We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was seamless from check in to car parking, from the location to services provided at this location. The whole staff was extremely courteous, respectful and efficient! There's a Woolsworth pretty close and the hotel is walking distance to Everything downtown from food to attractions and everything I'm between. We ordered room service breakfast for 2 mornings and the service was exceptional! Definitely recommend them!!

The casino is a silly set up. You need to be a member to play any of the machines so you have to wait in line for at least half an hour to sign up. Then when setting up a membership, you need to put a time limit on yourself and a limit on your spending, which was very off putting. You then can’t cash out anything over $1000 otherwise they give you a cheque. In most places that’s understandable but to have a large venue not being able to give out $1000 it beyond me. Last thing is the security. They are the rudest people I have ever met. I ask for some direction and because of the way he explained it it was confusing so I ask for him to repeat and in the same bland tone he says the same thing. We just walk away and figured it out ourselves. This happened on two accounts with differences guards. Very disappointing and don’t recommend.

Our best weekend away in years. Beautiful rooms and excellent attentive staff everywhere you go. Paying the extra for access to the Crystal Club was so worth it as the food they serve in there is outstanding. The evening canapes were mouth watering every night. Afternoon tea is served as a High Tea, it's so luxurious.

Crown complex is another major landmark in Melbourne. Luxury is the real character of the Crown complex. It is notable that this year the fantastic Christmas decorations of the previous years were much less! We went to see the animated features, and found out that they had not placed them this year. At least, we were compensated by a lovely girls choir that sand Christmas songs, and they were wonderful! The food court hasn't changed much and as always, it is very crowded. Going to the Crown complex is worth it, if visiting Melbourne.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are a good size, as is the bathroom. Clean and great staff. The pool is fantastic, even to just lay out and relax in if u don't want to swim. There is even a lifeguard on duty. The gym is only open 6-10 but the area is safe. I went for a run along the river at 530am without issues. Also enjoyed the breakfast here!

Nice place of entertainment and good place to spend some time when you come to visit. It’s pretty quiet on weekday afternoons. But I love it quiet πŸ˜… so I enjoyed the peace while playing the games. If played strategically and not impulsively, can earn some (not a lot but better than nothing or losing) quick bucks.

A majestic place to stay on holiday. Multiple businesses in the complex. World-class casino. (Ranked among the world's top 10 casinos in terms of the variety of games). One of the best theatre shows. Baccarat is interesting to play.

It's an amazing place to visit in Melbourne. In addition to the area where the gambling machines are, there are also great cafes, restaurants, gift shops and so many more. There are also great 5 star hotels attached to the crown casino.

Stayed here 2 nights and had a really good experience. Everything was good, not great. The room is nice and spacious but there was one problem. The power points were limited and they were in very awkward spots. The gym was great though, very well equipped and had everything that most people would need to do a workout. Service was attentive and sorted any concerns promptly. The location was great, easily walkable to the CBD and Southbank. The only thing lacking here is a bit of style, it's own quirk, but otherwise you'll enjoy your stay here.

Stayed at Crown Towers for a night of fun and pampering. We were given a Villa Suite on the 33rd floor which was absolutely amazing. It was the size of a House with beautiful views of the City looking down to the River. The Villa was opulent in every way. The furnishings of this Villa were of the highest quality and it was an experience we will never forget. Electric Blinds. A full size Bar. With an Office area. And a Lounge that would be better than most homes anywhere. This was an experience of a life time which we will never forget. The service from the Waiters to our Villa went above any expectations. We now know how the Rich and Famous live. Thank you Crown for the upgrade as it was our life time experience and made two people very happy.

Look I am going to keep this review short and sweet. The service was excellent but the rooms were a little dated for a 5-star hotel and could use a bit of a refresh. However I must say the beds were very comfortable!

The hotel is very comfortable. The bedding, lounger, housekeeping. Guest service. The use of ipad for services. The facilities and staff all lovely. The room food service generous and tasty. The only critic I have is the breakfast buffet seating is only for 1 hour. Didn't get the chance to have the dinner buffer

Very central to almost anything the city has to offer. There are so much things to do within the Crown facilities itself. A good place to be based with the family. Rooms are clean and neat. From a price point in the week it's good rates, weekends are a bit pricey though.

