One of the biggest supermarkets in Mahe, located near outskirts of Victoria. Good range of food items, gifting essentials, frozen meats, fresh fruit, juices & more. Tourists & locals can stock up on all essential needs from here but even this big hypermarket is small if you compare to other hypermarkets in countries like Dubai, UK, US , but it does the job while in Mahe. The hypermarket also has a small cafeteria section where one can sit down after shopping to have some coffee, cake and savoury items.

It's Africa. But you will get the main things you might need to. But everything what you can bring from Europe will be better and probably cheaper. But they are very friendly, whenever I had a problem (and there have been some) they tried to solve it very fair. Therefore 4 of 5 stars!

Good shop. I bought almost everything I needed. I also bought flour and yeast for making bread here. Better prices and more choice than Eden Island. And they already have Christmas here. 😃

A superb market place where you get all the daily items under one roof. Conveniently located with excellent parking space. As it’s not crowded, we can shop at our own pace. Highly Recommended.

It's a hypermarket. It's nothing super special but it does have everything you may need for your holiday. Especially if you have a self-catering please. It's a great place to stock up. Reasonable prices. Can get quite busy

I asked around for an Item, although the ladies tried to be helpful...none of them pointed me to the right Ailse. The shopping experience was ok. You will get the basics that you need. Not much of a big selection of Items, but nevertheless you will get what you require. Don't expect much. I was looking for Almond Milk and they don't have it. No vegetarian/Vegan option available.

Might be the biggest but it is not the best. Food is pretty randomized. Products in general are hit or miss. The whole store reminds me of a oversized Family Dollar in the US. Sorry, no photos.

We went 2 times big store with all necessary products. If you want to by larger quantities of something it's the go to place. In terms of variety, it's not as much as expected but it had everything necessary. The local Indian store five minutes from our guest house had all the same brands of drinks, juices and milk for example. It has a slightly run down feel is not very modern (some of the small stores look cleaner and more modern). Also there was a bird inside trying to get to the rice bags😂none of the employees seemed to care. If it's close to your hotel or guest house, go there. If you live further away (like Takama, Baie Lazar) it's better to buy in stores closer to you, unless your having a party and need large quantities. Edit: Mi credit card (visa) did not work when I was there. It worked for everything else on the Seychelles.

Very small range of products, there are smaller shops, but with bigger choice on Seyshelles. Toilet available, but not tidy. You can not enter the supermarket with big purse or a backpack, need to leave it in the storing room (for free)

Unfortunately without photo. It’s prohibited to make photos inside, that is very strange because shop is one in the best on Mahé.

Perhaps the only hypermarket on the island. If you're staying at self catering - definitely your place to buy groceries for the week.

I don't understand the grumbling in other reviews about this store. It's different than in Europe (thank you G!) and prices are on the high side but that's everything in the Seychelles. Just buy consciously. We went 2 times to this big store with all necessary products. If you want to buy larger quantities of something it's the perfect place to go. In terms of variety, it's not perfect but it had everything necessary. The local stores around have almost the same stuff sometimes cheaper, sometimes more expensive. Local ingredients are perfect and great assortiment. Jam from the Betuwe (Holland)!

Most of the food can be purchased elsewhere fresher and way cheaper. Only food store I found in Seychelles that was open during Diwali.

We were going there from Beau Vallone as we expected more variation and better prices. But more or less it was the same as in the small markets in Beau Vallone plus things like kitchen ware and other stuff you don’t need as a tourist. Prices were also the same.

Good hypermarket to get basics. Fruit/veg selection was pretty poor when we were there in late April, better to pick that up locally at a different place.
