Absolutely
the
worst
experience
of
my
life!
I
will
NEVER
buy
anything
from
Jysk
ever!
They
wasted
one
month
of
my
life!
1.
I
placed
an
order
in
early
November
for
furniture
to
get
in
my
new
apartment
in
mid-December.
They
made
a
mistake
with
my
order
but
did
not
inform
me.
I
went
3
times
to
the
store
to
try
and
fix
it,
but
it
did
not
happen.
Ultimately
I
lost
all
trust
and
confidence
in
them
and
cancelled
my
order.
2.
It
was
not
posisble
to
make
any
changes
in
the
order
over
the
phone.
The
standard
reply
from
customer
service
was:
I
understand
your
problem,
but
only
the
store
can
help
you.
Then
why
on
god's
name
do
you
have
a
customer
service?
3.
The
store
is
severly
understaffed,
and
the
staff
do
not
know
how
to
make
chnages.
Everytime
I
went
to
the
store,
I
had
to
wait
a
minimum
of
30
mins
to
1
hour
for
them
to
do
something.
On
top
of
that
the
employee
called
Ali
(who
made
the
mistake
with
the
order
to
begin
with),
was
rude
with
me
when
I
asked
for
help.
So
finally,
what
I
got
from
Jysk
was
no
furniture
in
my
new
aprtment
plus
added
mental
distress
and
frustration
as
bonus.
On
top
of
that,
the
several
hours
I
lost
going
back
and
forth
to
the
store.