Great shower pressure. Clean and comfy modern rooms. Valet only parking available $50 for our overnighter. Only continental buffet at $25pp. Great view from 16th floor and comfy beds. Overall staff were fine but counter staff could be a little warmer and ask for feedback at the end of your stay. We wanted a bath but they couldn't give us one with 4 of us. Overall very comfy stay.

We went to Crown Melbourne to access the Gold Class cinema. Inside the complex is great with so many cafes and restaurants open for food and drinks. There are a lot of designer shops inside to purchase clothing etc. The Casino is inside if that interests you. It is an excellent place to enjoy and spend time. I truly recommend trying this complex you won't be disappointed.

I must say, every visit to Crown Casino Melbourne is an absolute blast! The atmosphere here is nothing short of exhilarating, and it never fails to deliver the best vibes in town. From the moment you step foot inside, you're immediately greeted by a sense of excitement and energy that is simply infectious. The casino floor itself is a spectacle to behold, with its dazzling lights, impressive architecture, and the constant hum of activity that keeps you engaged throughout your entire stay. The variety of entertainment options available is truly remarkable. Whether you're in the mood for thrilling casino games, indulging in delectable dining experiences, or catching a world-class show, Crown Casino has it all. The diverse range of restaurants and bars cater to every taste and preference, making sure your culinary journey is just as memorable as your gaming adventure. But what truly sets Crown Casino apart is its commitment to providing top-notch service. The staff is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. You truly feel like a valued guest here, and that kind of hospitality goes a long way in ensuring an unforgettable experience. I've had the pleasure of visiting various casinos around the world, but Crown Casino Melbourne undoubtedly stands out as a shining gem in the crown (pun intended). It's the perfect place to unwind, have fun, and maybe even try your luck a little!

Staffs are friendly and professional, from the valet to the room and checking out again going to the car back was hassle free. The rooms are amazing I love the tub with the tv I can literally stay there watch movies for hours. The view of the city from my room was very good. Pools, gym, sauna are available but there’s lots of things you can do in the hotel like play in the casino, dine in the restaurants, watch movies in the cinema, clubbing, shopping and lots of events to enjoy.

Quite dimly lit, and very loud, but lots of fun. Drinks at the bar are very expensive. We didn't check out any of the restaurants, but spent an enjoyable afternoon. Cashing out is very easy, you can either use one of the automated machines, or line up to be assisted by a teller. We were lucky enough to still end up ahead, even with all the drinks we purchased, but you definitely shouldn't be here regularly, because it would be far too easy to lose a lot of money.

We had our wedding at Crown on 23/05/2021 (Sunday), Ceremony at Crown Aviary and Evening Reception at Crown River Room. To simply put it, it was such an AMAZING experience! Firstly, we would like to give a big shout out to Paris, our wedding manager, who was nothing but accommodating and attentive to us throughout the whole wedding process, patiently explaining everything to us and guiding us through every step of the journey. It was such a great joy working with her! We started off with the girls staying at Crown Towers Suite, and the staff was amazing, providing us with 2 sparkling wines to celebrate wedding the following day, the hotel suite was amazing as well - spacious and luxurious, everyone enjoyed the suite! The following day for our ceremony, Paris made sure everything ran so smoothly and the security staff made sure the whole event was not disrupted by other non-guests. During our wedding photos and tea ceremony, we were passed to Adam and Adam was such a pleasure to work with, he was so friendly, easy to talk to and attended to any needs we required! For our reception, we were then passed on to Rita, Jordan and Kayleigh. They were so so good! They were constantly working in the background, working with our MCs, making sure our food came out right on time, making sure we were always well attended to and right at the end of the night, they knew exactly what the bride required - slippers to get out of the heels! It was such an experience working with Rita, Jordan and Kayleigh, everyone was in constant praise of them (especially our MCs who were working so closely with them) Crown has definitely lived up to our expectations and even surpassed it, we had such an amazing day and we could not have imagined it any better. Thank you so much!

