What a fatal health center is, they don't answer calls and it is quite difficult to get an appointment. When you get sick they give you an appointment for next month. Personnel foul! I am grateful that the pediatric clinics are all the best and work above and beyond the call of duty. Even though they are not the ones who keep my children's records, they are very attentive and do everything possible to treat them as soon as possible. Especially Mar, I couldn't be more grateful for the continuous monitoring my children have done since they came to the clinic.

(Translated by Google) Since I have the benefit of being able to enjoy health in this great country, I have had to put up with the poor service and rudeness of this center. I keep going there because it is the one that "gets me the best" but really today was the last straw since not only did I have to accept a terrible attention from admission but I also realized the treatment for all users whether they are Spanish or from another country. There are many people with ethics and professionalism who are looking for and waiting for a job opportunity so that these people do not want to work and apart from everything they serve the worst. What a pity the treatment for older people because they are vulnerable people that was very painful and frustrating to see without being able to do anything. I hope many of you care about your family and we do something to change this (Original) Desde que tengo el beneficio de poder disfrutar de la salud en este gran país, he tenido que aguantar el mal servicio y la grosería de este centro.

My doctor Margarita Torres is very good, but except for one very kind man who has been at the reception for years, my experience with the rest of the administration is very bad. Today I went with a severe anxiety crisis, and they didn't want to give me a visit for today, let it be tomorrow, since those appointments are for emergencies. If a health center does not understand that mental health is also health and that we also need to be cared for, what can we expect from the rest of the world...

This morning, 11/08/2023, I had an early appointment with my family doctor, Dr. Rafael Rodíguez Cabanillas, and I want to thank him for his attention, despite the volume of patients that causes him to have a certain delay, which he compensates, as I say, with a detailed and professional attention and to which 5 stars correspond. But I put a star because I also had a later appointment at 9:50 a.m. with the nurse and it seems that the one that corresponds to me was free today and the one assigned to me, I can't say what it's called because no one has given it to me, in addition to arriving late It was more than 10 o'clock when he showed up, he gathered in the office with several people, I suppose other nurses, and started chatting about vacation days. They didn't have the detail of closing the door completely and he could be heard perfectly. When it is already 10:15 I approach, I knock on the door and they tell me to wait, now a little fed up with the situation I insist and call their attention, when they see my anger they leave and the one who has to attend to me stays and after reminding me several times that she was not my nurse and telling her that whether she was the nurse or not, I had an appointment and that personal matters that were dealt with after hours or at least when there were no patients waiting ended up saying that she would not attend to me, by the way there was no no one else waiting. I have decided to file a claim although they do not make it easy for someone in charge to assist you (there seems to be none) and they make you wait for a simple claim form.

I give a 2 only because of two doctors who treated me great. Otherwise, a 0. To get your phone answered you have to call at least 20 times (not an exaggeration) throughout a day or several. Don't expect emergency doctors to be nice, because quite the opposite.

If I could I would leave 0 stars, the attention of the girls at the counter leaves a lot to be desired, I avoid at all costs having to go to the health center because it is always the same, they do not attend to you, they put obstacles in your way, they do not answer the phone, much less They give you an appointment, they tell you that when they open new agendas I will receive an SMS on my cell phone to schedule. I have called 15-20 times to schedule a PHONE appointment with my primary care doctor because I need to get the vaccines for the health personnel and at no time did they take my call, in the end I had to do it another way and they gave it to me for February 15, that is, almost a month and a half of waiting for them to give me another appointment with my nurse and then get the vaccines. This health center is very disappointing.

