I
began
training
at
TRAINUP
a
few
months
ago
and
I'm
already
the
strongest
I've
ever
been.
I
honestly
recommend
this
space
for
anyone
who
is
serious
about
advancing
their
pole
skills
in
a
supportive,
fun
environment.
Raquel
is
a
fantastic
and
fun
teacher
who
doesn't
shy
away
from
pushing
you
to
be
the
best
you
can
be.
I
attend
the
weekly
pole
fitness
intermediate
classes,
open
sessions,
and
pole
dance
class.
The
fitness
class
include:
spinning
pole
choreography,
static
tricks,
flips
and
tumbles.
I
hated
spinning
when
I
first
arrived,
but
after
a
few
weeks,
my
body
adjusted
to
it
and
now
it's
my
favourite
part
of
the
class.
Since
I
arrived
after
training
at
a
different
studio,
Raquel
carefully
guided
me
through
the
things
I'd
never
done
before
and
my
strength
and
confidence
have
skyrocketed
as
a
result.
I'm
always
buzzing
with
happiness
and
exhausted
after
this
class.
The
pole
dance
classes
are
so
so
fun,
and
also
exhausting!
I
had
no
idea
I
could
be
so
tired
from
dance
and
floorwork!
Dance
is
out
of
my
comfort
zone
but
I
love
the
moves,
I
feel
sexy,
and
I
love
exploring
this
side
to
pole.
Really
recommend.
