We have just returned from a ten night stay at the Constance Ephelia where we had the most fantastic holiday. This is an outstanding resort in a paradise setting with the most friendly and welcoming staff you could possibly wish for. Everything about it was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a junior suite which was perfectly located close to the beach and restaurants on the south beach. . The spa was incredible and treatments there were superb. In particular the facial was probably the best I have ever experienced. The quality of the food was fantastic with so much choice that we were never bored. We tried all of the restaurants except for Cyann and without exception they were excellent. The resort never felt busy and there were so many places to sit and relax. We used the fitness centre - I swam and my husband used the gym where facilities were great. We also tried the zip line on the resort which was great fun and joined the walk to swim in the waterfall which was difficult but a fantastic experience. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts and this one rates among the best. We would return again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone.

Wow. We arrived here in September 2021 and it was the perfect landing. Literally a tropical paradise. The hotel is right next to the national park and you really feel it - green everywhere you look. The hotel staff and service are exceptional - friendly and professional. Room was luxurious and very clean. We stayed on the ?south beach side, which was more secluded and perfect for us. Excellent facilities and options for exploring the hotel site and the local area - beaches, mangroves, waterfall, local shop near the public beach :). If you stay here, you must do the walking trail that goes past the hotel helipad. We were the only people walking on the trail - soft forest floor, stunning views and you end up at a deserted tropical beach. We really recommend booking this place. We stayed in other places and island during our trip, but if we only had a short time or wanted to just stay in one place, this is where we would come back to. So relaxing. Thank you to the hotel staff! (The only thing that could be improved is some of the food. Breakfasts are good. The half-board dinner options however were sometimes underwhelming. But everything else is so perfect, we still give 5 stars.) Finally, we are a queer couple and were very comfortable, no issues - here and in the Seychelles in general.

This resort was awesome! The hotel was clean and attractive. All the facilities were clean! The staff was super friendly and happy to please. The food was delicious and had the correct mixture of local and regular cuisine. There was also a good variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Also, there were various activities on the resort to keep you busy but not too busy, or you could just walk along the path next to the sea enjoying the scenery and the cool breeze. It never seemed crowded. Loved it!!

WOW!!! This has been by far the best vacation we've ever had (and we travel a lot)! The breathtaking views, the silence and relaxing atmosphere are captivating. The resort itself is so big, beautifully designed and full of activities to do, that we were there for 8 days and had no need or desire to leave. But the one thing that really took our vacation to the next level is the amazing, kind, lovely people and top-notch level of service Constance Ephelia has offered to us. Every person we met from the resort was so nice and welcoming and always did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy, beyond our expectation. This was the perfect vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Constance Ephilia. Everything in the resort is just gorgeous, food was great, staff always kind and simply everything was amazing. The two beaches are stunning. This was definitely our best resort trip. Highly recommended!

The resort is just splendid, very well maintained, top customer service, lots of attention, a warm welcome. All the staff are very attentive, smiling and kind. The kitchen is very fine, excellent food. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service, the services and the meals. We took a boat trip for snorkeling, once again a top service. We were on 6 days vacation on June 2023. The good - READ CAREFULLY - The service we have received at the Constance Ephelia was, hands down, the best service we have ever received in a hotel. - For the first time ever, we received a “mid-vacation” survey after 3 days we have been there. All the scores I gave were high and I added one improvement suggestion. 2 hours later, the customer relation of the hotel talked with me about the survey and took action. - The entire staff is extremely pleasant and always eager to give you the best serve e they can provide. - The hotel itself is very big, and highly maintained with paradise beaches. - The breakfast is perfect and includes a great variety of choices. - We had an early check-out, hence the hotel’s staff provided us with a breakfast box to go - amazing. The less good - The hotel is located in a beautiful area, but it is far from the city (40-45 minutes drive) - hence there are no relevant dinner options just outside the hotel. - All the restaurants and bars at the hotel are on the scale of expensive - very expensive. The food is excellent, but you need to consider the price.

