Intercir for anyone who has an expectation that they will be treated well.

I was very disapointed with my experience at Intercir and would not recommend it to anyone. I used it for my mother's strabysm surgery and it was not a good experience at all. I should say that i had a previous experience with strabysm surgery (for myself) elsewhere so I have something to compare with and the Intercir is way behind. The INTERCIR projects an image of a top quality clinic (with fancy art and decoration - which should have been an alert for me) but what really comes across is something else. A rushed group of doctors on a chronometer making as much money as they can with total disregard to patients. No sense of customer service whatsoever. Doctors seem to be freelancers for the most part that have a loose affiliation to Intercir and rush to do their surgeries and move on to the next clinic/hospital/job with the patient still in the surgery room. Follow-ups and email communication stop once you leave the surgery room and pay the bill. And I could go on. Unfortunately I'll have to take my mother to another place for a corrective surgery. I heard the expression "eye doctor hipermarket " when referring to this place and it feels like right. O Dr, Antonio Travassos pode ser um excelente oftalmologista na plenitude do termo mas só utiliza termos técnicos, talvez para despachar,saí de lá a saber o mesmo de como entrei e até ao meu problema lhe deu outro nome o que baralhou ainda mais e não explicou. Não dava aso a fazer perguntas, cortava com má criação a pergunta. Penso que quem quer saber demais ele fica arrogante e irritado mas a sua obrigação era descer até nós. Como pessoa , não está sociabilizado, nada de amável, arrogante e muito malcriado. Estive lá desde a 11h ás 19h para sair de lá muito indisposta. Os dias seguintes nem conseguia dormir bem sempre a lembrar a forma como me tratou. É humilhante a forma como nos trata, fui tratada abaixo de cão e coitadinhos dos cães. Ainda hoje, me interrogo porque me tratou ele mal ? E há pessoas que o adoram e tratou bem!!! Sou pessoa educada e ele inibia-me de fazer perguntas dava logo resposta malcriada com uma aspereza gélida. Pedi-lhe para escrever o problema que tenho para pesquisar ,porque não explicou nada em termos acessíveis, e ele respondeu logo " se quer que escreva 2 ou 3 linhas são 500€". É claro que não escreveu. Eu penso que com exames feitos tem que haver um relatório. O senhor demonstra uma linguagem sem coerência, estava mais inclinado a ser grosseiro e a passar ao lado das minhas perguntas do que a ser oftalmologista e ainda me disse que respeitava muito os seus doentes mas por amor de Deus, ser agressivo era respeitar !!?? Estar naquele centro desde as 11h até perto das 19h é respeitar? Sem máquinas de bebidas, até de água não havia, ou máquina de comida rápida, com um bar que fecha ás 15h fraquito sem nada para escolher a não ser sandes de pão. Isto é respeitar um doente que passa ali 8h sem ter levado farnel ??!! Foi um dia de pesadelo.

I've been using the service for the all family at it is great. Very fast, very professional and it was agreements with several insurance companies. Also for paediatric medical appointment there is a private parking space, which is great, to assure we will always having parking space when going with children.

Subpar service, rude and arrogant reception staff and condescending doctors. Not worth the money. Don’t recommend

Mais do que uma consulta diaria, ou consulta ao domingo á tarde, são apenas alguns exemplos. O Centro Cirúrgico tem vindo a melhorar o atendimento, desde a minha última visita e por isso merece uma avaliação cinco estrelas! O atendimento tanto ao telefone como presencialmente foi bastante educado, simpático, prestável e atencioso, desde as funcionárias até à médica. De realçar também a organização, a higiene e o ambiente tranquilo. Não houve praticamente tempo de espera, mas o espaço é agradável e acolhedor na sala de espera. Recomendo!

Perfeito em tudo o que já experienciei. Os melhores médicos e restantes profissionais de saúde. Local sempre imaculado. Cuidado com todos os problemas de deslocação imaginários. Bar para refeições que são perfeitas. Aparelhos de exames de topo!

We had cause to use this facility recently and we were (a) very pleased with the service & (b) absolutely delighted with the value for money! Highly recommended!
