The worst accommodation I have ever had to endure. We arrived late at around 9pm in the night because of a flight delay, on arrival at the gate, the caretaker meets us with a PDQ machine in hand. We asked to see the room first. The room was dirty and dusty. We had booked days earlier and they did not bother to prepare the room for us. There was a horrible smell in the room and you could not tell where it was coming from. We asked for another room and they refused saying that we had booked that one. So we no longer wanted to stay there and they would not get us a cab. There was a 10pm Curfew during that time. So time was running out. They kept threatening us that if we will not stay there they will have to tell immigration that we refused to stay with them (I don't know what the big deal is about not staying with them or why immigration would care). We then decided that we will only spend the night there and in the morning we will be out. They guy refused telling us that if we want to sleep there it will have to be for a minimum of 3 days and we had to pay in advance. It was nerve wrecking! So we ended up paying for the 3 days which we did not even stay there for. It was not cheap either. There was no water in the shower. The sheets and pillow cases were dirty. We looked for a different place the following day and found a much better place with great customer service. The house is beautiful but it needs better maintenance and good customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

The place is beautiful, walking distance to the sea. The only problem was breakfast, they serve budget breakfast, only bacon and eggs. We don't eat bacon, so we had to eat eggs only. Other than that, the experience was good. We had access a big kitchen and lounge.

Landlady is the worst! Mould everywhere she gets it painted over without treatment, the place stinks of damp! She will refuse to refund you or see you at any point, she avoided me for the week I was there and turned up an HR after she thought we were gone! She will mess you around....2 days of my holiday wasted trying to sort the room out! Do not stay here!!!! The service from Gabriel and Solomon was perfect, however she abuses them as far as I'm concerned, she uses them to avoid any problems from guests and they take all the flack, horrible woman just out for yr money!!!! Ants all around the walls in that room also! My daughter ended up sick after 2 days there due to the mould spores everywhere. Many other lovely places to stay for less money and much nicer owners don't waste yr money here!!!!!!

We came expecting a hotel. We found a home with the most delightful trio of gracious hosts. It is wonderful and quaint. Please don't come here so we can have it all to ourselves when we definitely come back. This is amazing!!! 5 stars for being the most unique hotel I have ever been to anywhere. Love it!!!!

One of the worst accommodations ever. Multiple problems with this place 1. The place seems to be very old and has a weird smell in the rooms 2. Small insects and spiders keep coming into the bedroom 3. Bathtub in the washroom cant hold water (with closed lid) . And the filled water is discolored . Don't feel like using it at all. 4. WiFi is terrible. Max speed you get in the rooms in 50kbps. 5. It started raining in Seychelles and the roof in the washroom started leaking. Luckily this was during the last day of stay so we had to bear it only for half day Other things to note: Quite far From the main city Victoria (25 mins) . Attenders Solomon and Gabriel were really great with helping us in whatever way they could. Appreciate their effort. Food (breakfast) is good too.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing. The place is pretty remote and hence perfect for a relaxing time on the island. You must carry a flashlight to be able to go around at night. The area is safe at night as well. Do note that this place only serves breakfast, however you can cook your own meals for €10. All in all a very good experience!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel (although marketed as a guesthouse)! At first there is the hotel itself - with its really large rooms, apartements as well as common rooms, the very nice location with great view over the Anse Boileau, the high-class furniture, lots of terraces, the pool and so on. The bathroom was just stunning with nice tiling, extremely spacious, shower cabin and big bath tub. There even are plants as room separator in it! Then, there is the great staff. Djun and his female sidekick were really lovely and so nice hosts. They are available all the time as they live in the hotel. They even allowed us to use the pool and have a shower at the evening of our departure. Breakfast is very good with coffee, toast, jam, fresh fruit, juice, crepes, eggs in every configuration and fried bacon. Rooms have good working aircon. TV did not work but we didn't investigated further. Said some card was missing. Really, the only slightly negative thing mentionable is the bed which is hard as a wooden plank and squiekes with every movement. To find the hotel just look out for the sign at the main road an then straight ahead until you reach a private property's gate. Turn left and then you will find the sign saying "Bayview Guesthouse". Google will mislead you.

Great accomodation, so great i rebooked later for another 3 nights stay whilst in Seychelles. Neat, organised, nice breakfast. The suite is the best, with balcony, seaview, bath..there a pool. Manager arranged rental car and overall friendly and great experience. Would recommend it!

Terrible. First of all, the property is totally different from the one in the pictures. That is a scam. The one in the pictures is another Villa which you CAN NOT access. Of course they dont put pictures of the original one since is very basic. Upon checkin there was no one to find. We arrive at 9pm we had to press the claxon to awake someone and of course the rest of the guest. Terrible. No amenities on the room I mean no shampoo and some basic shower gel which was terrible. I mean, dont get me wrong, I know Seychelles its expensive but to pay more than a hundred dollars a night and not to find the basic amenities or any personnel is a total rip off. The good thing I have to say is that the guy hired to run the place is very nice, when he is around which is half the time, and the cleaning lady nice too. But that doesnt solve the problem.
