I have made a prepayment of 30% for a booking in October which was canceled after communicating with the daughter of the owner, Ana Maria as she is the only English speaking person there. Now, 4 months later in January 2022, I still was not refunded the 54 EUR prepayment that I have made (although it was promised to me). I have been chasing the matter for months now and am deeply disappointed and frustrated. My emails are being ignored and calls are not being answered. I want to warn you guys about booking at this place as you will not be refunded if it comes to cancellation. Be careful!

The place itself is nice and quite, the park and the view is beautiful, 5*. The service is 3*. We didn’t get toiletries, there was mold in the closet. The apartment was not cleaned properly before our arrival and during our stay. They just made the bed and tried to wash the cutlery as quickly as possible. We didn’t get washing liquid and a cleaning sponge so we couldn’t do it ourselves. The bowls were broken (2 out of 3). They offered free washing was kind and useful, thanks for that. Wifi coverage was poor. These are really small things and could be easily corrected.

Top notch. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the decorations, especially the sheep. Beautiful grounds. Helpful stuff.
