I had a very good holidays in these appartment. The host was very accommodating and we have a very good contact together. The appartments are great, it is easy to reach with the bus and the island is so beautiful !! For sure I'll come another time. Thanks.

Beautiful hotel with very kind and sympathetic host Marie. There's a pool in the guard. Unfortunately, it's located in about 4 km from Victoria city centre, but there's 2 bus stops nearby.

Great apartment, everything was very clean and well equipped. The hostess and staff are very nice and helpful. It was very quiet and we slept well. We were allowed to check out later and spend the afternoon at the pool since our return flight wasn't until the evening. We liked it very much.

We had a very enjoyable one week stay at the Phoenix Luxury apartments just 4km outside of Victoria. The apartment was very clean and quiet and the hosts/owners were wonderful in every way. They arranged for taxi transport to town (7 min drive), local and island tours. The swimming pool is large enough to exercise in and was always very clean. The air con in the bedroom worked very well (noiseless) as did the fan in the living/dining area. There was always a lovely breeze through the apartment when we left the windows/door open. We would highly recommend the Phoenix apartments to anyone wanting to get away from the main touristy area ( Beau Vallon).

Very good experience. Relaxing, quiet neighbourhood yet by the roadside. Great views of the mountains and sea. By the sea shore. Clean swimming pool. Very kind owners available all the time and give guidance. Very clean rooms and surroundings.
