At the starting point near the signpost, take the left road made of concrete and NOT the stairs. We enjoyed the 1hour 45 mins walk to the viewpoint with stops along the way for photos and rest. The trail is somewhat in good condition with foot paths that are well defined with signposts every 500 metres. It is hard for those that are not accustomed to steep slopes. Medium difficulty for those who are fit. Recommended: 1.5 litres of water per person, umbrellas, hats and good shoes.

Easy trail. Very nice, interesting forest, sea view. Be careful with animals, there's a big spiders, mosquitoes, ant, snails.. birds are loud.. To find the trail you should go (from Berjaya Bay Vallon Resort) 3 bus stops (12 sr is cost of a ticket), go out from the bus on third, than go up the road for 50-100m, and than turn sharp right. Stay on that road (don't turn left, the left road is going to Victoria port) untill you see the board with trail information.

Totally enjoyed this trail, the hike was relaxing and not busy at all, we went early in the morning & wandered in the nature. Good pair of hiking shoes was necessary, especially going down hill. Enjoy!

Oké.... Fist off, this trial is not "easy" Take planty off water en wear staddy schoes course you wil have to do a lot of climing. The Viewpoint with the little green house is about half way. A little further on your right there is a passege way to a big rock for a nother great view The second part is mutch harder, more climing en more over grown forest. We incounter palm spiders and even a snake. Althou non poisonois, long trouwsers are recommended. Its about 1 to 2 hours to the top, and you have to go back the same wat, but the view is worth it!!!

Beautiful trail, pretty hard, very thick vegetation which makes it hard to see your way at times. Definitely worth it!

The place as some amazing views! The trail is a bit dangerous, specially if it wet. See the images and go left (not the stairs).

Loved it. The first half is in the open (under the sun) so hats and sunscreen is a must. Then you get to a small "cabin" thingy to watch the view. From there you will entry the trees so not much sun from here on. Once you go deep and close to the top, the tail is full of plants and big leaves from both sides (and above) and you'll have to move them to go on. At the top I was like.. "Where is the trail?" you do a little U turn to your left and then you climb up to the peak and the amazing view. I recommend getting the app Wikilock (and a power bank cause it will drain the battery).

Well maintained trail with excellent vistas! You can drive a bit further up than where the trail starts - or you can walk the uphill paved road. Fantastic views once you get to the top. A great hike overall. highly recommend.

This path is steep but rewarding with a varying rainforest park in different heights. The path is Safe to walk and made so with handrails and steps in critical area. Great view across the island from the top! And many beautiful views while moving up. Marked in critical places, this path is great to Show different Flora on somewhat higher elevation at about 500m.

(Translated by Google) Wau Wau and Wau have made many hikes on the Seychelles but this fans Gallas Trail is really the secret number one !!!!!!!! Recommend per person two liters of water and good shoes. Are a good two kilometers but have it in itself, steep for the way up beautiful vegetation, in between beautiful views of Beau Vallon, through tropical forest beautiful, Dan almost in the middle of a cottage with great views, through a breathtaking forest on a small stairs higher higher, over stones you can now reach the view platform, Wau Wau and again Wau a never seen view of Viktoria and on Beau Vallon unbelievable.

Difficulty : Tough Duration : 2½ hrs Getting there: The simplest way is to take the SPTC bus number 32 as far as the terminus at Le Niol. On the opposite side of the road is an information point for the National Park, where you can get more detailed information during working hours. This is also the starting point of the trail. The main features of this trail are the panoramic views and the scenery which you discover as you follow the route. In the valley to the south of the ridge are forestry plantations of santol, mahogany and pine. Along the ridge, the vegetation is secondary, with common exotic species dominating, but scattered amongst these are hardy endemic species such as bois rouge, coco maron, bois calou and vacoa.

Best hike trail in Mahe.. This is a must do trip. It's a moderate trail. With a mazing views and different sightseeing. We went there and we were alone in the trail. Even when it was raining, it wasn't defficult. We were so lucky to see rainbow once we were at the peak of trail. If I would recommend one trip in Mahe, it will be this one

A must do hike if you're staying in the north east. You can do half the hike and still get incredible views, I recommend a sunset hike, views of Victoria all the way to the airport await you at the top.

Fabulous hike - hard uphill climb through dense tropical forest but the magnificent views at the top make it all worthwhile. Not really suitable for small children - usual hike precaution: take water, and dont leave to late in the day. (Tip: Drive up as far as you can along the first section which is a winding concrete road- really no point adding it to your climb)

(Translated by Google) Great views of Beau Vallon. The trail with elevation differences, but passable, rather flat in places.

Pretty tough but worth the walk! Just take the Bus 32 or follow the road by foot. Turn left at the sign that shows the Start of the route. First 500-1000 meter are made of concrete

(Translated by Google) (german below) You should be athletic, but it is not dangerous in itself. The path is wonderfully adventurous. It leads through dense jungle, steep red mountain slopes and through garden-like areas. You will be rewarded with a beautiful view over the entire northern Mahe to the airport. It is better to be a little sporty. The path is through green jungle forests, red hillsides and leads through beautiful garden areas. At the end you can overlook the north of Mahe, even the airport. It is a fantastic adventure. It is better to be a little sporty if you decide for this trail but it is not dangerous. The path is going through green jungle forests, red hillsides up and it leads through beautyful garden areas. At the end you can overlook the whol north of Mahe, even the airport. It is a fantastic adventure.

(Translated by Google) The first section of this road is easy to walk, the roadside scenery is also very good, there is a small pavilion in the middle of the road, you can rest and view. The final road is a little difficult to go, but after the thorns and thorns, the final result is the dark and dark flowers, that is to say, the infinite scenery is on the dangerous peak. Yes, I recommend it to everyone.

(Translated by Google) A really nice trail with a breathtaking ending. The view on both sides of Mahé is really worth the effort (in good weather). If you want to shorten it a little: The trail officially starts on a street (approx. 150m after it is no longer displayed on googleMaps). Here the trail begins on a road that leads to a radio mast. Just follow the road until it turns into a path (which you can only drive with a jeep or similar). There is enough parking space here. From there it's about 1.7 km of varied variety. The last 500m in particular is tough. Be careful when the surface is wet. ;)
