Calamari were boiled in the grill, prawns beautifully fresh and taste of nothing, no salt, o garlic or parsley or pepper, also cooked very lightly which I can appreciate for fresh fish, but it certainly needs a bit of high heat for a couple of minutes to shine. Veggies were very nice and well seasoned though. Pleasant people but poorly cooking skills for such a beautiful material.

Our last night here on Mahe island finished off with the best meal so far! We both had Tuna fish steaks(cooked to perfection-medium), sides were mash potato, fries & roasted vegetables. Desserts- chocolate fondant(spectacular), and fruit salad(beautiful presented and very sweet). The customer service received from Caroline who works here at Pescado was amazing, really impressed and she should be rewarded. Thank you for this lovely meal!!