Crown Casino is a landmark for Melbourne and this year is presenting a lunar new year festival presenting the 2022 Tiger. Celebrating the cultures we share around the world is what makes it special. If you have the chance please see it this week before it's too late.

The Crown casino is a fun place to go the staff (most of them)are very friendly. The band is really worth listening even get up and dance up stairs theirs a lovely blonde lady on the roulette table. Well worth putting some money on her table. Smoking areas are good bit cold upstairs the out door smoking area is my favourite well worth a look even if your not a smoker. I could write a chapter about this place but I will say take plenty of money and go for a good fun time also the big spin wheel is fun do it I would put at least 100 on that have fun

Our issue was parking. Someone parked close enough to the drivers side that both the driver and my 9 month old daughter could not get in. When security came around not only was he just as frustrated (this guy was amazing, we didn’t get his name) but sadly was told he couldn’t do anything other then give them a ticket. Luckily there was 2 adults and I was able to climb over the front and with help of security (and a really tight fit) we were able to pull out that way and block the driveway part to get everyone in. We do not pay $50 for parking to be locked in like that, especially with 3 young children.

Some what back to normal after covid lock downs. The temp Walls in the gaming area have been removed so you may now travel freely through. Drink prices have been increased beyond a reasonable price and little discounts are offered with members cards. A company this big should not be allowed to charge above $9 for a schooner. Poor form.

Stayed at Promenade Crown, price wise cheaper than the ones facing river front. But the views are just as good during day or night. Walked through to the entertainment areas of crown and even able to access the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre Building opposite Spencer St just by crossing it. That evening we watched David Attenborough’s fabulous exhibit.

Fantastic hotel to stay in, and the view from the rooms is fantastic, as you can see all over the city and the level of customer service is fantastic as they bring your bags up your room if it isn't ready for you and also they have a swimming pool where you can see over the city and also the sky you can see over it and also sit out on the balcony of the sky to take in the those breath taken views of the city at night or day and the beds are really comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

Crown is an amazing and beautiful part of Melbourne. We came to crown to see the new year’s fireworks and we were not disappointed as crown pulled out all the stops. There were massive plums of fire that were shot into the air and massive fireworks being shot off in synchronicity across the city skyline. It was amazing.

We spent a lovely few days at crown towers. We upgraded to the Crystal club which includes breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes and cocktails/drinks. With check in and out it was certainly worth while particularly with school holidays and the huge line up to check in on the ground floor. The extra service makes the trip away that much more special. Breakfast was the best meal of the day, coffee was not but the freshly squeezed OJ was a good supplement.

I highly recommend this High Tea to all. You need to book and try the Waiting Room at the Crown for a High Tea for any occasion. It was more than I expected. Excellent service, wonderful ambience and lots of variety and interesting sweets. This High Tea outdoes any other and served with a smile. The added touch that others don't have was the box of macaroons to take home which everybody loved.

Crown Melbourne is a casino and resort located on the south bank of the Yarra River, in Melbourne, Australia. Crown Casino is a subsidiary of Crown Resorts, and was the first casino of the now-international Crown brand. It’s a big casino and you need to dress up in smart casuals. Go in the night and enjoy the games, food, dances etc. night life is amazing. I visited and spent a few hours here. There is a parking and there is a nice food hall. Had a vegetarian pizza. Former Melbourne swamp land reclaimed, reinforced and then reinstated with the swamp of all swamps. The monopoly that is Crown Melbourne centralises a single destination for people of all caste and persuasion. This is where you go to soil your soul with oh so accessible debauchery all whilst wearing suit and tie. The law has no jurisdiction at Crown, that is left to in-house security the size of an army but rest assured you can freely go about any and all dirty deeds imaginable for as long as you are either supplying nose beverages, buying them, cleaning the proceeds or openly collecting from those overdue, you have not a worry in the world as long as you are part of the event horizon drawing all and sundry to its inevitable demise then you will be granted free passage, immune from any law of the state. Did I mention there's a nice little newsagency that sells Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, Dr. Pepper and Hot Tamales but no newspapers. A must for cinnamon lovers. Just use your imagination for the rest because whether you have access to these fantasy rooms, parlours, restaurants, bars and lounges, Crown has it all. Unfortunately unless you are turning over 7 figures per annum you will never, ever see them. But as I said, rest assured they do exist and they are as magical as they appear in your imagination. The Feng Shui is working against you gamblers, that's a word from the wise. Go to church or take up lawn bowls your life will be so much more fulfilling and complete. I give it 4 stars - I like it even though I know full well I shouldn't as it leaves a putrid emptiness where your soul used to be.

