Below
is
an
email
I
wrote
them
like
few
minutes
ago
about
an
incident.
This
is
just
one
of
the
incidents.
It
seems
there
is
no
quality
control
because
1-
They
sent
wrong
items
like
two
times.
2-
Items
don't
match
with
the
description
given
on
website
3-
On
reserving
items,
don't
be
surprise
if
you
get
something
totally
different
when
you
arrive
at
store.
Cherry
on
the
top
is
the
rude
behavior
of
the
staff
in
stores.
The
only
people
that
might
be
helpful
might
be
the
ones
you
get
in
touch
via
phone.
Almost
everyone
else
is
incompetent
and
rude.

had
a
really
bad
experience
at
your
outlet
in
Barkarby,
Stockholm
just
a
couple
of
minutes
ago.
It
seems
the
cashiers
working
there
have
no
respect
for
the
customers
and
I
felt
so
low
while
dealing
with
them
today.
First
of
all
I
didn’t
get
what
I
reserved
and
on
top
of
it
the
lady
working
refused
to
accept
my
gift
voucher
(
in
form
of
PDF
sent
to
me
by
Jysk
).
She
told
me
you
have
to
print
it
out
and
only
then
can
you
use
it.
When
I
questioned
why
does
she
need
a
printed
copy.
She
said
because
people
cheat
and
reuse
the
vouchers
multiple
times.
She
simply
ignored
me
even
when
I
was
trying
to
tell
her
that
I
have
used
a
gift
voucher
before
in
this
same
branch
using
my
mobile.
She
stated
entertaining
other
customers
leaving
me
on
one
counter
as
if
I
am
a
stupid
person
with
whom
she
doesn’t
want
to
talk
to.
I
wanted
to
ask
her
if
print
out
is
so
important
I
can
send
her
an
email
and
she
can
take
a
print
out.
It
was
really
embarrassing
to
speak
and
discuss
things
with
her
in
front
of
so
many
customers.
Now
I
have
bought
items
as
I
needed
them
and
I
traveled
for
an
hour
from
work
to
get
them
but
what
about
the
humiliation
and
an
unused
voucher?
It’s
the
second
time
I
had
this
kind
of
experience
at
your
store
and
frankly
speaking
it
was
so
bad
that
it
made
me
cry
because
I
never
faced
such
kind
of
humiliation
in
Stockholm
anywhere
in
last
7
years.
Please
spend
some
money
and
train
your
employees.
Their
body
language
is
as
if
you
are
distributing
things
for
free.
