Very nice private owned hotel at "Anse Nord D'est". Two buildings holding each four appartements. Very new and clean. Everything you need is there for a pleasant self catering stay. Optionally you can get breakfast.The owner is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only separated from the beach by the North Point Road. The beach is nice but swimming not recommended in September, when we were there. The hotel itself has a small pool. Beau Vallon Beach or Victoria are only a max. 15 min drive away. Two stores for daily needs, the bus stop and a take away restaurant (only open till 2 pm) are in 500m walking distance. (The Google place mark shows the hotel near Carana Beach, which is wrong. It is actually located at the northern part of "Anse Nord D'est")

Really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need. And if you need something extra, they will always provide it to you. Terraces overlook the ocean with wonderful views. There is a nice pool. But the main advantage of this hotel is the location. The ocean is across the road and you can hear the waves. There are very picturesque beaches nearby. And there aren't many people. Separately, it must be said about the care and responsiveness of the owner of the hotel. This is really a great place to stay.

Right next to the beach and 5 mins distance to Beau Vallon beach. an excellent place and even better host (Mr. Bryan). A man of few words but he will get you everything you need and most importantly a very genuine advice. Dont listen to any vendor asking you to book on excursions without consulting Mr Bryan. We stayed for 3 nights and it was memorable. 1 min walk to a big grocery store and bus stand. You need to have your own car anywhere you stay in Mahe. the same goes for this place as well. whole of Mahe is a very small so wherever you stay doesn't matter much. look for a comfortable place. If you are in a group, there can't be a better place than Villa Koket. absolute privacy, beach is across your road. take your coffee and sit next to the waves every morning. All the women working at the property will take care of cleaning and any suggestion you might need. A big thankyou to Mr Bryan.

Die Villa Koket ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Obergeschoss und somit direkten Blick aufs Meer, welches nur 10m entfernt ist, man hört die Wellen rauschen. Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet, im Schlafzimmer Klimaanlage und Safe, im Wohnzimmer Zugang zum Balkon und in der Küche, Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Ofen und alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Frühstück besteht aus Obst, Toast und Eiern mit Speck und Gemüse. Brian und alle anderen, die sich um einen kümmern sind sehr nett, können einem vieles über das Land und die Sehenswürdigkeiten erklären. Wenn man einen Ausflug organisieren will, hilft Brian einem ebenfalls. Das Meer ist über die Straße direkt zu erreichen, zum Baden empfiehlt sich aber eher der Carana Beach ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Um Einzukaufen muss man nur 5 min zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt gehen. Direkt in der Nähe zum Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle. Wir waren 7 Nächte dort und haben uns ab dem 3. Tag ein Auto für 4 Tage gemietet, welches uns an der Villa abgestellt und auch wieder abgeholt wurde. Ein Auto ist sicherlich zum empfehlen weil man sonst recht eingeschränkt ist. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It consist of fully equipped kitchen & living room, separate bathroom, bedroom with air conditioning and a balcony with a nice view of the beach. It is located close to the Carana Public Beach which is wonderful! The host and hotel service are very nice and always helpful whenever we had any questions or needed advice. I really recommend this place and hope will come back there some day!

Die Villa Koket ist vielfältig ausgestattet: Vollständige Küche, Wohnbereich, Terrasse, Schlafzimmer mit Safe, praktisch eingerichtetes Bad. Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen. Die Verwaltung ist unkompliziert und sehr umsorgend, wir konnten sofort einen Mietwagen bekommen und den Schlüssel dem Vermieter auch wieder in die Hand drücken. Da sind wir beim einzigen Nachteil: Die Lage ist weit ab vom Schuss und der Strand, auf den man vom Zimmer aus blicken kann, leider nicht zum Baden geeignet: zu viele Steine, zu gefährliche Strömung. Zum Baden oder tauchen fährt man mit dem Bus in die eine (Beau Vallon), nach Viktoria in die andere Richtung. Das ist gut machbar, kostet auch nicht viel und geht auch relativ schnell - wenn der Bus kommt. Der verkehrt in der Regel halbstündlich, und um nicht allzu lange zu warten, empfehle ich, beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse darauf zu achten, wann der letzte Bus kam und dann 20 Minuten später zur Haltestelle am Rehabilitationszentrum Richtung Norden zu gehen. Oder man fährt im Kreis: Mit dem Bus nach Viktoria, danach zum Beau Vallon direkt quer, und dann den Bogen über die Nordspitze zurück.