Very good... Had a good room complete with crystal club for this review. Great service, special checkin on level 3. Check your booking so you don't have to queue up downstairs. Also if busy and you are crystal club have high tea while waiting, they will come to you. Made to feel great , crystal club afternoon tea is a must (included), afternoon canapanes (included) amazing and a must and also a full meal. Really good food , similar to a mini degustation menu Advice you get there at 5.30 ish as there are last drinks at 7pm.all drinks are included. At 1000 a night it is included, room was great. Got a late checkout till 12. Rock solid 4.3 stars. Well done all. Xxx Not a crown problem but it is sometimes difficult to understand some of there staff with face masks on. If crown reads this Check in at 2pm Tell us to relax and have high tea(included) while luggage is taken to the room. It would start the stay perfectly. If we are late (as we are) then it is on us.

Our first stay at Crown and it was a positive experience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, plenty of security at all entrances, and lifts also required room card to operate. Also had good COVID-19 protocol in place, so we felt safe. Our room on the 28th floor was clean, had a comfortable bed, good amenities and what a view of the city, especially at night. Our package also included breakfast at the Conservatory and we had plenty to choose from. Again the staff were great and we were well looked after. Overall a great experience.

Great place to visit whether you are a punter, dinner, or want to enjoy dance. Easily, we can lose track of time in this place. Great restaurants, bars, and clubs. If you are new to Melbourne, make sure you visit it. Look out for the riverside by the hour. The big flame throwing chimneys are awesome. Feel the heat.

Nice to catch the fire show along the river at night. Starts from 7pm in Sept/Oct, just after sunset and goes every hour until midnight. Lots of dining options and a beautiful place to stroll by the river at night.

Wonderful place to be. Plaza is huge, we can walk from crown multi car park to palladium, Convention Centre and many places through Plaza passage / mall corridors. You have many amazing restaurants, theatre, few food courts, many escalators and lifts. You will never miss direction or location you like to go! All the way (pathway) you find direction sign boards. I think we can't complete the plaza tour and enjoy the facilities in one day. Amazing.... Will visit again. No need to worry about weather, everything is indoor. Parking : $7 for 5 or 7 hours minimum I think, worth spending your $$

Great experience at Crown Tower hotel. The deluxe villa is so big and luxury with amazing city and river view.

Touristy! Important part of Melbourne everything bit glittery. They do have everything from cinema to night clubs to casino to variety of restaurants to random pop up experiences. Something I regular here is for the fire spitting show from the poles outside during winter nights :) Alternatively if you want a chilled farm like vibe try to Abbotsford convent!

We stayed here on our anniversary. the rooms are spacious and we got our riverside view. Plus we got wine for our anniversary. Fabulous breakfast at the Hotel. We also see the Yarra River and the crown casino not far away. Walking distance from what you need. Highly recommended to stay for a getaway and the CBD. Lovely the hospitality of the Hotel.

Crown Metropol, amazing rooms, clean and spacious, great views of the city, especially at night with all the different coloured lights surrounding the city precinct. The staff and services are great, and the infinity pool and spa areas are extremely inviting. There is a lift guard on duty at all times, which is very reassuring.

Not a big fan of Crown, too touristy, but I did enjoy my visit to the cinema and specifically Gold Class. The whole experience was wonderful. You feel totally looked after from the moment you arrive. Food and drink were great too. The Downton Abbey themed Marmalade Martini was a hit and the fish and chips was delicious.
