I joined Strike 3-4 months ago, having never stepped into a Muay Thai, or any other martial arts gym before. Straight away, coach Chris and the team made me feel welcome, and I quickly developed an addiction for training as often as possible. It has been awesome to meet new people and be part of such a supportive community of Muay Thai enthusiasts and learn from some amazing coaches over the last 3-4 months. If you're thinking of joining, this probably couldn't be a better time with the team having moved to the bigger new studio, and the team preparing new equipment and upgrades pretty much on a weekly basis.

I was a beginner when I started training at Strike studio. Coach Chris and coach Quang were extremely great. Aside from getting great training, I always enjoyed being there because of the overall vibe! Always smiling and laughing! Such a great place to train!

I started training here in October last year. As a female with no prior combat sports experience, I was pretty terrified. However, Coach Chris has done an outstanding job fostering an inclusive community, where members are encouraged to support and lift each other up. Strike studio is a welcoming gym for all levels and all ages!! I started training Muay Thai half way through 2021 with a few friends and we are all still there training most nights! The coaches, Chris, Quang, Allen and Vinay are all very affable and experienced teachers. They have just moved to Buckley Street into a place with far more space and equipment to train. From the moment I started training at strike studio I fell in love. I had never trained any sort of martial arts before and was very nervous. Chris and the team made me feel super comfortable from the get go. They are big on sticking side by side which I see all the time with coach quangs fights or the opening of the brand new gym! I’ve found a home for Muay Thai forever !!!

I started at Strike with 0 martial arts experience and now I can’t imagine life without it thanks to the great environment and training that Chris has cultivated with the Strike team. Strikestudio is great! It's a great place with professional trainers who provide great teaching and support. It's a great service in our community for both young and old. We are so lucky to have it in our local area! It's a great active place and so important. I wish there were more places like this to keep people more active both physically and mentally! I highly recommend it!

Great place to learn new skills and techniques for all skill levels from new to experienced. They have an active fight team and a very friendly community of members and coaching staff. If you're in the area, I couldn't recommend training here enough!

I joined Strike Studio in May after nearly 3 years off training altogether, and from a larger commercial gym. In my past experience training Muay Thai, I would be lucky if the coach even looked my way, let alone stop, give feedback and answer questions. Not only do the coaches put so much effort into creating a wonderful community, but they also care about you and your individual goals, challenges and aspirations. The thing that sets this gym apart and above the others is the level of care, and it is a stark contrast to many other gyms out there. It’ll be the first thing you notice and something to be very grateful for. Coach Chris, Quang, Allan and Vinay care about every student, and nothing is ever a stupid question. Since joining 4 months ago, I have embraced the sport more than ever before, I have connected with wonderful like- minded people and even stepped into the ring and had a go for the first time. Strike Studio also provide amazing opportunities to learn through seminars with world class professionals, and tailored feedback and drills provided on a daily basis. Can’t recommend a more authentic training experience than Strike Studio. The new facility is fantastic, with all the Muay Thai ammenities and more you could ever need. This is the future of Muay Thai and features as a prime example of a world class gym and training experience.
