Did you say, "How was Carana Hilltop Villa" or " The Peaceful Home Away From Home in Seychelles"?😊 I would lodge in this Villa over and over again, and this is me being brutally honest with my assessment. From the Ambiance to the Customer Service and the Food, oh wow.... My boys actually cried the day we were leaving; quite shocking and first of it's kind in our travel history. In their words, " Mom, it's more like we are leaving a part of us behind" Mathew, the Manager was all shades of amazing, making sure we had a good and pleasurable stay. The phenomenal Raj ensured we lacked no good food and went beyond and above to satisfy my boys. Did I mention the driver? Evin. Honestly, Evin should add a tourist guide to his CV. So Calm, Empathetic, and also generous. He has his ways with children. We are so looking forward to seeing Seychelles again soon. In summary, if you are looking for Peace of mind in a Villa, then Carana Hiltop is your best bet. By the way, It is also critical to mention that I noticed that they have just renovated too. My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at this property. The property is in a serene and peaceful environment. Cleanliness was top-notch. Matthew and Raj were super-helpful. They constantly recommended good restaurants and suggested fun activities to make our time in Seychelles memorable.

My friend and I visited Seychelles and stayed here. Our eight nights at this place were super cool. Mathew and Raj, the hosts, were the best. They helped us tons with tips on where to go, and the breakfast was yummy every day. They also offered rides down the hill to the main road, which made things easy. The airport pick up and drop off were at affordable price and so convenient. Mathew always answered our questions quickly, which was super helpful. The place has beautiful mountain and ocean views at different sides and it is very quite which made our holiday enjoyable. The place is also not far from good beaches both quiet and public. We totally recommend it and can't wait to go back one day!

I cannot say enough about this place. We were in Seychelles for our wedding with a group of 20 of us. The manager of this venue, Mathew, and his colleague, Raj, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our stay was amazing. It was the perfect spot for our group as it fit everyone comfortably and had multiple common areas and kitchen that we could use. The manager not only helped with sleeping arrangements for our group, but helped arrange taxis, buses, boat trips, nightly BBQs to feed our whole group, and made our wedding the most memorable week of our lives. The villa is in a great location w a gorgeous hilltop view overlooking the ocean. It's a quick (albeit steep) walk down to Carana beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to seychelles with a group.

I chose CARANA HILLTOP, just looking at their pics. And I have to say that it was a totally fulfilling experience. Absolutely serene. Very picturesque. Full of positive vibes. Most of all - away from the maddening crowds. MATHEW went out of his way to ensure our comfort & was a super help in planning our local excursions."WHAT IS WHERE " - is on his finger tips. RAJ bënt backwards with culinary delight & acquaintance of local markets etc. In a nutshell - SEYCHELLES was a decade awaited holiday for me & these 2 guys were the keys to make it a super success. BRAVO .

The hotel is located at an altitude, a beautiful view opens from the veranda, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, cleanliness and order on the territory. We would like to thank Matthew and Raja for their help and hospitality. It was nice staying with you. The uphill climb on foot took about 5 minutes. But mostly Raja (a hotel employee) drove us to the bus stop and the nearest beach. To the bus stop from the hotel, we drove in 2 minutes. The rooms were cleaned at our request clean and tidy. During my 3-day stay at Carana Hilltop with my husband, we had the opportunity to truly appreciate the offerings of this charming establishment: The spacious and immaculately clean room provided us with a comfortable retreat during our stay. The attention to maintenance was evident and contributed to the overall positive experience. Matthew, the owner, extended his warm hospitality by providing insightful tips on local attractions and activities. He also went the extra mile to assist us in securing an automatic car rental at a reasonable rate. Raj, the caretaker, further enhanced our stay with his friendly and helpful demeanor. The well-maintained swimming pool on the premises proved to be a delightful amenity, allowing us to relax and enjoy our leisure time. Additionally, the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials for cooking, maintaining the same high standards of cleanliness. While our room didn't offer a remarkable view, the common area made up for it with its picturesque sight of the hills and Carana Beach. It's worth noting that the location of Carana Hilltop presents a slight challenge, as it's situated on a steep hill. For those unaccustomed to uphill driving, like myself, this could be a bit daunting, especially with a manual car. One evening, we found ourselves stuck on the slope, struggling to navigate. Luckily, Matthew, the owner, came to our rescue and expertly maneuvered our car up to the hotel. In summary, despite the uphill driving challenge, our stay at Carana Hilltop was highlighted by the welcoming atmosphere, well-kept amenities, and the efforts of Matthew and Raj to make our experience memorable.

The stay was amazing, the staff super friendly and helpful for the organisation of daily activities, giving plenty of suggestions of places to see and things to do. The room was super comfortable and intercontinental breakfast was great situated on the top of the carana hill the place offers an amazing view from mountains to the ocean

I recently stayed at Carana Hilltop Villa for a business trip, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for my needs. The views from the hotel were also breathtaking, and I found it to be a very peaceful and serene location for getting work done.

Great vacation. Breakfast was great, lots of help from all the staff. They also supported in organising boat tours, taxis and anything that was required. The villa was amazing.

We recently stayed at the Carana Hilltop Villa to get married in the Seychelles. Our group of 20 all stayed there and Matthew helped with the breakdown of rooms. He also helped with finding a venue for our wedding reception, help with boat trips, help with taxis/car hire and much more. Without Matthew the trip would've been so much harder to sort! As for the villa, it was perfect for us! So many rooms, a great pool, great service, great communal areas and amazing views! I highly recommend this Villa as you'll have a great stay! Raj was a great help throughout as well, with service, food, grabbing water and drop offs!

Its a lovely place with lovely People. Specially Mathew was a great help on every thing we needed. We felt like we are in our home. Would surely go and stay there if we visit seychelles again.

Overall, the villa is accessible via a steep serpent road on a hill. The rooms were clean but visibly used and clearly needs repairs and renovation. The kitchen, unfortunately, lacked accessories and dishes. The chillout zone at the back of the house with a great view was breathtaking. Mathew, the manager of the villa saved it all. He was totally committed to his job and arranged, explained, and helped with anything. This guy should get an award. I have to mention also the staff that was eager to help with an everlasting smile on their face. I recommend visiting the villa, it is definately worth the money.

We had a wonderful outing at Carana . It is a one stop tourist hotel. Every assistance you may ever need to make your vacation swell is at your Carana doorstep. The mountain and beach view, the food , the Cab services , the air around the hotel were all exquisite. Special thanks to Mathew and Rajj for making the stay worthwhile.

I enjoyed my stay at the Carana hilltop view. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming especially from the host, Meto. The view is Gorgeous and to die for! The chef is on point! The food was amazing especially the grilled fish! I’d definitely come back on my next visit!

Carana Hill Top view is a serene place , a home away from home. Mathew, the Manager and the staff make you feel absolutely comfortable and guide you in every possible way.
