My phone packed it in on the Friday before the long weekend so I went to Telstra to get a new one. Wrong . I was told I had to book an appointment to get a new one. No phone for 3 days. No thank you. I went to Harvey Norman and got one immediately. Lauren was brilliant. All sorted in an hour

It was the only place in Wangaratta that had electric blankets so was glad l could get one. Girl who served me was shocked that no one else had them and very good service too

I can not thank Dale and Lauren enough for the service, care and compassion they provided when buying a new computer recently. Dale went above and beyond to help me out and took the time to set me up on my new computer. Lauren's bubbly personality lifted my spirits. It did not seem enough to take them some cakes and slices to thank them but I am so grateful for people like them in this world.

We bought a fridge here a few months ago,the service was good.Went back recently to lookfor a dashcam. They have a wide selection of household electronics,phones etc and you can even print photos here.

Had trouble with a phone today . I went in to the store and seen a lovely lady in the phone section. She was very friendly and was very helpful. Such a great bubble person and was very helpful. Great service. 💯

4 for the staff friendly and knowledgeable. But gotta be only a 2 for only having one cashier open on a hot sale day. There was a bit of a line up. I won't be back in a sale day. But would shop there on any other day

Always helpful on the electrical side, but computer side still need a lot of work, very slow to assist and have seen them being rude to the elderly.
