Horrible! We booked these rooms in hopes that we will save some money, but in the end we payed more because we had to change accommodation and the owner didn't refund us. The complex itself looks like a warehouse, rooms as well. AC works poorly. Window are a joke as when you "close" them, you can stick a finger between the panels, so anything can come in - and it does. We woke up first night with bed full of ants (the biting kind) , and Geckoes all over the walls. Hats off to the cleaning lady who tries to help and seems nice, but other than that do yourself a favour and skip this one.

Extremely poor customer service, location is bad , and rooms and kitchen are not clean.There is not even a resturant or shop nearby. Pictures do not represent the true condition of rooms. And at 100 dollars per night it is extremely expensive compared to its condition.One of my worst travelling experience ever.

You get what you pay for. Accommodation is cheap, very small but clean and close to Beau Vallon Beach. To get there you need to walk along the street for about 10 minutes and that is not very comfortable, especially at night. We did not meet the owner within the week we were there but a women is there each morning for cleaning the rooms.

The structure is just aweful, old and dirty. Being full of insects (cockroaches in the bathroom, spiders and others everywhere) we convinced the owner for a solution because we didn't want to stay in that place anymore; she offered another apartment not too far which was new and beautiful, but we would have had to leave one day earlier. OF COURSE, even after writing to remind, we were not REFUNDED of the last day. Awful owner, awful management, awful experience. NEVER AGAIN!

Good budget option, 10 minutes walk from the central Bau Vallon. Small, hidden beach just down the road. Basic inventory, A/C, fan, microwave etc. Old/worn furniture though. Nice private terrace with some ocean view. The "garden" could need some attention. Helpful housekeeper. Some noise from the neighbors at night. Unstable wifi. OK place.

It's a great place, clean, well done service apartment bang opposite the beach. The rent also is quite reasonable. Would actually come back here the next time I am in Seychelles.

Great place for the money. Great view and really close to the best beach in Mahe. Staff was really friendly and polite.
