I trained at Immersion Glen Waverley and moved to the Ringwood gym after moving house. Both gyms are excellent - great coaching, fun atmosphere and have made lots of great mates across all levels. Started at Glen Waverley Immersion in 2013, left to train at another gym due to moving house and came back to Immersion Ringwood earlier this year with coach Lee and I'm glad I did. The coaching, atmosphere, teammates and facilities are excellent - Coach Lee is also an effective communicator and passionate about teaching and Jiujitsu. Kids classes are also available and are a fun and great way for them to learn self-defence and resilience - my kid loves coaches Nikki, Chris and Ben - as they are professional, caring and great with kids. If you're thinking about trying something new - pop in and give it a go - they'll go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you reach your goals and potential.

I've been a member of the Immersion MMA Muay Thai family for over a year and a half now and could not recommend it highly enough. Quality coaches, great people and good facilities. If you want to get fit, learn a new life skill or to compete professional, you can do it all here. Immersion caters for all levels and you'll happily find no meatheads at the gym, take the plunge and give it a shot! I remember how daunting it was for me but I am so glad I took that first class.

Loved the experience, amazing team, super helpful and most importantly they know what they are doing. If you wanna do Mui Thai, BJJ, Wrestling or MMA, they got you covered. Super flexible contract, because they put their customers first. Beginner friendly and they are honest about the outcome we can expect if we follow their instructions. Best part is, they have free training classes, so you can just go and check whether that's something you want to do. Even if it is a free class, they teach you basics and step that you want to take to become a Pro. Just amazing ♥️

Just did my first muay Thai class, trying to quit smoking and get my fitness level up haven't done anything like this for 6 plus years and put on some weight , and have to say the staff are excellent , the owner is very friendly and welcoming the Muay Thai trainers push you but also understand if you need a break and the people that train there are friendly and very welcoming and understood taking it a bit slower and giving me pointers when sparring, can't wait to start my fitness and confidence journey here and looking forward to getting hooked in , 10/10 recommend
