I think this is the biggest PRIMARK in Madrid. The location is perfect! Actually i was facing it from my hotel room view (hyatt centric). I love this place, but the other branches around Europe were more helpful. (Like Germany & France & UK branches.) unfortunately, here most of the employees (laborers) doesn’t speak or understand English, which was really annoying. I’ve noticed that the prices here are higher than the other countries but I’m not sure is it because it’s a high season or the prices has already increased in all Europe?. escalators are in one place which makes me very tired. This branch is full & very crowded 24/7. There are dressing rooms but I haven’t been able to try them out. The store sells most Disney characters stuff! Also harry potter! And all the accessories like stationery, food (sweets). Best thing in primark is the Pajamas! Don’t miss them!!! Prices are still considered good compared to the quality. EVERYTHING IN ONE STORE. MEN, LADIES, TEENS, KIDS, BABIES, FOOD, STATIONERY. You must visit.

I have been to a few different Primark stores while traveling around Europe but this one is by far the biggest one I’ve seen. In fact it is one of the biggest individual stores anywhere I have seen it has five floors. Primark is a discount clothing store that has clothes for anyone of all ages and sizes.

The store is pretty on the outside, but in the inside there is nothing really exceptional. Just ordinary clothes of average quality and products that you can find anywhere else (at least most of them). Dull decoration.

Gran Via Primark is possible the best of all the Primark stores I've seen. As it is Irish it is a pity they don't have anything from its home country.

We arrived two hours before closing time. The 5-story place was full to capacity. However, getting around was relatively easy with an electric scooter for the disabled. The division into floors according to gender and age helped to plan the purchase. I missed the "desperate men's benches" on every floor. The thing that amazed me happened about 10 minutes before 22:00, when the announcer called to finish shopping and go to the payment stations. Immediately there was a snake of hundreds of buyers. I panicked and thought we wouldn't leave before midnight. To my surprise, all the cash registers were staffed by professional and smiling staff members who finished the job efficiently and quickly which left a big smile on our faces. I enjoyed it even though I don't like shopping.

OMG! I didn’t know what to expect. All of my friends are always talking about this store , but I never really payed attention until I saw it with my own eyes. This store has like 5 floors where you can find everything from makeup, shoes, underwear, accessories, etc. And don’t get me started on the prices, they’re totally fair and if you’re lucky enough to find a good discount you would bring home a trendy garment for less than 5 euros. My advice is go with a lot of time, at least 3 hours to see and try everything. There’s a lot of people, so the lines at the dressing rooms are very long. The staff is nice, polite and quick. If you see something you love and you’re not so sure about taking it home, TAKE IT! Or you’ll regret later. Enjoy this beautiful, trendy, and cheap clothing paradise 💕

Big place, lots of choices, and the prices are affordable. I have to say though, that it can get very crowded. It's in an area that's pretty central so it draws in very large crowds. But the place is big I want to say it's five floors maybe? So even if there's lots of people it doesn't get too bad.

Overall: 8/10 Service:7/10 ( too busy) Cleanliness:7/10 A must to shop. Great value specially promotion items. Located at the Gran Via easy access to transport. Shop till drop. Bring along a big bag to throw in your stuffs. Safe the planet safe plastic bag or paid a few to a euro for the bag here.

This five floor department store is so packed it’s almost overwhelming. I thought there was so much i didn’t know where to start. I did find cute pajamas and a dress. But by the time you go try stuff on it’s almost exhausting bc there’s so much to look at. Customer service was great, everything is was well stocked and the lines moved fast. Even for a weekend it was quite efficient in there.

Cheap prices but the store is a complete mess. There are always way too many people and the staff isn't particularly friendly. Considering the size of the store, it wouldn't be a waste to invest in some more cash registers at checkout. I tend to get what I need and get out as quick as possible. It's not possible too casually browse the racks here.

This place is huge, and that's an understatement. It is like one big shopping mall. However, it doesn't feel crowded and it is one of the best maintained Primark stores I've ever visited. Lots of cashiers and no queued despite being a busy time for shopping.

A great place to shop where you can find anything you want to buy, with very reasonable prices. It's the biggest Primark in Madrid, I recommend everyone to go there, but the place is always packed. Because of the people's demand for it. You will also find a lot of clutter on the product shelves

Large variety of clothes. The good thing is the stock keeps rotating so you will find new clothes after 2-3 weeks. New stock have arrived in December. Good range products with nice offers and affordable prices.

It's a big Primark, I'll give them that. But there is so much going on in the summer on a Friday. The line to cashiers was so long, min. 10 min waiting time. Horrible. Their AC system is also not so strong, so it was pretty humid. Otherwise the store was nice and the workers were too.