I only read negative reviews but I imagine it's like on many occasions: only those who have had a problem write (this also happens to me at work), those who do well, don't do it. That's why I want to write. A couple of years ago, on July 31, I got a terrible low back pain, my brother took me to the health center and they treated me wonderfully: the emergency doctor, the nurse who punctured me, and the women at the counter. When I have ever gone to analysis first thing in the morning, it was wonderful too. Many years ago I took a lot of care and had many injuries such as burns on my face; My nurse Elena (I saw her at the center yesterday but I didn't say hello) treated me wonderfully and cured me phenomenally. In the time of Covid I took it easy and they solved everything for me over the phone. Yesterday I went for a calf injury early in the morning, they did not treat me urgently but they gave me an appointment with my doctor in the afternoon. Since I forgot the mask, they gave me one (delighted) and my doctor treated me phenomenally in the afternoon. Apart from respecting the doctors' opinions as much as possible, I also respect all the center's staff. I imagine that they will be quite fed up with the bad manners of many of the patients and that, at times, will make them lose theirs a little. I, who always tend to be polite and calm, have always been treated great. That's where things go anyway. Out there and know well what we voted for. Long live Public Health.

They never pick up the phone, they treat you terribly, they make an appointment for you and they don't call you. I am waiting to renew a subscription and they are not able to do it. The worst health center I know. Is incredible. I don't put 0 because there isn't one. Long live public health!

(Translated by Google) It's a Shame 😡 I give it one star because there is no less my little daughter 20 days old with vomiting they do an analysis and her pediatrician 20 days later with three appointments that she herself schedules for us and cancels them she does not call us I go to reception and they tell me that It is the pediatrician who decides whether to call me of course, then someone dies and it is not their fault. I understand that they are on strike but minimal services, gentlemen, I think that the same thing always exists in this center, from the entrance to the doctors, a real shame.

It is shameful that this health center is left without pediatricians after 5 p.m. There are several pediatricians and they all leave at that time...can't they take shifts and have someone stay until 9 p.m.? And if you take the child in the morning for an emergency, they tell you that the pediatricians don't arrive until 11 a.m.... It's clear that what matters least to them are the patients, the vocation has been lost...

EDIT: I have gone down to 1 star because today has been the last straw, I am having a huge anxiety attack in the morning and the lady at the window I went to asking for a consultation with a doctor when she saw me CRYING literally made me He contemptuously threw the health card into a cardboard box where they make you leave it, and without looking at me and with great contempt, he told me to come in there. I N S E N S I B L E S!!! I couldn't have felt worse treated by someone at the service desk. Really, in this center they should take serious measures with the staff. This center is a joke, come on... 2 people in my family have had to change doctors several times because it seemed like a joke, my mother went after suffering from colic that left her lying in bed with stomach pain and vomiting (he has irritable bowel syndrome) and the doctor told him that this does not exist and that it was probably the flu.. WHAT? and in my case I went once for fungus in the mouth (the things didn't taste like anything to me) and the doctor who treated me examined me and told me to suck lizipaina... really, the feeling it gives me is that it's hard for them work or are angry about their work situation, I don't know but they can't forget about people's health, there are lives at stake for them to mess around with that. My two stars go because I have only found 2 doctors who have treated me properly (I would give them 5) and very kindly, few professionals are like that. To make matters worse, the last thing that happened to me was going to the emergency room (since my doctor is not there and they are giving me an appointment for mid-August) and the doctor told me that I am going to the emergency room because of that (I have vertigo). It's sad, very sad that you go for a problem and that they tell you that and on top of that with the tone I use that even made me angrier.

Today I called first thing in the morning to request an urgent appointment for a family member and both the telephone attention and the service offering me an appointment for today, such as the consultation with the family doctor, have been excellent. To my 9-year-old son And to me, a doctor named Begoña Díaz Ollero They treated us badly And she didn't want to treat us and we had to file a complaint My son with a 39-degree fever tells me that he's not dying, that he should come in the afternoon with his family doctor who had a hard time seeing him, a shame of a rude doctor for the treatment of this doctor and said that it was full and there was only one patient that the emergency room no longer treats when in the hospital you say that if it is mild you have to go to the outpatient clinic

It is unpleasant to deal with patients, both from nurses and doctors, and it does not matter whether they are going to treat you or not, everything you do from the moment you step foot in the center is a reason to receive bad manners or responses.
