Perfection optimized to heaven. Will start and say that I'm usually NOT vacationing at top 5 star resorts and that the place is highly costly - and this is a holy PARADISE 🏝️ First and foremost - the service, relationship and caring are absolutely DIVINE 🤗 Just chatting with the resort manager, Benny, we understood the magic, openness, positivity and hospitality that is sewed here in every aspect, service and detail. The crew literally wants to make you feel 100% satisfied even if it means to do above what is included in the package (for example, mamy extras were included free of charge). The facilities are of the highest quality (taking under consideration that it is not my expertise) and all equipment and items are amazing. The location is perfect (15 mins amazing boat drive from Eden marine) and the island is for the resort guests only, which make all extremely private and intimate. The food was delicious, but not the best I eat overseas (this is a distinct island for Africa which make sense) - food and beverages prices are super reasonable (comparing to my homeland) And - I didn't even started to describe the views. Wow, it's like God himself draw to locations, the nearby (so close) islands, the water, skies and the rest. All so flawless. We spent here 4 night of pure happiness, relaxation, purity and joy Hope you'll have the same 😊 Thanks to the amazing so blessed crew 🙏

I have no words to describe the amazing experience we had at the hotel. This is the best hotel I have ever been to in the world, simply put, the staff is so kind and helpful, the place is beautiful and sits on a dreamy beach with unreal colors. The place is simply heaven! Highly recommend, it's the best experience I've ever had for myself. I want to compliment the amazing hosts and staff who made our experience amazing. The food is very high standard, the rooms are huge, beautiful and well-kept with a private pool facing a perfect view.

10 out of 10 for a honeymoon or couples in general. The hotel is a dream, location of the island and rooms are unbelievable, personnel was great in every single detail, would recommend it for couples 200%. Only thing to mention, food is a bit expensive (not only here but in the whole Seychelles), so would recommend full meals covered instead of B&B only. Would recommend everyone to try it, much more romantic, personal and unique than the big brand hotels in Seychelles, this hotel is a MUST.

JA Enchanted really is a paradise. Located a short 15 min boat ride away from Victoria, you’ll reach the island from the airport in under an hour. We were given a very relaxed and friendly welcome as we checked in, while all menus and excursions details were sent via WhatsApp. Every member of staff was impeccable, everyone was so friendly, honestly just incredible (especially Sheryl, Bhuvan and David). The villa we stayed in was beautiful, the food was generally good quality and there’s plenty of activities to do such as snorkelling, kayaking or paddle boarding. The only thing not giving the stay full marks is that on more than one occasion there was building works going on in the villa next door, while they tried their best to work around us while we were out, it didn’t always work out that way, they did try their best and we really appreciated the effort made. Like most tropical locations the beaches are all public so expect locals daily, which can get lively at the weekends. If you travel to the Seychelles you must visit JA Enchanted, even if it’s for a couple of days.

It is a great hotel in a beautiful island, surrounded by other islands. Amazing views, great amenities. Very well recommended especially the private pool villa.

I really loved my stay here. We were up in the hilltop villa which had a beautiful view and a great outdoor bath tub. The staff were really sweet. A few more loungers by the main restaurant pool would be nice, otherwise everything was really excellent. We loved the staff (especially the barmen) and sundowners were 👌 thanks again.

I have booked 2 months ago, but the hotel suddenly canceled my booking. Our travel plan was distorted and needed to be rescheduled. Hotel allowed me to book without any initial fee on booking site, but sent me message privately like scam with the link for their original payment site. That doesn’t work well and cannot be booked with error. The booking site doesn’t help. They doesn’t allow to pay outside of their site, but hotel still does. We did this conversation with hotel, but they just send message as system, and we could never communicated as human. For sure hotel doesn’t have hospitality and even doesn’t know. Maybe we are lucky we didn’t stay at the hotel. I’m sure they destroy our precious experience in Seychelles.

we had wonderful stay at this resort. the things that stood out were the gorgeous ocean view infinity pool, the outdoor ocean facing bathtub which is something unique and floating breakfast that was made available at extra cost. its a quiet resort ideal for honeymooners. staff were good. Food was also of good quality and taste. the only grouse was that there were few ants in the room and because of the vegetation, lizards, too. our villa had access to the beach, too. overall, a memorable stay in a luxurious ocean view villa with great welcome drinks, spectacular ocean views, private infinity pool and outdoor bath experience.