A truely fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting next to 2 beaches, the mangroves and the surrounding forest. The junior suites are spacious and overlook the south beach and the quiet pool. The hotel is huge, buggies are available to take you from the restaurants and beaches to the rooms. Service and food at the restaurants is excellent. Staff across the hotel are always friendly and willing to help. First visit to a Constance hotel and I would highly recommend this hotel chain.

This hotel is amazing! The main point is the kindness of the employees. Everyone is always smiling and there for you whenever you need. The Kabana bar on the north beach is a little heaven where you can enjoy a nice drink along with the sunset. From arrival to departure the experience is really 5 stars. It would be even better if families with young children could have their own areas in order not to disturb the other guests.

Amazing hotel nested in a mangrove reserve. Smashing beaches and facilities including the SPA. The food is nice as well, although in the peak season it would be challenging to book at a hotel restaurant, so it needs to be done well in advance. The service is less than the beauty of the place in my opinion, however meeting the hotel 5 stars standard.

This hotel is amazing! The food is delicious at every restaurant, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful, both beaches (north and south) are beautiful, the sand is so soft! You can also go trekking in the jungle inside the hotel because it’s huge and it’s a beautiful walk. It’s a great place to chill and be pampered and I would definitely come back again

This resort is definitely a dream come true, you are being treated like a king, first of all the location is one of the most amazing and beautiful locations I have ever seen in my life, there are two beaches (the north and south) and each beach has it charm, the restaurants are wow! we stayed for a week and every restaurant had its own vibe and atmosphere and the staff and chef are making sure you like the food and you enjoy everything (it’s extremely important to them). The breakfast is heavenly! The spa is crazy- all the facilities in the spa are extremely high level. The resort is very big and even at full occupancy we didn’t feel it being full! There are so many employees (gardeners, cleaners, house keeping, drivers) and all of them are extremely happy they are always happy and smiling at you, and all of them are always helpful. There are more than 5 pools in the hotel but our favorite was the quiet pool. I forgot to mention we were celebrating a birthday to my partner and obviously it was the best birthday for him. And I can obviously continue but better if you come here and check it yourself! I promise you won’t regret!

The hotel complex is amazing. We had a beach villa, which I highly recommend. It comes with incredible service. They arrange whatever you wish to do, make sure you are taken to and from restaurants, etc and basically make sure you have a great time. It’s like having a private butler. We tried most restaurants and all were delicious. The buffet breakfast is incredible. The selection is large and there are many made to order items. W I highly recommend lobster night at Cyann and make sure to get the wine pairings. We also did a cooking class, which was a lot of fun and very special. Ephelia is located on a great part of the island. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Constance Ephelia was amazing. The location is very big, and includes multiple beaches, a great nature hike, and many spots to relax and enjoy. It is located by a marine park, so the snorkeling by North beach is amazing on a clear visibility day. There are many food options and the quality of the food is really good. The service is also amazing. Special thanks to Serge B., the GSM, as he really took care of an issue we had in our room, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Great service all around. I highly recommend a stay there.

Great holiday with the family. Rooms are spacious and clean. Salt water pools in the resort. 2 beaches both which are very clean. Service is good and the buggy service is spot on. Its about 40 min drive from the airport. Staff are receptive and do their utmost to make your stay comfortable.

We went with my friends and it was a great experience. The hotel staff is always friendly and happy to help. The rooms are large and comfortable, the food is truly wonderful. We had a pleasant acquaintance with the hotel manager Mr. Hiru and the general manager Mr. Stefan. very friendly and sympathetic people. Also, thank you to Emanuel at the cabana beach bar for the wonderful cocktails and warm conversation, we had dinner with Sheila and she is a very helpful person, thank you for her nice explanations. Julio, who transferred us between the port and the hotel, is also a good and helpful person. He took a photo break at a few beautiful views along the way and helped us accumulate beautiful memories. All hotel staff seem to work hard to ensure you have a great experience and make your holiday even more beautiful.

