Hidden up a mountainside in the forest areas near the popular Constance Ephelia resort, the Sauzier is a bit of a hike to reach but definitely worth it. The waterfall and the stream it feeds is located inside a private property and you will have to pay a small entrance fee in local currency to get in. It is possible to drive all the way up and park in a small parking area or have a taxi bring you up there. The waterfall itself is beautiful, very dramatic and surpassed my expectations for sure. It feeds into a small lake that you can swim in, but beware of all the rocks underneath the surface. You can easily hit yourself or fall on the slippery surfaces when you step on the rocks. My advice is forget the swimming and just enjoy the waterfall. It's a popular place to visit so you won't be alone up there. I mean there will be LOTS of other tourists around which does take away from the experience a bit. Overall though it's absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Amazing waterfall but only it is worth it if there has been rain. beware of local people who press a coconut into your hand and then ask independent prices

The walk to the waterfall is very slippery and not friendly. The waterfall itself was thin and was a bit underwhelming. Got injured trying to come out of the lake due to slipper rocks.

A great place to stop, take pictures, and enjoy. Only $50 ruppees. A quick hike from the gate to the falls, but it's better tl not wear flip flops.

Beautiful pool at the bottom of the waterfal. Water really cold so perfect on the hot day. Paying to see it seems a bit over the top as not that much to see. Not busy, so it was calm and refreshing. Locals were jumping into the pool from the rocks. Beautiful woodland around the waterfall.

It was a very nice and natural experience for us to visit and explore the wildlife adventure while having a treck like feeling when walking towards the waterfall. We really loved the experience and felt so peaceful and relaxing here. It's a must visit place for all the travelers and tourist visiting here.

Walked to the main road entrance but unfortunately got talking to a "local guide" who took us on a trek up the mountain side through the forest. Definitely make sure you follow the main road up to the waterfall and don't take the wooden walkway through the mangroves. The waterfall is worth the walk. Avoided getting in the water as there are plenty of rocks just under the surface. Take plenty of bug repellent!

This little waterfall has a little pond that's good for swimming. It's a little different to walk all the way as the last 20 meters are a little rocky and slightly slippery. Its a very nice way to cool off during a hot day, spent about 30 minutes swimming in the pond with the locals.

Not a real waterfall, but some water flowing down the mountain. Not much space at the bottom and no nice swim. Closed on Mondays! You pay too much for parking and nothing else. Not worth it, better enjoy the beaches!!

Went in August after two days of rain and really enjoyed this place. Parked by church, short easy walk from there to the waterfall. It’s easy to get to the waterfall, 50 rupees entry.

The trail and waterfall themselves are ok and there is a pool at the bottom you can swim in. We didn't see any signs but it was not hard to find the path. There are two paths to the waterfall (via mangrove bridge and near the church) and on both of them there are people waiting who will ask for an entrance fee to guide you to the waterfall (50 rupees 6.10.2022) if you say no thank you they insist that the waterfall is on private property. No ticket is given for payment and the "guide" will try to charge you even if he meets you at the waterfall itself. We were also told that the other side would charge more which is pretty suspicious if the site is actually being run and not a scam on public land.

Nice waterfall in the facinity of Constance ephelia resort. Entry is 50 roepies (3€). If you find yourself a guide naar the Church or beach they will give you a fresh coconut to eat and drink (for a small fee). The whole experience does feel a bit like a touristtrap but one i was glad to pay for because the money goes to the locals

Impressive! Accessible by car (narrow road), small parking available, then 3 min walk. Entrance fee 50 SCR. You can swim if you're cautious

Beautiful! We were there just after the rain, so the waterfall was flowing. We could jump, swim, or even cross to the other side, but it was really stunning. I do recommend this visit.

Savage torrent of water! We got there just after a rainy day and the waterfall was overflowing! Really impressive and powerful! Someone at the bottom of the road tried to mislead us from reaching the official entrance, saying that we were on the wrong road: we simply ignored him, and continued uphill until the car park. From the entrance booth, the waterfall is a 5-minute walk. The owner is super-friendly!

I was quite disappointed reading thru the other reviews. I went there in 2012, so I guess a lot has changed in 10 years. (As it has everywhere). My only 'problem' was when I first arrived and parked at the church to give it a look. Saw a local who had spotted me and was heading my way. I continued looking at the church and grounds, taking care to counter his attempts to shadow me. But I lost him when I started walking up the road. At the houses near the top, a younger local man came out and offered to lead me to the falls for $1 USD (I forgot what it was in rupee, but he prefered the USD) It had been raining a good bit before I went. The guy was very polite and lead me thru the woods (my preference) to the waterfalls. He even kept me from grabbing onto a Stilt palm (filled with large thorns on it's trunk), when I slipped on a wet rock. The river was full and out of it's banks, so we had to carefully navigate over the submerged rocks and trees. But we pressed on and eventually reached to where we could see the waterfalls. Unlike the posted pictures, they were very full and raging. Pretty spectacular. I was glad I went to see them. Might not be the best waterfalls I've ever seen, but definitely the best I saw in the Seychelles.

Nice place. I went directly after heavy rain. I had a swim and and 1 hour spent in total. You need to be carefull as the way to the waterfall is not safely prepared for people. Kids presence must be accompanied with parents.

Small waterfall . Though it should be free, we were charged 50SR at the entrance. Not worthy should you specifically plan to visit.

The road next to church leads to this. You drive on narrow road leading past local houses. When we arrived there at 08:50 we where only people. A local opened a gate and let us in. Entrance was Sr50 per person. Parking enough.( about 8 cars). Short walk ( were shoes, flops) - any fitness level will be able to do this walk. Waterfall was bigger than expected. Pool at bottom very deep and ideal for a refreshing swim.

Do not recommend it, you will have to pay 50CSR/person and the waterfall itself it's a disappointment if there was no rain in the days before. If you can get there without paying this much you can try it, otherwise no.

Beautiful waterfall. Though, it can be crowded and you also have to pay 100 SCR.

Took the main road and arrived at the waterfall entrance. Paid 50 scr at the entrance and then walked about 5 minutes through the forest to arrive at the waterfall. A nice experience, I recommend it.

Lovely place, the entrance cost is 50 SCR for non-locals which is fine. The water is chilly which is very refreshing in Seychelles and the view is quite nice. It's maybe a 150m walk (5min) from the parking lot, so take a dive to make it worth your while. I believe it would be more interesting following rainfall.

Nice to see but not really impressive. We were a bit disappointed. The water does not look very nice to swim. The fee is now 50 R per person which I find a bit to high. It’s more a less a 10 minute visit.