Room is clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. You can walk to the Long Island while tide is low, Breakfast is decent and you can order maximum 2 dishes. Live band in restaurant every Friday night. Mosquito repellent recommended. authentic Balinese massage is worth the try!

Ella and Henna at the spa were absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in the door, they made us feel welcome and at ease. They were both so friendly and warm, and they really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our entire treatment. our masseuse were absolutely amazing. They really took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, and tailored the massage to suit us perfectly. We left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Overall, our experience at the spa was absolutely exceptional. They both went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for, and we can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a truly great spa experience, be sure to book an appointment. You won't be disappointed!

This place is a slice of Heaven. Beautiful waters, friendly staff, quiet and very relaxing. Rooms are clean and comfortable and every request was met very quickly. Thank you everyone at enchanted!

Excellent experience. Great place for a honeymoon, or babymoon in our case. Very secluded and luxurious facilities with private pool villas. Each ville with its own beach access. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and actually cares that guests have everything they need. And if something is not possible (for example gym equipment was under maintenance) they make up for it in some other way. Special regards to Juan, Moses, Shariel and Mahindra, just to name a few, who took such good care of us. Can highly recommend this place. Stay at least three or four nights in order to fully enjoy the slow down experience.

My partner and I spent a week in July last year at this wonderful hotel. The food was very good, the staff extremely kind and friendly. Also Sanjit makes some excellent cocktails. Seychelles is simply paradise on earth🫶🏼

Dream place...The most beautiful island I have ever seen (and i have travelled a bit over 20 countries)...The most artistically done rooms...a pure time machine which takes you into the peaceful era of 1900’s !! The best chef ever who can dish out vegan dishes with as much ease as the famed sea-food of the place...cant rave more about the place...an absolute must for any discerning traveller !!

Amazing! The hotel is superb, its unique location with amazing beaches, privacy and surprisingly nice options to go around! The location is unique in the privacy it provides: With your own pool and the amazing, picturesque beach, you can enjoy the Seychelles in the perfect way. During the day there are day-tours which come to the beach (not disturbing at all), but in the morning or the afternoon, you have the beach for yourself. At night, as the hotel is located on a private island, the view of the stars is enchanting :). Though the hotel is located on a small island, there are numerous options to go around and travel in the nearby islands. You can travel by Kayaks, provided by the hotel, or snorkeling through the amazing marine resort, or simply walking during the low tide. We had to extend our vacation, in an unplanned 10 days, due to the covid-19 epidemic. Burak, the manager, and the hotel’s staff, managed the situation very well and guided us in every step, so that we turned the lemons to lemonade and had the best vacation ever. If you get “stuck” at a place during the pandemic - this is the place!

We spend wonderful time here, on peaceful very small island with our beautiful beach. Very nice stuff contribute welcoming atmosphere. Our house were extremely clean and comfortable, specially open-air bathroom oriented on hidden side of grove. Pool was perfect placed in shade. Food could be more inventive.

The hotel was great. But Tania Bailon was not helpful at all. In Booking, she copy pasted the same message 20 times instead of answering to my questions, which is unacceptable as customer support to someone who is paying 1000 pounds the night. The rest was great.

After visiting twice Seychelles. JA Enchanted Island and resort always leaves one with the best memories from their magnificent view. I do not recall any other place with such beauty of colors and nature.

I honestly don’t know where to start from. Such an amazing team of beautiful people working as one big happy family. We were spoiled in so many ways. We came because of our 10 year’s anniversary and they made it one to remember. They surprised us with upgrading our villa to the best one they have, with gifts inside the villa and a private dinner on a library balcony. Chef is incredible! Such tasty food that I had to ask the chef for his recipe. They created a WhatsApp group just for our villa where we get to ask/order and they would respond within seconds. Spa was lovely, beautiful beach, peaceful walks, endless… I am so glad we chose this hotel and we are definitely coming back next year! I highly recommend it.
