We loved our time at the Hilltop Boutique Hotel. The room was in a perfect location for exploring the island because it is very centrally located (although you need to get a car or take a taxi if you want to go beyond Victoria or to the beach). The room is as pictured and was very nice. The balcony was wonderful and let in cooling breezes (the room does have AC). The breakfasts were simple and delicious, eggs of choice, fruit, breads and fresh juice. Everything was great but the best part of our experience was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend it for people wanting to explore the island.

Go there ! No doubt. Do not think twice! Why you guess? Trust me - Just go! But ok. The staff is the nicest ever. - Andrew upgraded me for "no reason"! What a room... He gave me tips for all Seychelles and they did not disappoint. - Renette and Evelyn make the best breakfast with such attention. You drink more coffee? Fine, the day after it comes in a bigger mug ❤️ and they remember what you like. - Loulou the dog has his own personnality and get well along with the singing birds in the morning - All the staff is wonderful - Location close to wonderful Marie-Antoinette - Simple, classy, authentic, seychellois.. Thank you team, I will never forget my stay with you!

Great hotel! Large, clean, modern rooms. Delicious breakfast each day. There is a restaurant just next door that we really loved. A great base to explore town from.

This a true family run boutique hotel. We were picked up at the airport and greeted with fresh juice. The rooms are cozy with a view on the harbour of Victoria. We stayed in an apartment and to was huge - around 65m2. WE also enjoyed the rainfall shower and the big bathroom. Fresh flower decoration everywhere you look! Thanks for a great stay!

Great hotel for one night, if you have to wait for a flight home. The room was huge, the view from the balcony was also very nice. We really liked a breakfast in the morning, it was delicious.

When we just came the room that was given to us had 2 big problems: 1. AC was right above bed and it was no choice not to get a flue sleeping under it 2. Dog was barking all night long! Dog from neighbors' building.. we didn't sleep at all that night! Next day they moved us to another room in other side of building. Quite and nice room with AC located far from the bed. Friendly atmosphere. Nice people work here. Breakfast has no variation but it includes fresh juice, toasts, eggs, pancakes so enough to feel full enough) 10 minutes walk from the center of Victoria city. Next building is Creole restaurant with nice atmosphere, delicious food and huge turtles! I recommend to visit!

(Translated by Google) Good value for money (~ 150 €) for this hotel 5min walk from the center of Victoria. The rooms are huge, clean and well equipped. Breakfast (included) a bit too light. (Original) Bon rapport qualité-prix (~150€) pour cet hôtel à 5min à pied du centre de Victoria. Les chambres sont immenses, propres et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner (inclus) un peu trop léger.

My stay at the Hilltop Boutique Hotel was wonderful. I enjoyed every second from the arrival to the departure. The hotel has beautiful large rooms that are decorated with local flowers and colorful paintings. Breakfast was delicious every morning with fresh smoothies, local fruits, eggs and the amazing homemade jam made by the superb Renette! Staff was very friendly in helping me with all my questions to make my visit to the Seychelles unforgettable. I would highly recommend this Hotel and cant wait to be back!

I arrived early morning and was picked up by the hotel driver. When I arrived I was greeted with a plate of fresh fruits. The lady at reception (I forgot her name) was extremely helpful and accommodated all my requests. I had asked If I could have breakfast late as I was still tired and wanted to sleep a bit more and it wasn’t a problem at all. As I was traveling alone, the hotel owner helped me make a list of places I should go and see and helped me rent a car from an affordable car rental in town. The hotel was not only clean and beautiful, the staff was so helpful and made my trip such a memorable one. On my last day I had dinner at the family-run restaurant next door and it was a truly unforgettable dining experience! Thank you hilltop team for giving me the best experience! I can’t wait to be back in March :-)

The photos are outdated. Now this hotel is rounded by private houses. All night long dozens of dogs are barking ALL NIGHT LONG. and it doesn't matter what room you stayed in. You will never sleep, absolutely madness... The rooms are so old, the smell in the room is not ok (too old). No bathrobe at all, no toilet seat. Only one bed is prepared for sleep, no blankets. Noise are all the time long. During the day - car noise, during the night - dogs barks non-stop... The only positive thing of this Hotel are employees. They are friendly and trying to help everytime. Breakfast is just fine. Fresh juice and eggs with toastes. Cheeze was served so cheap...that nobody needs it for free. This is not hotel...it must named as "Guesthouse of barking Dogs"

Nice little family owned hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Only downgrade is for the rock hard matresses. I like hard ones, but these come close to concrete. That really is the only negative thing about the hotel. One more thing to be advised, this hotel serves breakfast only, no lunch and no dinner. It was fine for us because we used it as a starting point for excursions. But be advised that there is absolutely no place anywhere near that serves dinner on Sunday. You have to either take a (not so cheap) taxi to a tourist area or go to bed hungry. If I could advise the hotel management on any upgrades, it would be to serve small snacks on Sunday night and invest in new matresses. It would bring this lovely little hotel to the next level.

