Corossol Restaurant is the main restaurant, buffet style, every day has a different style that dominates, but there is everything from every dining style every day. Atlantic Middle East Chinese Moroccan But there is always a variety of everything you can think of every day. Pizzas, pasta, meats, fish, just about everything and all styles. Wow the desserts, everything you dreamed of, here. In the morning you can prepare all kinds of eggs, scrambled, omelet with toppings to choose from, Benedict ... just everything. Notice that you gather food for the table, cover it, the birds as soon as you turn your back, participate in the celebration.

Good variety of buffet food available each evening and the menu changes each day. Breakfast is always good. Love the fruit in the morning. Service is good particularly in the evening. The morning service especially towards 10.30 can be a bit slower.

This is the main restaurant of the Constance Ephelia and is buffet style. We have tried their breakfast and dinner. The food is average and the vegan option is very limited to mainly fruits and salad.

The buffet is very good with a broad choice. There are a lot of vegetarian options available!

Nice restaurant with a fantastic breakfast buffet. The egg was made just as you wanted every morning with a big smile. The restaurant is part of the Constance Ephelia resort. At the evening they served dinner buffet with a variation during the week. Such as Indian, Italian and Cowboy grill buffet.

Average food. Very friendly staff. It’s pretty much the same no matter what they say the theme was very few difference between the cowboy grill night and the Mediterranean night.