Huge department store with amazing prices. I found that women's dress clothes selection was a bit poor, but great selection of sweaters, children and men's clothes. Great for finding gifts for the family.

Primark outlet here is bigger than many other of their stores … Clothes for infants & small kids had good stock but girls section didn’t have much except stationary options . I found prices reasonable to European standards but Asian markets give you same items for way lesser :) While the whole store gives a mall vibe on a busy street - their toilet NEEDS major maintenance with most flush buttons broken - Female toilet cleaning seemed ok with adequate tissue rolls kept which was what kept it apart and us exit from Uniqlo on the same street as they DIDN’T have toilets for tired shoppers :( Worth a trip if you are keen budget shopper ! 3 seater Sofa available at ground level for easing the fatigue too - wish they had 2 of those atleast :)

Could not believe the size of this Primark! Beautiful big store so much choice. Toilets accessible from side entrance via lift or stairs. Good atmosphere in store.

The largest Primark shop in entire Europe. You can buy ladies, boys, kids attires at a reasonable price with better quality. Also many more accessories can be found here. Most of the products are made in Bangladesh. The location of Madrid Primark is in a very good place. One can reach there by taking a car, bus, and metro. The nearest Metro station is within 2 minutes of walking.

Feel like this is a fashion capital. Good to see they have crowd control. The atmosphere is great. Price is great.

Located in the middle of city centre and very close to metro station. Collection of items here is very good along with various varieties. Maintained very well and clean. All four floors are well divided for different sections.

A visit to Madrid It’s not complete until visiting Primark. This is a multi level store similar to Macy,s in the United States, but at a higher level of quality without the excessive ramping of pricing. For easy access, this store has multiple electrical stairs to move around eighth floors of absolute reasonable pricing goods. Some levels are dedicated for male clothing, others to female clothing, and others to children’s clothing. Electric, House and traveling goods floors are also available. Impressive place where everything is available to the fingertips.

Biggest primark in europe. Great choice of options. All sizes available. Resting and recharging corners on each floors. Large number of check out counter makes it faster to bill. Very friendly staff, ready to help you find your size. Speaks Spanish as well as English.

One of the biggest Primark stores in the world. A true otherworldly experience - hundreds upon hundreds of products, five floors, great prices and one stunning view. Loved it!

Quite possibly the biggest Primark you might have been to. Four floors of complete chaos but you’ll definitely find what you need.

  • 4/5 Marcelo T. 1 year ago on Google
Right place for affordable clothes at good quality. Very good price-quality relationship. It is very crowded, besides, you can always find what you need. Review the items before anf after purchasing specially if you are buying a pack. Some could be missing.

Awesome, they have everything you need. I went through all 4 floors and were able to find all items I wanted. I walked around the store for a good 1 hour. It’s my favourite store after H&M.

Located in the famous Gan Via 32 building where the first ever department store in Madrid once was (100 years ago). The building is one of the most beautiful ones in Madrid and the rehabilitation was done really well. Worth a visit even if you don’t buy anything. As an store, it’s a Primark and who doesn’t know about them but quite nice and extremely cheap.

Stay was almost perfect. I'm not a hot temperature type of person and the rooms thermostat was not working. It was too hot on our. Other than that tons was great, service was nice and the metro was right outside our room that allowed us to get anywhere.

A very large clothing shopping center consisting of several well divided floors. And the staff is trying hard and lovingly to rearrange the chaos caused by the large number of customers behind them. The cashier staff is always smiling and patient. My experience there was great

Despite the size and selection I didn't find exactly what I was looking for...but I did walk away with a lot more that I wasn't...jaja. I shop here usually for the basics at very good prices... affordable fashion for all.

Awesome! Inexpensive clothing and accessories of good quality, nice designs, in fashionable colors. Shopping experience is chaotic, crowded, warm, disheveled, yet FUN! It's a bazzare atmosphere in every respect. Try it you just might enjoy it.

They have everything for everyone that you can imagine. I love their pijamas which you can find as low as £6. This is a must visit in any country I visit in Europe. Pro tip: Get yourself a travel bag from there as well because the shopping experience here is insanely amazing.

What can I say, when you are on a budget, Primark is your store, good quality for half the price.

  • 5/5 Bill G. 2 years ago on Google
Primark in Madrid is huge! They have everything you could want. Thankfully the store is very well laid out so even on a busy day I was able to enter, buy a belt, and continue my day drinking beer in the sun quickly. The belt was cheap and great quality. It holds up my baggy trousers and doubled as a zip line handle, to escape from our Money Heist later that evening

Such a beautiful experience... Nice people and I received help with breastfeeding time with my baby. They have a clean and nice breastfeeding place. I also found a variety of things, clothes, and more. Security people are very nice there too Thanks so much!