i had a terrible experience in this hotel. as the name suggests the hotel is located at the end of a very steep road. the road leading to the hotel is not illuminated and a deep (1.5 meter) uncovered ditch runs along one side. going down to the restaurant owned by the same family holding the hotel ,i was blinded by a car and stepped aside to avoid being hit, unaware of the ditch. i had a terrible fall and luckily was not killed or maimed for life. i got out with lots of bleeding cuts and bruises. got somehow to my room and called reception . reception is unmanned after 1600. and nobody answered my call. eventually , with the help of the restaurant got hold victoria , managing the place. the hotel had no first aid materials and she had to borrow some of a neighbor. she did not offer to call a doctor or take me to the hospital!! next day when i asked for some compensation she told me that this not her responsibility and i should ask the authority's for compensation. as a token of good will she gave me 50 euros which i gave to the taxi driver. this is criminal disregard of guest safety. the entrance of the hotel must be illuminated!!! as to the hotel. my room was big, devoid of any comfort. one chair . no easy chairs small t.v. far from the bed, noisy refregirator, terribly noisy air condition unit. go to this hotel knowing that if some thing happens to you, you are on your own.

Really beautiful Boutique Hotel. Outstanding friendly staff and a great place to be. I love the local breakfast and there are on top of it a lot of turtles next to the hotel in the restaurant Marie Antoinette.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilltop Boutique Hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on this charming establishment. First and foremost, the hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms. I particularly appreciated the presence of a mini-fridge in the room, which was quite convenient. Also having a good and reliable Wifi connection. The highlight of my mornings was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast. The staff accommodated my preferences, preparing eggs to perfection, complemented by excellent coffee and a refreshing juice. The banana bread and coconut bread were delightful additions to the meal. Parking facilities were readily available, which eased any concerns about transportation logistics. The bathroom was elegant, featuring a warm and invigorating shower. I also appreciated having both air conditioning and a balcony in the room, allowing me to enjoy the tropical climate comfortably. One of the standout features of the Hilltop Boutique Hotel is its exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, particularly during breakfast service. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring Victoria, although it does involve a bit of a steep climb. However, it serves as an excellent base for discovering Mahe Island. I highly recommend renting a car, which can conveniently be arranged through the hotel. The only minor drawback during my stay was the bed, which felt like it might be due for replacement as it showed signs of wear and had a tendency to sag slightly. Overall, my experience at the Hilltop Boutique Hotel was quite enjoyable. The combination of comfortable rooms, delectable breakfast, and a strategic location for exploring Mahe Island makes it a solid choice for travelers. With a new mattress, it would be an even more perfect stay.

Friendly stuff, helped with the taxi, good but boring breakfast, got an upgrade to 2-bed appartment, clean, beds and 'sofa' not very comfortable, drinking water available, umbrellas as well. The busy street downhill starts without pedestrian path, one has to be extremely careful. Only one restaurant close by.

The Hilltop Hotel was absolutely lovely! We stayed for 5 nights. We loved how small the hotel is, it made the stay very intimate and didn't have the feel of a full hotel. The staff takes care of you and makes sure you are well taken care of. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the rooms are very spacious! Dushan welcomed us with a lovely smile, Linda from the cleaning staff greeted us by name each day, Renette and Evelyn prepared a delicious breakfast each day and even prepared sandwiches for a hike we took and Andrew gave us the best tips on what to do in the island and where to get the best cocktail on the beach! We got a whatsapp number for easy communication during our stay and they even provided a trusted taxi driver that was always available to take us around. All in all, a wonderful place to stay! The walk to downtown is short and the small elevation keeps you in shape ;) I wish all the best to the lovely staff of the Hilltop Boutique Hotel and our warmest greetings from Germany!

All the staff were very friendly when we arrived and during our stay. The room and the bathroom were big and comfortable. The best thing for me was the breakfast that they prepare what you want when you arrive, omelete, fried eggs and delicious homemade jam, the seychellois tea is also great. Wifi was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom, the pipe hole on the floor was not good so the water was going out very easily.

We had a lovely stay here. The host was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, spacious and we had a view of Victoria from our balcony. Breakfast was excellent. We booked a taxi to the port but for some reason the driver didn't come so the host drove us to the port herself. This was exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel.

(Translated by Google) Good family hotel in the middle of Victoria. Very friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious. We had a room with a view, and a small balcony. From the hotel it is a 5 minute walk to the city center, and by bus that stops right in front of the door, you can reach Beau Vallon in 10 minutes, and thus to a beautiful beach. Parking spaces are also available. (Original) Gutes familiäres Hotel mitten in Victoria. Sehr freundliches Personal.

😐 The hotel is nice and we had a great view. Unfortunately, the breakfast was really not so nice and there were left over chips on the floor on the balcony from previous guests. Also the windows are all tinted, so the rooms are quite dark. It's all in all ok but for what you get, the price is too high...
