Highpoint in Melbourne is a great shopping centre. It has a wide range of stores, from high end to affordable, so there's something for everyone. The mall also has plenty of restaurants, cafes and entertainment options, so it's a great place to spend a day out. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are modern and clean.

Has been my local shopping centre for four years and now with the inclusion of Kmart and the new sushi train, it will be one of my favourites. Never had an issue finding a park and has everything you need in one location. The new upgrade is not to shabby as well. Love it! P.S can someone tell me why when I first moved here, someone reviewed Highpoint and called it Knifepoint?

We went to Hoyts on Boxing Day... Thousands and thousands of people in the shopping centre all at the same time. The day after our visit, one of us had covid... 😅 That's not anyone's fault really, just our experience. Our time at the shopping centre was a lot of fun though, so no complaints about that.

One of the biggest shopping malls in Melbourne. All big brands like big w, Kmart, Apple, Samsung etc are here. Plenty of parking. Very nice and spacious and well maintained. Food courts have a variety of food options but unable to find any halal meal options including HSP.

Highpoint shopping centre gets better and better over time. Keeps getting bigger with lots of choices for shopping and entertainment. Several food courts and many restaurants to satisfy most tastes. Cinema and plenty of entertainment options to keep kids of all ages occupied for hours. Came for Black Friday sales and crowds of people were snatching up huge sales. Lots of parking.

Forgot just how big Highpoint. Very busy and full of people. Great for business! Easy to navigate car park, it’s also free which is a lovely addition! Lots of places open on a public holiday which was great to see as well! Highly recommend especially for those in the west who don’t want to travel all they way to Chadstone!

Maaaaasive shopping centre. So many shops and so many levels Literally something for everyone. The trick is remembering where you parked your car. We had a good time here, good food options, the confectionary warehouse was also a great novelty! Lots to see and do :)

Seriously - can you not think of a better place to undertake covid testing? The cinema is empty, instead of blocking Rosamond rd, warrs rd and Maribyrnong rd. Not only customers restricted but holding up couriers too. Suggest to shop elsewhere until it is sorted.

The new car parks are a giant maze and inside is a giant mess ..such a shame they spoilt the open air car parks outside level 2 food courts with a giant dark cave carpark.

Recently visited this place for the first time. We were seeing a movie at the Hoyts Cinema and had time to to kill so we walked around. First impressions are that it's HUGE and multi levelled. Easy access to all levels by escalators and lifts. PLENTY of shops to keep anyone busy alllllll day. We didn't get a chance to check out the entire shopping centre, it's just too big and we had limited time. On the ground floor there is an impressive food court with LOTS to choose from. There's something for every taste, so you have plenty to choose from. We ended up eating at La Porchetta's after the movie. I'll do a review on that shortly. To sum up, go and check out this monster of a shopping centre. It's definitely well worth a visit.

This is one of the best shopping malls in Melbourne in my opinion. It is huge but it is really easy to get around. It has really all the major shops. I personally love their food corners and that there is so many of them and I love their fun zone. Parking availability is also great and it is accessible.

Much better than the "knife-point" reputation. Centre seemed clean and in good condition, with plenty of natural light, and indoor plants. We were surprised at the shear size of the shopping centre, and number of stores. The indoor playground is handy for families, although, they should remove the digital screen from the playground, as I causes more issues than it is worth with kids jostling for its use; and a playground should be an escape from screens as a contrast to indoor time.

By far the best shopping mall! The Funderdome area was fantastic, so much to do with kids. Cinemas, mini golf, arcades, karaoke etc. The most impressive thing about this Mall is it has a Multi Faith Prayer Room upstairs in the only children’s area. Complete with Wudu area, separate male and female rooms and a seating area at the front. For any faith, it’s is the perfect place to check out for a bit. Well done to the management of this shopping centre!

The area is very big. I was lost during the first several times. There are many different shops, so you can certainly find the goods. Check the discount and compare prices to save money. The food is more expensive in the food courts of Highpoint Shopping Center than Flinders Street! You can still get into the shopping center and shop in the supermarket after the shopping center is close. Yet, only a few exits and entrances are semi open after the working hours.

Absolutely beautiful shopping centre - all the big brand shops are represented. Everything is clean and security is present. The Black Friday sales - interesting! It was "packed." Beautiful displays everywhere - Versace stand very well organised - the lady attending it - very professional - a sale was achieved! The X-Mas decorations were amazing - it was a pleasure cruising around and spending time there!

One among the shopping centers in Western suburbs of Melbourne which would give you all in one experience. The place is always busy, but popular in food, jewelry, tech, clothing, footwear, and other accessories. There are play areas for kids, cinema and hangout zones with friends. You can easily find multi cuisines all around the corners. Convenient prking facilities. Cannot find offers on all items all the day similar like other shopping malls in city. There is a city view point located near to the mall which is a great experience if you are interested in photography.

Every time I enter the centre, there are groups of people smoking near the door (these are no smoking areas). It's disgusting having to breath in second hand smoke every time I come when they aren't even allowed to and is not enforced by security. Better signage is needed. Not to mention the lack of covid compliance e.g mask wearing, which is worse here than other centres.

