Il luogo posto su un'altura è molto bello, la casa con vista mare è graziosa, dotata di aria condizionata ma non avevamo capito che non aveva i servizi di un villaggio turistico, c'è solo la piscina. Non avevamo capito che è una casa in affitto praticamente, se occorre qualcosa bisogna prendere la macchina per raggiungere Parghelia. Il potenziale c è perché c'è un giardino curatissimo, una bella vista su Tropea, sul mare e sullo Stromboli ma un bar, un po' di musica e qualche ombrellone in più non ci starebbero male. Sei collegato via WhatsApp al proprietario della casa perché non c è reception. Che dire dopo tante vacanze è la prima volta che capitiamo in questa tipologia così particolare di viaggio! Ottimo per chi necessita di totale relax.

Went for a quick stay. Magnificent views, Tropea in the back drop. Well organised development with a beautiful swimming pool.

It's a private residence where you can find some appartments for Holiday pourpouse. It's not a Village. Beautiful panorama of tropea, a big swimming pool and a lot of green for a place quite far from the center of the Town. You need a car and about 15 minute by car for each travel to tropea. At last good price/quality balance.

If you plan to visit Calabria, Tropea region, I would strongly reccommend to choose Marasusa. It provides good standard (including a swimming pool) and a wonderful view over Tropea and the sea. We used the appartment for 4 people and I can confirm it was ok. We were surprised how comfortable sofa bed was. You will need the car - it is a must. Both the owners and the local agents are very helpful and kind.

Nice apartments, place, and the view is amazing at night too. Little tip - mark the roadsides somehow with signs how to drive to here. Thanks.
