Such a great chemist for the most part. I had a few bad experiences earlier on but lately the service has been exceptional. So thankful that they will order in things I need, give helpful advice and respond to questions. I’ve been in nearly every day in recent weeks and each time have left thankful for the service which is a sharp contrast to the poor service at several other local chemists.

Well set-up pharmacy (not cramped or overcrowded like some pharmacies) whereby allowing room to move around the store, making items easy to locate. Pharmacists respectful to customers and always prepared to offer assistance/advice and the staff very helpful and polite to customers. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

I take lots of useful vitamins & know what I want but, there are walls full of over priced rubbish on the shelves today with no advice 👎 But, not so at Direct Chemist Outlet, Leopold! Most of the girls, if not all are very helpful & very knowledgeable too! … I now don’t waste time at other pharmacies, I go straight to the Leopold outlet where I’m assured of the best service 👏👏👏