  • 4/5 Adam S. 2 years ago on Google
The shopping center is great, has a variety of shops and all the major brands. I just wish the phone network is strong as I have been losing signal all the time , or at least provide a longer duration for the free Wi-Fi which will sort out the communications problem in the center especially at peak hours . Other than that , Highpoint is one of my favorite spots. Highly recommended.

I have been to Highpoint a handful of times. On Sunday was my first nighttime visit. My husband and some friends had dinner and went into Hoyt's theatre to watch a show. The shopping center shops are not bad. The atmosphere during the day is fine, families etc. However i didn't feel very comfortable in the evening. A lot of groups of teenagers running around (literally) and hanging out in the car park after the show (1230am). I didn't see any security and felt like we needed to leave right away. Not all teens are bad, not every adult is bad but....nothing good ever happens after 10pm! 🤗

New image from skylight and dome roof to a unique water feature from the third level down to the ground. More shops and the best is eating in the restaurants and just chill walk on a weekdays. This shopping mall is too much for me but is heaver to shop hoers as it’s a complete package including groceries, fruit & veg section on the ground floor. Major shops of course Myer, David Jones, Kmart etc. Accessible by wheel chairs and no pets allowed unless working dogs.

People either hate or love shopping centres, and I totally get that. I'm a bit of both. But if you need a one-stop venue for just about everything and don't mind big crowds, this is it. It caters to shoppers from bargain basement to luxury and everything in between. Or even those who want to meet up with friends for entertainment, dining, etc. Bus and tram access is handy too.

Lots of shops to walk and see. Hardest part is finding parking. At the time I was there, box day, part of the car park was closed. This made it harder and longer to find parking. Once inside, the shopping centre is large and airy, easy to walk and find things. Being so large, the mobile reception in the centre was very poor. Making or receiving calls are hard, lots of dead spots. This needs to be improved. If you don't care about you phone reception and only want to shop, then it's a place to visit.

The shopping experience at this centre is nothing short of phenomenal. It's more than just a 'great' space—it's a treasure trove that seems to effortlessly anticipate and meet all of your needs. From the moment you step foot into this vibrant hub of retail, you are greeted by an extensive array of stores, each one offering a unique collection of goods that covers practically every conceivable necessity and desire. Amazingly big shopping mall. Good food in food court. A bit sad is the NENE CHICKEN staff not willing to provide bigger takeaway box when I want to pack my leftovers. The spicy chicken powder is too salty, by the way.

Great mall with good facilities like kids play areas, prayers rooms (for men and women), etc.

2nd the largest in Melbourne with most of the company showroom. But less discounts than DFO on boxing day. Must visit and also enjoy the food court

I haven't been back since covid, but I have been here since I was living at stdent Village. There are lots of changes, but the old part is still the mot comforting one. Loves it and hates it at the same time. Late shopping night and weekend parkinh still chaotic as ever.

Shopping centre is beautiful, few iPad kids walking around coughing though - seems to be standard procedure. Also absolutely shocking echo chamber for people who are sensitive to sound. I've been here 3 times and it's been a real in and out for myself. Bit of a weird design to let sound echo into multiple domes around the centre. Whatever, weird

The best time is early morning. Bet the rush and enjoy the hassle free walk and the actual peaceful of the moment. Trust me it will do wonders for the soul.

It's highpoint the most popular shopping centre in the west side. Decent access via public transit with both trams and busses. Lots and lots of shops to go to with a good amount of food options I like coming here from time to time. It can get busy during weekends and even weekday afternoons though usually not too bad lotta legs space to move around.

I love this mall but the traffic on it's way is too much. It sucks. But still a good place to get so many stores and brands at one place.

Love a good "me day" at Highpoint! When I have a day off and need some time to myself... It's the best place to be. I always get myself a viet iced coffee from jasper's and have a good walk around the centre. I get to check out all my favourite stores for some retail therapy, whilst keeping my step count up and then have a nice lunch after. I can get all my errands done and dusted in the one centre also rather than having to go to a few different places. I love the ambiance of this shopping centre.

Great mall. A bit confusing with certain access lifts getting around but all in all, all shops you need there. Recommend to see Olga at Concierge on top floor, very friendly, helpful and always greets William and I a great attitude and smile.

A gluten free cupcake, a fitting for a new bra at David Jones from the amazing Christina and some new underwear. This was my first visit and a very kind security guard walked me in and helped me find David Jones. Shopping center was very clean and had a nice vibe.

Good experience ! Has a lot of international brands. You can spend a good 2,3 hours window shopping and browsing stuff. Food court has a lot of halal options, too.

Huge variety of shops, huge centre, great amount of facilities for families, kids love the indoor play ground in the food court. Only suggestion would be more options for going between levels with prams, as there’s only a couple of elevators which are always packed out. Restaurant selection is great, something for everyone, cinemas are fantastic, though due an upgrade in carpet as have a funny smell. LSKD needs to be one of the retailers here, great that it’s a major centre without paying for car parking.

I absolutely love Highpoint Shopping Centre! It's my go-to place with its fantastic mix of designer and local shops. The mall's inviting ambiance adds to the experience, and the fact that it's easily accessible via public transportation makes it super convenient for me. It's the perfect destination for a diverse and hassle-free shopping spree.
