This is a very nice restaurant and the historic ruins are pretty great to visit as well. Here's a overview of the food: Pasta Carbonara:5.0-Excellent The pasta had a very good taste and the portion was very big,I couldn't finish it.I felt the pasta was too oily,but it didn't compromise the taste. Creole Bouillabaisse:4.5-Very Good The wide variety of seafood was pretty good and I definitely liked the dish. Flamed Shrimps:4.5-Very Good It was high quality shrimp in a very good sauce. Overall evaluation:5.0-Excellent Notes:The restaurant was more expensive than most in the area.

Technically amazing food and super cool owner! Best restaurant on Mahe, try the ginger rum on ice or the pineapple infused rum both delightful with the selection of culinary flavors.

A beautiful restaurant with awesome cocktails and amazing dishes. You may want to get the Caipirinha Coco for an interesting Seychellois (rum-infused) twist to the Brazilian drink, and to try a curious local delicacy, order the fruit-bat curry. The atmosphere is very laid back and the staff are extremely friendly, cool people.

We had a great time here: charming building, cozy and intimate atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing food and cocktails. We had the linguini and grilled fish and they were both superb. Pricey place but worth it, especially if it is a special occasion.

So this is a restaurant with a rum distillery next to it. But the are operated separately. Both were good. The restaurant had great seafood (from broth to tacos). The distillery has a tour with tasting at the end (but i think only two a day, so call ahead to figure out when, so you can match it with lunch or dinner). The tour also explains origin of the house (old french family) which is cool. We did it at the end of our stay and headed to airport after which is 15 mins away.

Food 5 stars Service not eaven 1 star. It was a disaster! We went there for Celebrating New Year. All guests nice dressed. Service staff in beach clothes with a t-shirt and much too short mini skirt or dirty leggings. No motivated at all. 4 Peoples for 11 tables. We were never refilled and we always had to ask if we wanted something to drink. They preferred to stand together in the corner, chatting, discussing what they would do after work and making fun of individual guests. On the phone, the offer was 7 courses for 1600 rupees. It was effectively 6 courses for 1800 rupees. So a shame for the great location and the fine food We left at 11pm disappointed. We had known the restaurant for years and loved it.

On the pricey side but absolutely the best food we've had in the Seychelles, and better than a lot of the food we eat at home as well. I strongly recommend the bouillabaisse. Fish is served separately from the broth so you can make each bite what you want. Delicious!

Food is tasty. But expensive La place is better. Serve more food and better coktails. And Maria rock café is the best despite a bit far. Coffee is the only good i had in the hole trip- but! 80scr