We had the incredible pleasure of staying at the Constance Ephelia Resort in the Seychelles, and it's hard to put into words how thrilled we are with this experience. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly special. We would like to particularly highlight our buggy driver, Mike, who was always there for us with a smile on his face and kind words, and our island guide, Clive, who showed us the most beautiful spots on the island. Equally impressive was Mrs. Caroline, our breakfast server. Her warm and sovereign service and the delicious food made starting the day a true delight. The resort itself is breathtaking, surrounded by tropical beauty and with stunning beaches. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Ephelia Resort offers a wide range of activities and culinary delights. It was an unforgettable stay that we highly recommend to everyone. Amazingly beautiful resort with extremely nice stuff. The two beaches at the hotel are so stunning we barely left the site. The resort has a variety of restaurants and food services (a little pricey but worth it!). The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the room service was great. Another highlight was the big turtles enclosure, it is unbelievable. Overall, an amazing experience without any complaints. most special, unique hotel in Seychelles for sure.

I booked Constance Ephelia for my honeymoon and I’m so glad I did! The resort is absolutely gorgeous! Like a dream! The staff is amazing, so friendly and ready to go the extra mile, special shout out to Sandile Zulu and Caroline. We were treated so well, with many thoughtful touches! They upgraded us to a senior suite from a junior and had the room ready with a lovely message, champagne and chocolates. The activities available at the resort were amazing as we went to Theresa island. I really loved staying here and will come back. Only draw back is food for buffet is a bit expensive.

The resort covers a great area in the island of Mahe, offering a great place to relax and enjoy luxurious services! The beaches were not spectacular, but the service and amenities were great! Our hosts were taking good care of us and we can definitely recommend this resort.

Amazing hotel and experience. The staff are extremely friendly, there a lots of activities, amazing beaches and a decent variety of food. You can easily spend a week here without ever having to leave the hotel. Only reason for 4 stars is that the food is very expensive

We had an amazing experience at Constance Ephelia for our honeymoon in November. The resort is beautiful, and lots of great amenities including the wonderful gym and spa facilities. The food in the restaurants was superb. We would recommend either opting for half or full board as there aren't many restaurants locally. Our favourite thing to do everyday was go to the sunset bar and have a few drinks whilst watching the sun set over looking the beach, amazing!! On our last day the staff arranged a table for us and allowed us behind the bar to make our own drinks. It was such an amazing experience and one we will never forget. The staff go above and beyond for all their guests. Thanks again, we will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a week while my wife was pregnant and the staff were incredibly helpful. They really couldn't do enough to ensure we were comfortable and my wife really did get 5 star treatment. The rooms were immaculate, the food at the hotel was excellent and we loved our private pool as well as the beautiful beach. The diving was also incredible and super easy to book. Would love to come back here with the baby soon!

We had an extremely pleasant and unique holiday at Ephelia. We received a very warm welcome right from the start. The very large hotel complex is well maintained and attractively designed. There is a wide range of leisure and restaurant facilities. We were accommodated in a "Quiet Area", which we welcomed. On the first evening, we had a small challenge in the buffet restaurant, but it was solved very quickly and professionally. Here, the escalation processes are clearly right in the sense of the customer. In the various themed restaurants, you can enjoy different national cuisines. Certainly, in view of the size, there are always little things that do not necessarily correspond to a 5* level. However, this did not bother us. We liked it very much.

Was there for 7 fabulous days Huge property. I was told the hotel was almost full but never felt a crowd. Beautiful beaches. Swimming at the north beach is great experience. Great variety and quality of food across the restaurants. Adam and Eve should not be missed out.

The resort is setting in the most beautiful location. The Junior Suite we had was large and airy and kept so very clean. All the communal areas were also very clean and inviting, The restaurants had a very good selection of food and plenty of it. All the staff we had contact with were extremely helpful and very friendly. We cannot wait to return. It is a beautiful place.

Paradise on the Earth! Highly recommended for couples, family with kids, solo travelers. All you need is here: large mangrove forest, beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, turtles, zip line, etc. I would highlight the layout of hotel that creates privacy even during sold out and no crowds like in other hotels. Using app for restaurants booking and other special customization features for your stay before arrival. Definitely will come back here.

Best Hotel in Mahe Island Very memorable experience, we stayed 5 nights and it just wasn't enough. Then, the Assistant Guest Relations Manager really helped us during our stay here. The hotel is very spacious and has many facilities that you can enjoy. The weather continued to rain during our stay but that's okay. We will visit again.
