Absolutely
phenomenal
hosts
and
experience
:)
Edwin
and
Tina
hosted
us
for
7
days
in
January
2020
during
our
first
visit
ever
to
the
Seychelles,
and
our
experience
with
them
was
phenomenal!
Tina
and
Edwin
made
us
a
fully
personalised
itinerary
of
the
islands,
based
on
the
best
possible
intersection
of
what
we
wanted
to
see,
what
they
recommended
we
see
and
what
the
weather
conditions
safely
permitted.
This
was
great
as
we
had
to
do
incredibly
little
planning,
and
by
the
end
of
our
time
with
them
we
were
very
satisfied
with
what
we
got
to
see
and
do.
We
always
felt
safe
on
(and
off)
board,
and
there
is
no
question
that
Edwin
and
Tina
always
put
the
safety
of
their
guests
first.
We
also
had
delicious
food
on
board
–
‘delicious’
really
is
an
understatement
when
weeks
after
we
came
back
we
still
reminisce
about
the
food
we
had
on
board,
including
freshly-caught
bonito
sashimi…
I
think
that
what
really
sets
Tina
and
Edwin
apart
is
that,
beside
the
fact
that
they
are
extremely
competent
at
what
they
do,
they
are
also
really
fun,
kind
and
genuine
people.
They
were
always
prepared
to
show
us
where
to
go,
what
to
see,
and
what
to
do,
and
helped
us
with
all
sorts
of
things
big
and
small,
from
adjusting
the
route
to
give
me
time
to
recover
from
sea
sickness
(it
worked
wonders),
to
helping
us
out
with
renting
bikes
to
go
around
La
Digue,
taking
us
to
a
gorgeous
isolated
little
beach
that
we
got
all
to
ourselves
for
a
few
hours,
teaching
us
how
to
hand-feed
colourful
batfish,
how
to
feed
and
pet
giant
tortoises,
pointing
us
to
a
gorgeous
gift
shop
that
we
could
not
have
found
on
our
own,
connecting
us
with
a
great
rental
car
deal
when
we
came
back
to
Mahé
at
the
end
of
the
trip,
showing
us
around
Eden
island,
and
so
much
more
:)
Not
in
the
least,
they
arranged
a
birthday
surprise
for
my
boyfriend!
I
sneakily
got
in
touch
with
Tina
and
Edwin
a
few
weeks
before
our
holiday,
enquiring
about
possibilities,
and
they
very
kindly
agreed
to
arrange
cake
and
a
bottle
of
Prosecco.
What
they
delivered
absolutely
exceeded
my
expectations
–
where
I
was
expecting
(and
would
have
already
been
happy
with!)
a
store-bought
cake,
Tina
made
a
tasty
homemade
fruit
cake.
Moreover,
I
said
I’d
bring
over
birthday
candles,
but
in
the
frenzy
of
packing
and
leaving,
I
completely
forgot.
The
day
was
saved
though,
as
Edwin
made
a
run
to
the
store
to
get
candles
on
the
morning
of
:)
My
boyfriend
had
a
blast,
and
we
are
both
very
grateful
to
Edwin
and
Tina
for
going
above
and
beyond
in
making
our
time
on
board
memorable.
So
yes,
if
you
go
to
the
Seychelles,
be
it
for
the
first
time,
or
coming
back,
sailing
with
Edwin
and
Tina
is
an
absolute
MUST.
