I had the worst experience in my entire life. Me and mom were looking for a good place to eat pasta and drink wine around our hotel at 9:30pm despite we had dinner two hours before and when I searched for this 4.9 rated restaurant it looked good for us. We ordered a ravioli and two glasses of wine. 2-3 minutes later a moody lady came to our table with her infamous english and said you are basically two people and you can't share a dish. We explained we were already full and she said you need to order more food or you (she showed me the door). I couldn't get over this attitude because I have experienced many prestigious restaurants (including a michelin guide) and have never seen such a disaster. While there were 10-12 tables available, only 4 tables were occupied and there was no one waiting for their precious table. (Otherwise I could understand the situation and honestly I don't want to upset people, but that lady humiliated us). Don’t prefer If you don’t have enough place to eat or enough money to scatter them.

Can't quite understand the exceptional reviews. The staff was nice for sure though. The appetizers weren't great. We got really dry bread and the appetizer platter was somewhat disappointing. For the main course we had the tagiatelle and the ravioli. Both were good but not exceptional. Overall it's in a weird zone where both the presentation and service seem to be for a finer dinner but the food doesn't measure up. Also even if it is not really packed they seemed to be pretty stressed.

I don’t usually write reviews but I just have to for this place. I just finished eating there 10 minutes ago and I have to say that the food and the atmosphere were absolutely incredible. We showed up early for our reservation and they still got us seated right away. It is in a perfect spot, it is not too loud and the ambiance is amazing. One of my group mates were getting bitten by the mosquitoes and they tried to help as much as they could. They brought more of the bug repelling incense and they sprayed more bug repellant around the bushes. The food itself was incredible. We got the pasta with hare, pasta with wild boar, mixed salad, stewed beef, pork tenderloin, ricotta and spinach balls, crème brûlée, dessert wine with biscuits, and tiramisu. It was all so yummy. The restaurant even gave us a free appetizer and Prosecco. The meals also were very well priced. Special shout-out to Davide our amazing waiter. I’m sorry if I’m spelling it wrong D: I’m not Italian but it was pronounced DA-VI-DE. He was great. He gave us extra bread and answered all our questions. He was extremely helpful and I hope he gets a raise. :D

One of the best (not only Italian) restaurant experiences. Fantastic service and atmosphere, away from the city center. Huge, great quality wine selection, and the food... just come and enjoy it all. Praise to the chef, she is an artist.

We had some expectations because of the nice reviews we saw. And they are true. My girlfriend and I had an amazing dinner tonight. The food was really good. Especially the tagliatelle at the picture was outstanding. But also 5 stars for the people. Nice and young people who where serving us. So sweet and kind. Also we got a nice soup and Prosecco before our dinner. The price/quality is more then good. We will come back.

Most amazing place we have been to in a long time, the staff were super friendly, the dining was lovely and intimate, and the food left us speechless. I 100% recommend the steak cooked in chianti wine the photo doesn't do it justice I would come back to montecatini terme just to have that beef again.

Excellent and friendly service, amazing food (we had the wildboar tagliatelle and the pappardelle with hare) and the staff's wine suggestions were on point! Would highly recommend for a romantic dinner.

Incredible place. Fantastic and very friendly service who explain every dish when required. Superb flavours. They even give a chair for the hat of my son..:) A must to go.

A fantastic experience - it is easy to see why it’s one of the top rated restaurants in the area. A beautiful atmosphere accompanied by a wonderful soup and glass of Prosecco on the house. I’d highly recommend the steak as well as the cheesecake - both are great. Also service was amazing, we enjoyed chatting with Helga about the area and life in general.

Food is delicious. Great wine. Friendly hosts. Davide è molto simpatico. We will certainly be back.

Tonight we had the best meal we have eaten in Tuscany - a distinct cut above anything we had previously experienced. Definitely compliments to the chef for the quality and presentation of the food. We were looked after by Sylvia and her brother Davide who were the most professional and friendly / helpful front of house staff we have experienced in a long time. Thanks to everyone for an excellent evening.
