Wow what an incredible place! My wife and I visited for 2 nights; the cabin was very spacious and clean, bed was comfy, the shower was great and kitchen great, too! As Americans, we love our morning coffee (we weren't used to the "instant coffee" we found in other places on our 3 week trip to Australia), and when Jeff found out we were Americans, he kindly and graciously provided us with a French press (even though we didn't ask for it), so we bought coffee at the local grocery store, and enjoyed our morning coffee before heading out to hike the Grampians! The cabins are located a short walk along the paved trail into town; on our way back from dinner each night, we were welcomed by numerous kangaroos, deer, and emu, along of course with serenading kookaburras and cockatoos. We had a view from our kitchen window of many kangaroos and emus in our back yard; it was so quiet and peaceful, too! I would definitely recommend!

Really spacious and comfortable cabins, but smelt musty or old or "something". I suggest airing the rooms as soon as you arrive. Well equipped kitchens and cosy atmosphere, if a bit old-fashioned. Would stay again.

We have stayed in places like this all around the country - but this is the BEST. From the friendly welcome, to the clean cabins, all very well equipped and set up, it is great. While it is a couple of minutes drive from the town, that's no real problem and is more than compensated for by the spectacular mountain views and the ever-present close up wildlife. Will always be one of our favourite places.

Log cabin is spacious with very well equipped kitchen including full cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer. Large spa bath with shower overhead. Very quiet. Pool. BBQ. Great views and lots of kangaroos, Emu's and Cockatoo's. Good location for exploring area. Friendly welcome. Would definitely recommend.

The cabins are spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities. Am even surprised to see the thoughtfulness of providing kids board games, cards n books for leisure time. Highly recommend this place for a scenic n comfortable stay.

Beautiful spot in the middle of 2 mountain ranges. Cabins are pristine and just what you need. Would definitely stay here again. Wildlife right at your doorstep too. Jeff and Dianne are lovely too. So friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend!!

We've stayed here twice. Many years apart but funnily enough in the same cabin. Wouldn't stay anywhere else! Great location, clean and cosy and beautiful views and wildlife right on the doorstep.

We were very happy with our 2 room family cabin! Very clean, everything you could need and more! Short walk to main shops but also very serene and peaceful! Kids loved waking up to watch the kangaroos and emus feeding !!! We re q lot enjoyed the fireplace ! Great supply of firewood in the winter!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Halls Gap Log Cabins, the hosts were really friendly, the cabins were extremely clean and almost everything was provided. The little one loved the playground and the BBQ area very clean and again utensils provided. Seeing the kangaroos and emu each day was so good. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful quiet location in the beautiful Grampians, the cabins are very clean and fully equipped, great bbq area, nice little pool and playground. Wildlife right outside the window. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a must stay for those travelling here

Stunning location. Fantastic cabins. Better than we expected. Like an old world charmed log cabin as nature intended with a beautiful touches. For the price, it was brilliant. Oh and the fireplace was magnificent and very warm. We will definitely be returning. Thanks

Great place to stay... beautiful accommodation. So picturesque, kangaroos and emus out my bedroom window.. close to town and beautiful hiking trails.
