Awesome experience but there’s plenty of mosquitoes; BRING MOSQUITO REPELLENT! There were a bunch of tortoises there and the oldest/biggest one is 99years. The keeper brings you leafs to feed them which is nice and you can also pet them by rubbing their necks.

Nice and well maintained park. The ticket is 150 Seychelles Rupees, the place has a free parking and you go for a temperature check before entering. The most attractive thing over there are the tortoises - it was awesome that we were allowed to pass across the barrier and to feed them and take some photos and videos together with them! Besides the tortoises, you can observe the famous Coco de Mer and variety of trees and palms. It’s like a big park with a forest part in it. Calm, peaceful and relaxing 30-40 minutes tour.

150 SCR entry per adult but great experience to meet, feed and pet the tortoises. Incredible bats too, as well as other wildlife and incredible plants.

Can opt if time persists and a photo friendly place. Entry fee is 250 rupees per person only card payments accepted. Well maintained property. I feel if a guide is provided along with entry fee can be a worth location to visit.

The botanical gardens can be easily reached by foot from the city center as it is very close (about 10 minute walk). We were impressed by the different beautiful plants. Some of them you find just as inside plants in Europe :) It was a nice experience to feed the giant tortoises with the provided leaves. Bring a mosquito repellent. The café was also nice and chilled. Loved the fresh fruit juice.

Beautiful place, well maintained. The tortoises experience was amazing. My daughter loved it. Highly recommended for families with kids. Tip: Stop by the cafeteria. They have lovely mocktails. All the team was lovely. Card payment only is accepted.

Value versus price - not good. This is park, not big, beautiful, but nothing to do here. 250 rupi too much. Turtles cafe toilet

I thought it was over priced to get in - but the ability to actually feed and hang out with the tortoises was absolutely worth it. I enjoyed the winding paths and the cannonball trees. The tortoises carry the price of admission though

Beautiful gardens to walk around. The natural palm trees and orchids are well looked after and intriguing. The tortoises are a must. Grab yourself a refreshing cocktail/ drink at the cafe. The staff are lovely and friendly.

Tortoise feeding was amazing, local cafe is a hidden gem and overall good experience. The only downside is the price - 250SCR/adult is a bit steep. This was by far the most expensive botanical garden we ever been to.

What a wonderful place, especially on a rainy day! I love love love the tortoises, we spent over an hour feeding and hanging out with them! Then at least another hour admiring all of the beautiful plants. The sights, sounds, and smells, especially in the rain were an absolute delight. Not a big place, but if you just wander around all of the various paths, there’s so much to see and experience!

The botanical gardens are beautiful. Spent about 3 hours walking around the gardens and had a drink at the cafe. The planting, the lawns, the giant tortoises and the water features are well worth seeing. Highly recommended.

I really love the place. Must visit and see each and every thing there. A wonderful place to spend about two hours. Charming gardens, rare and beautiful plants, fruit trees, and a few animals. Must see giant tortoise

Although the garden is small and the ticket expensive (250 SCR/person), I did not regret visiting it. There are many plant species that you can see there and of course the bats and birds and the big turtles 🐢 that are so cute and you can feed them with green leaves. When I visited the garden, I could only pay by card, the car parking next to the entrance was free and the garden was closing at 3.30pm.

The garden was nice, but smaller than we expected. It was 250 Rs for an adult and children over 12. Giant turtles were the main highlight of the visit. You can feed and interact with them. Kids (and adults:) absolutely loved it. Cafe was closed (4-20 August 23), which was a shame as we hoped to stop there. Parking was free and payment by card only.

This was wonderful day at botanical garden, at rainy day the atmosphere was amazing.

It is beautiful, but if you have visited other bigger and richer botanical gardens, I am not sure this one is worth the money (33euro for two in our case). It is small, you finish the walk for about 40mins. The best thing there are the tortoises.

Lush trees and greenery, nice to visit, feels very natural and organic. Many trees and shrubbery and real soil under it all. Both paved and grassy paths to traverse. Includes a giant turtle enclosure/sanctuary which was good to experience

The turtles are the main and probably only thing to go and see there, good thing is you get to interact with them and feed them.. is a good experience tbh… please “PLEASE” bring repellent with you, otherwise you’ll end up with mosquito bites everywhere is crazily unbelievable

Very nice for a relaxing departure day or transit. Also a good place to go if you are staying in Victoria. Entry fee is 250 which is alright. Be careful to stay on the paths as you can easily walk into construction or sewage canals if you go past some trees. Make sure to check out the Wildflower café.
