I have been seeing Dwayne at the Thornbury practice for a few months now, and have been impressed with his knowledge and support. He has picked up on things that other physiotherapists have missed. Dwayne’s solutions are strategic, empathetic, and realistic when it comes to fitting the exercises into my schedule. While you hope you don’t need to get help from a Physio, Dwayne is my first port of call when I do.

Katie Bruni is a fantastic women’s health specialist and has been a great advocate for me while I work with my GP to explore some health concerns. She’s been helping rule out possible muscular skeletal causes of abdominal pain, and has helped educate me on a range of women’s health issues during our sessions. Such a kind, caring, fun, and respectful practitioner!

Dr Brendan is an experienced practitioner that manage any condition with knowledge and strong manual skills.

Have seen Brendon, Osteopath about constant jaw and neck pain. His advice and treatment has been clear and respectful and most importantly has reduced my pain and given me a clear pathway to resolve my issues long term.

Brendan (Osteo) at Premier Sports and Spinal was the first person in 7 years to provide relief for my TMJ. Could not recommend highly enough. Carman (Physio) has also recently started treated a hamstring injury and is wonderful. (Both at Thornbury clinic)

It was my first time visiting the Thornbury clinic yesterday and the lovely osteopath, Katie, who assisted me with my sprained facets in my back, was super welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely felt a lot better afterwards and learned many exercises on how to continue improving this sprain in my back. My migraines and stress headaches are managed by regular appointments with Katie - I have gone from one a month to one every 3-4 months and my quality of life is much better. The facilities are great and easily accessible.

Premier supported my whole journey through a fractured occipital condyle and resulting cervical collar. After physio, I engaged in rehab Pilates ( even online during the pandemic). Friendly knowledgeable staff and wrap around care. Great coordination with GP as well.

Brendan diagnosed and treated my headaches before I realised I had a problem with chronic headaches! Lifechanging! All the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the environment is pleasant. I have been going to the Thornbury clinic for years now. Initially I needed intensive work to correct some injuries and was given excellent service / care. Everyone is friendly and provides a comfortable environment. Alongside my treatments I was provided with exercises and stretches I could do at the gym and at home so I am now only having to attend every couple of months to keep an eye on things and make sure everything is in the right place. The sign of good health practitioners - their customers stop coming as much!

The whole team here are amazing!!! Super easy to organise appointments, flexible, and helpful and generally just really good people! Clinically speaking the treatment and pilates classes are high level and everyone here really knows what they are talking about! Thanks so much for the brilliant care guys. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if you have any body ailments needing support. I signed up for the intro pack and then have paid for ongoing pilates classes as needed. Well worth it for sure!
